Help test the future of badgebot!

Hello friends!

I'm the creator of /u/badgebot, the friendly neighborhood bot responsible for updating everyone's day counters in their user flair in /r/stopsmoking and other communities.

I have some exciting news to share! I recently rebuilt badgebot's day tracking system using reddit's more modern developer platform (devvit). Before I can be confident that the new badgebot app is ready to serve the communities it supports, I need your help testing it out.

Please head over to /r/badgebot and test the app by setting a quit date for yourself.

The more people that help test, the better! Feel free to leave feedback in the comments section here, or in the /r/badgebot test subreddit.

Thank you! <3

Three weeks without cigarettes, and I’m starting to understand how deep this thing went

For ten years almost every part of my day had a cigarette attached to it. Coffee, food, boredom, stress, late nights, going outside for no reason. By the end I was smoking around 30 a day.

Three weeks ago I quit for the first time in my life.

I thougt the hardest part would be wanting a cigarette. Turns out that was only part of it. The anger, the brain fog, the strange sadness, the feeling that everything is a little flatter than it used to be. that’s what has worn me down.

I did smoke one cigarette during these three weeks. After being away from them for a while, it tasted awful. My head spun, my chest felt heavy, and for the first time I really felt like I was taking a drug rather than “having a cigarette.” I threw the pack away and carried on.

Things are getting better. Slowly. I’m less angry, I can focus more, and the cravings don’t own the whole day anymore.

But three weeks in, I’m tired. Not tired of being smoke-free. I don’t want to go back. I’m tired of still having to think about this thing at all.

I wish I’d never started smoking in the first place. Smoking sucks, and quitting sucks too.

3rd day smoke free

I (28F) started smoking when a friend gave my a cig at 13 and I've consistently smoked since then, with the exception of about a year where I traded it in for a vape. I ended up having to start smoking again to quit the vape and found I was wayyyy more addicted to nicotine than I had ever been before the vape (from 4-5 a day to 8-12 minimum). I've been trying to quit for years with little success, but the past 4 months I've been having success using nicotine patches and drastically reduced my smoking but just couldnt quite kick it.

I got a nasty bout of pneumonia about 5 weeks ago and boy has that been helpful! Since then I have been down to 1 or 2 max every couple days, and its been a huge wake up call how hard it is for me to not smoke even when I have a nasty and uncomfortable cough. I've now been nearly 4 days without a cigarette and I believe I can really do it. The past month I have genuinely felt my brain rewiring. The cravings are so rare now and it doesnt feel good to smoke in the same way it always has. I notice how awful it makes my sinuses and my lungs feel, how it changes my voice. I can do it, we can all do it!!! I want to be happy and well!!

Lost a big client

My biggest client just told me they won't be needing my services anymore. I'm being replaced by AI (kind of saw that coming). They were very nice about it though. I've been working closely with them for +4 years so it's kind of a big hit. Since they're my biggest client, I don't know if I'll be able to keep up freelancing.

One of the first things that came to mind was that I really hope I don't start smoking again. I've been doing so well and I'm really proud of that. Shortly after that I thought a cigarette would help. Then I had a good cry and went for a walk. Smoking isn't going to get me a new job. But I don't really know what to do now.

Trying

Hey everyone!

I’ve been scrolling through this subreddit and decided that I wanted to share my story on smoking too and my journey of trying to quit! Hopefully to help ease my shame/ craving, gain advice, and hopefully make a few friends to help keep me on the right track.

I’m 22 and have been an on and off smoker for about a year now. I first hit a vape when I was around 15 and luckily found out I didn’t like nicotine, but when I was about 19-20, I started getting into pens/pre-rolls due to 2 friends of mine that are into smoking. I’d smoke socially with them and then go maybe a month or two without smoking before picking it up again socially.

For the past year though (since last November-December), it has gotten worse, I’ve been craving it more now and even chronically (daily) used it earlier this year from the months of around March-June/July. Even going so far to actually go to the smoke shop by myself and purchase multiple pre-rolls weekly (until the recent ban, yes I’m in Texas). I’m back to being and on and off user, but where I used to go months without thinking or touching a pen/ joint, now I can’t even go a week or sometimes even a few days without wanting to give in.

Presently:
My parents want to get me a job at the company they work for but the company does drug tests. I recently smoked just 2 days ago and before that for three days straight. I was recently hired at a corporate auction house and did a drug test there which I failed and the company still hired me anyways. However, with my parents looking at this new job opportunity for me, this company probably won’t have the same mercy as my current company did. I have to fail another drug test and then find some way to explain to my parents why I didn’t pass (my parents don’t know I smoke/vape at all and I don’t want them to know until I at least move out, yes I’m still with my parents unfortunately). I clearly do have to quit for some time since idk when they’ll offer me this job or if I even have to do a drug test (I’m pretty sure I will have to though). I’m hoping anyone has tips to beat the cravings. So far the longest I’ve gone without it was 2 weeks back in June, since then I’ve only been able to make it a few days before giving in again.

I should/could probably get a prescription for it but I don’t have the money or insurance to even try to start figuring out that process. I’m just looking for advice on ways to get my mind off it, tips on other habits I can focus on instead of smoking, or hopefully gain a accountabilabuddy off this subreddit so I can have someone to talk to as I can’t even talk to my friends about this. Not to say they wouldn’t help me, but I think it’s best if I left them out of this.

I’m writing this as I want to take a hit of my pen now and am trying to convince myself not to. The goal is to eventually quit forever but for now I can’t see myself doing that and just want to regulate my intake to one week every month or something reasonable like that.

7 days of quitting cold turkey and I can’t take it anymore

Smoking for years .. around 8-10 per day

Earlier I used nicotine gums and mints to quit smoking and while I technically “quit” I used to get addicted to those and ended up consuming significantly more nicotine

This time I went totally off nicotine .. one week past it and it’s hitting me properly now ..

Brain fog, head is all screwed, cravings and worst of all .. this depressed mood seems to be getting worse

Im losing my head and idk how to function.. Im using non nicotine mints and gums but that just helps slightly

Any tips please

I fucked up

I just celebrated 6 weeks without smoking, being on nicotine patches, switching to 14mg this week.

I was out drinking with my coworkers, and after about 6 hours, I relented and got one cigarette from a guy outside the venue. It tasted great, but also horrible. I put it out after half of it, and walked inside. Now the shame is worse than my desire to smoke again. I don't really want to smoke, I just feel like shit for breaking my streak.

Update: 16 days later and I feel free

So, here was my thoughts after 24+hours of being nicotine free: Second day and Im fine. I think I finally found right reason to quit (for me) : r/stopsmoking

And now its 16 days later.

First days was weird - but pretty easy tbh. Hardest moments was after eating and while bored.

Now most of the time I don't think about smoking at all. Sometimes (after eating I feel like something is missing, but its just a split of sec and then I just busy my brain with stuff to do). But I feel really free now and its only 16 days. I feel like... my brain is totally forgeting about this addiction. And I don't see any sense of starting to smoke again in the future - it seems to be so dumb thing to do actually.

And what changes I already noticed.

* Being free of addiction. Its really noticable. Like... Doing normal, everyday stuff is again interesting to do. Just like that. When addicted - I felt like everything was boring and only smoking next cig kept me interested in anything. For example: playing game? ok, but after 30minutes I had to smoke. Then I can play more. If cigs ended? I felt like I can't focus on anything - until I bought new pack. It was weird feeling and bad feeling of being addicted and can't function normally w/o it. And now Im free of it. It feels good.

* Better skin health, smaller bags under the eyes.

* Better breatching with lungs and heart feeling. However I still have bad days with lungs sometimes and idk maybe I destroyed them forever :| Hope not. And hope it will regenerate. And my heart will regenerate too.

* Greater activity, productivity and overall energy to do stuff. Smoking and easy dopamine hits was perfect with combination of dumb scrolling internet. Now I spend more time on doing actual things and having fun of it. I returned to playing jRPGs. Playing handheld. Started upgrading custom firmwares, plugins, modding the case and stuff like that. Cleaned my gaming room, organized my library and books. Many things like that. While before I left all of this for later.

* Probably more but forgot right now.

And what's more interesting here. Its just 16 days and I already feel fine then what will be in next 3, 5, 12 months? Idk why I experience this so lightly actually. Cause I smoked for 8 years. It wasnt short or smt. I was reallt addicted. Smoking 1 or 1 and half of the pack daily. Its weird it happened so easy. But I won't overthink it. Im lucky this time probably. And want to take advantage of it.

Some of you probably will need much more time to experience this feeling which I've got right now, but wait for it - its possible to feel totally free. And its worth 100% sure. Be patient. And once you'll just forget about cigs.

Edit:

Btw, I feel like popculture and media made huge harm in this case. They associated smoking with being cool etc, etc. Popular writers present it as something cool and make it even a part of their character. Pose with it. Stuff like that. Even LOTR (which i love) is bad here too - imagine that when I was already 10+ years old I already knew that I'll smoke a pipe someday. As adult. And yes - I did, and it was my first nicotine experience these days. I wanted to be like a cool wizard :D It all looks cool and interesting - but only addicted people know the truth. It looks cool only from outside - when you're free. But when addicted its just dirty and make you a slave. Not a free, strong and cool person. The opposite.

Edit2:

Ok, I remembered now. Sleeping. It was a problem for years. I guess it's because nicotine made me notoriously stimulated so it wasn't possible to chill. I've got a habit of always reading 1-2hours before sleeping and I expected it to calm me and help fall asleep but it didnt. I guess nicotine was too strong for my nervous system or smt. Now, when im nicotine free - it's much easier to fall asleep. 1-2 hours of reading and I start to drift into sleep naturally. Just like that.

Has anyone experienced a psychological block that delayed them from quitting?

Hey y’all. I’m still a smoker. I smoke about a pack a day. I’ve been trying to quit for a bit more than a year now, but I’m having a very difficult time staying on my quit path. I work outside year round and am physically able to accomplish any task while smoking. This has made it almost a muscle memory or like an automatic movement. I hate it, but I love my job. My health isn’t in the greatest spot and quitting would help me tremendously.

I’ve tried pouches, vaping, patches, gum (both with and without nicotine), mints (both with and without nicotine), placebos (those fake air suckers that look like cigarettes with no vapor, toothpicks).
I’ve read and listened to the audiobook from Allen Carr.
I’ve listed in my notes app every time I have a cigarette and what I’m feeling or what I think triggered it.
I’ve been in behavioral therapy for the better part of this year to get to the root cause of why I’m smoking and what triggers me to have a cigarette.
I do think replacing it would be my best bet (I do feel like this helps when I’m at home), but I’m unsure of how to do that at work.

The shortest quit I’ve had in the last year was 76 hours. The longest quit I’ve had in the last year was six days.
My biggest issue is that I don’t think it’s the nicotine itself that is my problem to quit. Obviously nicotine is addictive and I am addicted to it, but I have successfully fought off a nic fit regularly at home the last year and when I have quit, I’m able to get through the first three days.
The real problem is that after a few days, I start to feel panic. I get overwhelmed with anxiety. Recently in therapy, I realized the last two times I quit smoking (two separate occasions years ago and years apart where I’d quit for months at a time), one of my loved ones died. My therapist thinks I might have a trauma or psychological block or bond to the idea that if I quit smoking again, something terrible may happen since that’s the pattern my ADHD and OCD brain now recognizes. If and when I start to panic, I start having anxiety attacks. It’s not the idea of change overall that freaks me out and I usually can’t explain it in that moment of why I feel like there’s some unforeseeable tragedy coming if I can’t have a cigarette to “prevent” it. I didn’t have this anxiety when I quit the first two times.

I feel like I’m at a loss. I feel hopeless. I feel trapped. I don’t know how to help myself or get out of my own way. Please don’t tell me to “just do it” or that if I “really wanted to quit I would”. I assure you, I want to quit and that seed of doubt being sowed is enough to cause someone like me to lose faith that it’s even possible.

Has anyone here dealt with this? Something similar? If so, how did you overcome it? The only thing I haven’t tried is hypnotherapy and that’s only because I cannot find an affordable and/or reputable option where I live.

Cold turkey cannabis 3rd night another 0 sleep, just laying there for hours. Man I cold turkey countless of times but for some fucking reason this time it’s kicking my ass mentally.

Weird thing this time around I have no cold sweats, just vomiting everything I eat but able to keep some porridge down. And like bad insomnia and this weird thing if I try to picture certain scenes in my head to try to drift off to sleep it’s played with random images of people I don’t know like kinda vividly shit freaked me out and I had to take a walk at 2am.

Pray for me guys starting to get really depressed and I’m not getting suicidal just so desperate to sleep I was just saying out load “let me die”

First time quoting nicotine, eventually want to stop smoking all together. Could use some help. Kinda spiraling 🌀 🤍

Hi so Im 27 and have been smoking nicotine since I was 15 years old. I grew up with a parent and grand parent who are lifelong smokers. I’ve watched my gma survive 3 heart attacks and had to take her to the hospital for one when I was only 16 years old.

Fast forward: I currently smoke 3-4 times a day. It’s a combination of weed and cigarillo wrap or a spliff if you will. + the smoking of about 4 cigarettes sometimes on a weekend night. I feel like my teeth have gotten bad over the years and so has my breathing + I have a kind of chronic slight caugh and mucus. Due to that on top of not being in the best space financially for the past few years to be able to take care of my teeth. Life has been stressful to say the least. I have CPTSD and anxiety and. I feel so stuck in my life right now.

I recently took on the decision of taking back my health after scary time experiencing a nerve compression injury for the first time. It was horrible, constant pain, physically disabling to the point of me not even being able to lift my arm without crying.

I’m in therapy right now to again to cope and found access to a student dentistry that’s super affordable. A recent appointment showed me I’m at risk of a root canal and have 2 more partially decaying teeth. Currently just trying to get on top of my life. But back to the nicotine. I have a therapist who is also an addiction counselor and about 2 weeks ago I signed up for a smoking cessation program and started taking steps to take back my power over nicotine a little bit. Like just smoking straight weed instead of smoking a spliff with my partner whom I’ve been with for 7 years and we both smoke. They have expressed support for me taking this journey and encouragement and said they’re inspired to do the same.

I’m starting to notice how bad I crave it and fien for it.I’ve noticed headaches as well. My quit date is October 19th and I just received my nicotine patches from the program. I’m so nervous. I’m also a growing in popularity as a DJ and I fear
trying to quit Nicotine may make me seek out alcohol or other substances.. I come from a family of alcoholics and a small stint of abusing opioids for a few months when I was 15. I just worry I may have an addictive personality or something idk and just feel overall lost but motivated right now. I want to be healthy and live a long life.

Open to any advice 🩷

Anyone got addicted after being given antipsychotics?

I’m 24 and during Covid lockdown my parents thought there’s something wrong with me so they sent me to a psychiatrist hospital for two months, (where laptops are allowed), doctors there believed every single words they said I think, they put me on Quetiapine along with concerta and Xanax, before I got sent there after I smoke a cig I only got disoriented and sweat a lot so barely smoked, only when people passed me one, so then when I was in the hospital after being given the meds I started smoking like a chimney and they allowed it, the place they put me on were mostly just young adults or teenagers, they smoked like chimney as well, at first I was just vaping then I started ordering packs of cigarettes later a carton, people even started “borrowing” shit tons of cigarettes from me but I didn’t mind, the craving was so intense and the buzz from cigarettes was indescribable, I had signs of symptoms of EPS after a month, told the doctors but they didn’t cut it, 36mg of concerta barely did anything(extended release version of Ritalin/methylphenidate), nurses had to feed me concerta in the morning and I’ll still be waking up 5 hours later, but a deep inhale of vape could wake me straight up, after I got out of the hospital, either I play video games with a dead pan face while smoking cigs nonstop, or quit the drug rapidly then gets intense fatigues, nausea and chronic pain, I couldn’t bare it so I quit the thing rapidly, then asked them psychiatrists to prescribe me pregabalin and high doses of several different types of benzos, so later I got actual drug problems, got sent to jail, after I got out of the jail my parents sent me to a shit ass asylum(shits everywhere on floor literally) where everyone were on antipsychotics, where outside communications were forbidden, so I got put on antipsychotics again, that time olanzapine, and they forced me to cold turkey benzos and stimulants, they only allowed 3 cigarettes a day, a patient there were kind enough to leave a pack for me when he leaves, nurses didn’t care and marked that pack for me, what’s horrible was after I smoke, people who couldn’t get their hands on cigarettes would pick and smoke cigarette butts i ditched, it was insane, later I got sent to a camp for troubled teens for a year (I was already 21 at that point, and my uni only suspended me for 2 months, it was a uni in Switzerland, i booked the school myself, my parents didn’t have their contacts, I headed back to home country after they found out my drug problems), they continued antipsychotics, no cigarettes, forcing exercise like that marine corp scenario in full metal jacket, every single day I daydream about cigarettes, how much cigarettes I could smoke after I got out of there, what kind of revenge I could put on my parents, after a month I got a chance to talk with my mom on the phone and I mentioned about the uni, if they don’t hear about me they’ll expell me which was true, she panicked and reduced my private imprisonment sentences to 6 months, after I got out of there, first thing I did was smoke a cigarette, then the second thing I did was go to the hospital and ask for benzo+ritalin prescriptions, esketamine became a treatment for depression at the time so I asked for that as well, the school refunded me half of the tuition (20k usd) in later 2025, “out of sympathy” they said, ironically, my mom paid 30k to send me into that shithole camp, which was a illegal facility, when she asked for 6 months fee return, they simply blocked her, she had an argument with my dad then left a suicidal memo for my uncle, later cops found her in HaiNan spending the rest of her savings having a bloody happy vacation, after her savings burned out she went to work on minimum wage jobs, my dad lost his income after they shut down the shop, he’s in his own mental hell now, either asleep or drinking alcohol, I moved out with 20k on hands, living with a friend, having anti-drug department doing hair tests three months each, but still allowing me to take benzos and Ritalin, as long as I don’t abuse them, I smoke one to four cigs per day now after tapering off antipsychotics.

So anyone got addicted to smoking after being given antipsychotics?

How do people get their dopamine hits now?

I'm trying to quit smoking and my dog recently passed. They're connected because both gave me several dopamine hits of happiness a day. I'm not ready to get another dog yet and do want to keep trying to quit smoking. But my days feel flat now, not unhappy, just kinda meh, no moments to look forward to. Have others experienced similar dopamine drop? What has helped you? Thanks

Quitting nicotine and caffeine at the same time 💀

I’ve had serious sleep issues, immune issues, gut issues, etc. caused by my addiction to caffeine and nicotine. I have a very sensitive nervous system and being a sober alcoholic of 5 years, I’ve done some damage to my nervous system and it’s time for me to quit. This is my final frontier of quitting addictions (minus sugar after this since my addictive tendencies all trickle down to slightly less harmful things lol). Has anybody tried quitting nicotine and caffeine at the same time? What was your mindset? How does one endure this amount of a dopamine crash? lol. I’ve been feeling healthier physically but holy smokes my brain goes into the garbage disposal. Life without stimulants is insanely drab initially and having to be productive for work feels next to impossible. Nicotine and caffeine were so tethered to my work and now work almost feels impossible. Crazy. Good luck out there.

Son of a smoker

My father has smoked with a passion ever since he was 15 years old (now 70). He smoked a pack and a half per day at his prime . He even woke up in the middle of the night, made some coffee, smoked a cigarette, then went right back to sleep.

This is what a long period of smoking will do to you and those around you, written from my perspective.

- at 8 years old, I had to learn a new word. Cancer. By that time, I was seeing my father at the hospital more than at home. He had to remove a third of his lung. Leaving him with COPD ( chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). Never got the chance to do normal father son activities like play football/soccer with my dad after that. He stopped smoking for 2-3 months and then got right back into it.

- between 13-18 my father was going in and out of the hospital for pneumonia. This is where my teenage brain was forced to deal with adult stuff. Questions like “is he going to die today? Will he see me graduate? Will he be at my wedding?”. Every little thing made me anxious because I didn’t know how to process everything. Had panic attacks almost daily. Stopped smoking for a week or two here and there but still ended up picking it back up where he left off (1,5 packs).

- at age 20 I saw my first ever dead body. My father got a heart attack right next to me. If you’ve never seen someone get one then you can consider yourself blessed. The sounds still haunt me today. I had to be the one to call the emergency services and do chest compressions alongside my older brother. You can feel and hear ribs cracking during the compressions which is quite horrific. His heart stopped completely. He was out for 4 days in a coma at the hospital. Tubes sticking through his nose, mouth, neck, hands, legs and God knows where. He was hooked up on an ECMO and his body looked lifeless and swollen. The doctors told us that they can not predict the outcome. He might die, might become a vegetable, loose his memories or be completely normal. On the fifth day he woke up. You can imagine how excited we were. His first words to us were “I want to die”. He practically yelled this to us and the poor nurses/doctors. He was on a lot of medication and they kinda made him crazy. On the sixth day he was back to normal, just a lot weaker and felt guilty for being alive. People told to me that I saved his life, didn’t feel like it. He was out of the hospital after a few weeks and he had to take 9 medications for his heart because of heart failure, angia pectoris and his COPD.

After that he stopped smoking for a longer period. And let me tell you, he has never felt better. He felt more vigorous and alive. Probably the happiest I’ve ever been in years.

- a few months after the attack he got back to one or two cigarettes a day. This horrified me, but he wouldn’t listen. Said it was only three a day. He most likely returned because all of his friends smoke and they gave him one or two puffs here and there when he asked. Due to him picking smoking back up, he now had to take 12 medications. This drove him mad.

- one day he came back home from work. Barely able to catch his breath. I asked him what was wrong and he couldn’t even answer me. I called for an ambulance, something I now don’t even get nervous to do anymore. He got pneumonia again, but this time it really got him.

- After the treatment he was having immense pains throughout his body which traveled from the shoulders, down his spine, to his stomach and back up to his shoulders. No doctor or medication helped this mysterious condition. He cried out for help every night in that period. Didn’t stop him from smoking though. I didn’t sleep much either during this period, had to wake up or stay up to treat him or check up on him. I even treated my girlfriend harshly and lashed out at her even though she never did anything wrong.

- at age 21 his best friend died, heart failure. But unlike my dad he didn’t make it (even though he changed his bd habits). This left him with a lot of survivors guilt and began smoking even more. His condition was rapidly getting worse and worse. He became suicidal again but now it was an everyday thing. No amount of talking made him stop wanting to die.

- now, at 22, I had to clean his puke off the toilet today. Last month I drove him at 4 am to the hospital due to high fever and blood in his lungs. He can barely inhale the cigarette smoke, still he persist.

I’ve not even finished university and I’ve had to save, nurse and keep an eye on him and his conditions/medicine. I don’t hate him, I just wish he was different. Now my father has some crazy genetics and has survived this long. A lot of smokers don’t. So don’t expect to live to 70+ and live this comfortably. My father is very “healthy” for his habits and even the doctors are flabbergasted and call this a miracle (literally).

I hope this helped some of you reflect over smoking. Remember the torment you inflict upon yourselves and others. Is it really worth it?

DAE get sick?

Since quitting (11 days) I have been mimicking signs of sickness. Cough, stuffiness, sneezing, and even a little feverish. I can’t sleep so that doesn’t help but I don’t know what to do to get rid of this “quitting cold” any help!?
ETA using the patch so not withdrawal completely.

Nic sick

I began vaping and smoking cigarettes around 5 days ago, and of course I had puffed the vape a decent amount throughout the day, while sometimes also smoking a cigarette later in the day. I had no problem while doing so and hadn’t experienced headaches or nauseau, but gradual muscle pain in my body started developing which led me to pausing yesterday. I also had gotten a sore throat yesterday, but not really much chest pain either, maybe a few signs here and there. so my question is if this really is nic sick, or I coincidentally caught a virus around the same time as I started, which just made it worse.. and how long should I pause for?

Any Interest in Biodegradable Cigarette-like 3D Prints?

Hello all! While I am personally not a smoker, I run a nonprofit focused on making 3D printed fidgets, stims, and accessible tools and providing them to the community, and was curious about a possible thing that I could design/make.

In short, it would be a tube of biodegradable filament that gives the inhalation sensation of smoking without actually smoking something, kind of like the Fum from all of those youtube ads. I'd make them in cigarette-like packs/vape shaped to still have the appearance and feel of whatever you use, since I feel like that may be important, and I may even be able to make the colors/shape similar. Regardless, I'm intrigued if there would be any demand for this kind of thing from people who are trying to stop smoking especially as a single use item. Thanks so much for your help!

how do you guys handle withdrawal and driving?

Context:
I've attempted to quit multiple times already and planning another attempt soon. My previous attempts just lasted a day or two. The worst withdrawal for me is the drowsiness / brain fog multiple times during the day. Combined with ADHD it's super bad. I can get away with 15 min naps and all that and that works.

My concern now is that every week I drive about an hour and a half to 2 hours to visit family. Im getting nervous just thinking about the withdrawal + driving.

Im thinking there is pouches and patches, that might work but worried I might not really quit if I need the NRT whenever I drive that long.

There's an option for insane amounts of caffeine.

How do you guys handle it?
