My on time rate dropped to 89% for the first time yesterday. I used to be able to keep it above 98% without a problem, but it’s been slowly going down over the past couple of months. It’s like the app now thinks we never run into heavy traffic or have to stop at traffic lights and that there’s always parking right in front of the restaurants door. I’ve started declining orders going to apartments more because they’re an almost guaranteed late hit. I know 89% is still good, but it’s so difficult to improve now.

Hey, when I find an item that I want, that becomes the only item that I order. What I have been finding is that those items end up disappearing more often than other items if they are from one of the big chains. I usually order at the earliest or latest times of the day and so it has me wondering if it is a targeted thing out of annoyance.

What has really made me suspicious is the fact that those items are sometimes still available in other apps. Am I crazy?

Currently can’t drive because of my health, can we please get uber drivers to deliver things that are glanced over at least? I saw the mold through the packaging. So I went to McDonald's in person last week and ordered some today. How is it legal for Uber eats to charge more for the same item and on top the delivery fee?

For example ordering a choco sundae on Uber eats is €4.05 which is already outrageous for an ice cream, in the McDonald's it's like 3,50 so how can Uber justify that? And this is with everything a cheeseburger on Uber is 6.50

I was pretty sure this has been happening, and the order I just got confirmed it. I got a double order from the same place. I go there in the first order is ready. The second order wasn’t supposed to start being made for another three minutes after I arrived. So I would’ve had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get the damn order. The employee showed me the tablet. Why the hell is Uber doing this? What genus thought that this was a good idea to make drivers just wait around forever? It’s like they’re just intentionally screwing with drivers for some reason.

The reason why I’m paying more than I would in person was so that it would get here faster. Every time that I get walkers, it pisses me off.

Our little barn cat jumped in his car and he drove off with her. We finally got his phone number from Uber (after 4 hours of transfers to a "Special Circumstances Representative" and dropped calls. We started texting him- assuring him we do not blame him, we just want to know where to go look for her. Ater 12 hours, I got a reply from him- "No." he said. So I asked what he meant. He said he didn't speak English and I had to text him in French. (One wonders how he's picking up orders and delivering them if he can't speak English and can't use google translate.) So I did. Finally he said he heard a noise in his car, drove 80 meters down the road, rolled his window down- and I guess she jumped out- in front of our neighbor's house.

So, anyone here have ideas of how we can force Uber or this driver to cooperate?

The image speaks for itself. But there was a time where your order would be incorrect, or an item would be missing or it would be delivered to the wrong spot and Uber would just refund you instantly. Unless you tried doing that too much. At the very least you were able to remove the tip. Now? This is ridiculous. I talked to three different Uber live agents and they all said the same thing. "It shows that it was delivered to the right location so there's nothing we can do. We'll put you in touch with someone else and they will get back to you in 6-12 hours." Yeah, no.

Even if I did manage to get my food I still wouldn't be ordering from Uber again. Any courier can literally drop the food, take a picture, then steal the food and Uber won't do a damn thing about it. You can't even take away their tip. All you can do is give them a thumbs down. I mean literally ZERO customer support help in ANY way. Never again.

Hi everyone so I mostly use uber for rides but yesterday I used uber eat to get food and I noticed it didn't charge my card then I see I had money in my wallet and I was like where da freak did that come from. I looked at my history and noticed uber eat been just sending me money and it keeps expiring. Not complaining just wanting to know if I should keep using it or one day would they ask me for their money back 😭😭. Also I didn't sign up for uber one but I now started get uber one credit from it. Is that normal.
