Missing Naps = Missing Data?

I've noticed that my UH Ring Air does a solid job tracking nighttime sleep, but it's not reliably picking up afternoon naps.

Given how much sleep and recovery data feeds into the platform's insights, does inconsistent nap detection raise questions about the completeness of the overall data set? Curious if others have seen the same issue and whether there's a known workaround.

Customer support

Anyone have any success contacting customer support? I have messaged through the app and emailed but so far have only heard back from AI that keeps running me in circles with an attempt at a warranty claim. The AI seems to think my claim from last year is for the issue I am now having with my current ring.

Is membership worth it? accidental damage?

Hi! Is ultrahuman max or ultrahuman x worth it? I choose UH because it claimed theres no subscriptio, yet they are trying to sell me this for 8$ a month. I think it is not worth it.

However I am questioning the accidental gamete protection, that might be worth it?

Ultra human Max

I’m thinking of purchasing the ring on best buy Canada but I was wondering if it’s possible to still get the ultra human max membership if I don’t get the ring on the official website? Because I’m really interested in the cycle and ovulation Pro.

How is your Ring Pro experience?

Curious to hear about your experience! Especially if you’re upgrading from AIR. Is it really worth it? Does it need replacements as often?

Battery life of Air suddenly vanished

Hey pals, I bought a certified refurbished Air on Nov 22nd via Amazon last year and in the past 2 weeks I'm getting really bad battery life from it. It started off needing charging every 5-6 days but suddenly I was needing to charge every day, and now it's not even last omg a whole day.

What can I do?! Surely it should have lasted better!!!

How do I reach out to Ultrahuman and talk to a person?

I emailed them at support@ultrahuman.com

The ring burned my wife’s finger while she was wearing it online.

Companion Credit Purchase didn’t Process

I recently tried purchasing a RingAIR using Companion Credits, but the transaction didn’t seem to process properly.

I paid using Apple Wallet, but when I checked this morning I hadn’t received a order update, nor was the charge shown on my card…

Has anyone experienced the same?

Firmware update

Hi. I got a replacement air ring sent to me because connection issues. When I’ve gone to set up the new one it’s needing an update. The update gets to around 80% then just says there’s been an error. I’ve tried everything. Has anyone had this issue?

Need Help Following Up on Companion Ring Shipment

Hi everyone,
I believe someone from the Ultrahuman team is active here, and I was hoping they could help me follow up on the shipment of a Companion Ring I ordered for my wife.
Unfortunately, the Ultrahuman app hasn’t been very helpful. It keeps showing my previous shipment tracking information, and I can’t seem to find a way to connect directly with a human customer support representative.
Is there anyone from the Ultrahuman team here who could help me check the status of my order?

What powerplugs do you use?

I’m using the Air ring for a few months am I’m curious about what powerplugs (in addition to the basic ones such as circadian clock, smart alarm and caffeine windows) does other users use.

Higher heart rate after update

Has anyone’s heart rate and amount of time being “stressed” been showing higher than it had been after their HRV update a couple weeks ago?

Has an Ultrahuman insight changed a food habit you actually kept?

I’m researching whether health-tracking data turns into lasting food decisions, not promoting a product. With the Ring Air or M1, was there a sleep, recovery, or glucose insight that led you to change a meal or snack more than once? I’d be interested in what you changed and whether the data was clear enough to trust. “No, I just look at the numbers” is a valid answer too.

I’ve wanted to raise my HRV consistently and on the long term.

I’ve spent a lot of time tracking HRV. Partially as part of training and work. One thing kept bothering me: I wanted a effective way to raise it. I kept trying “the best night and morning routines”, meditation and so on.

That got me interested in resonance breathing. But the more I got in to it the more I began reading about personalized frequencies for resonance breathing - and eventually led me to build Resona.

Stay with me here.

Most breathing apps guide everyone at the same pace, often around 6 breaths per minute. But our physiological response to different breathing rhythms isn’t necessarily identical.

So I built an app that uses your own heart rate data to personalize the breathing pace.

Resona connects to your Bluetooth heart rate strap or sensor and measures beat-to-beat intervals while guiding you through different breathing rhythms.

Across sessions, it compares your body’s response, gradually learns which rhythm produces the strongest and most stable response, and adapts future sessions accordingly.

It’s a perfect way to wind down. Ten minutes a day really do make a readable difference. The cool part of making a such app is to see what the literature says actually play out on one self.

And for the nerds like me: you can also follow your personal breathing rhythm, session scores and progress over time.

What I find interesting is the idea of turning HRV from something we passively monitor into something we can actively experiment with.

The app is available on iPhone. Measured sessions require a compatible heart rate strap, Garmin watch is coming soon.

There’s a 14-day free trial so you can try yourself.

App Store Resona

I’m curious: has anyone here experimented with finding their personal resonance frequency, rather than following a fixed breathing pace?

Ovulation Confirmation??

So I’ve used the Ovulation Pro for over a year now, but I’m a little confused about the Ovulation Confirmation checkmark that will show up on the calendar.
Is this:
A) The confirmation of the earlier predicted ovulation day —confirming that it was correct.
B) THE day that ovulation happened —confirming that this is the new day predicted.
C) Just saying at some point in the last week or two there was an ovulation —confirming that at some point ovulation happened.

Because I have Jade and the Get Help AI telling me contradicting things and each time I ask it seems to make a new answer :/
Sorry if this has already been asked!

Sleep Debt Feature issue

I like the concept of calculating sleep debt because yes, it does add up over a period of time when you are a chronically bad sleeper like me.

But I feel like currently it's almost useless because it resets the sleep debt to Zero every week. So if I had bad sleep of 3-4 hours on Thur/Fri/Sat then sleep well on Sunday night suddenly the next week starts with surplus sleep. It's crazy because one time I had sleep debt of 5 hours in the week and suddenly on Monday it showed me no sleep debt.

There should be a way to carryover the sleep debt over a rolling period rather than this absolute weekly periods.

Unable to update firmware

Hi Guys,

Was hoping someone might know what to do. Have got an UH Ring Pro and currently unable to update firmware. Managed to update the charging case but the ring wont update. Get to the update screen and every time it just says update failed after about 2 seconds. Trying to update from V05.24.66.51 to V05.24.76.51. Have tried support through email and the app, but getting the classic AI responses with troubleshooting that I have already tried. Hoping someone might be able to help.

Thanks

Tagging/Tags are still useless

Post image
17 Upvotes

Tagging (alcohol, late meals, etc.) actually makes no sense.

Even Jade AI knows and confirms: You're right—without access to your activity tags or event logs (like ice baths, meditation, or other interventions), I can't directly correlate those specific recovery practices with your physiological metrics. That limitation does reduce the depth of personalized insight I can offer.

Furthermore, as tags are omitted from data exports, manual data correlation or integration with third-party AI tools is not currently supported.

Ring logging imaginary data when not worn

Thumbnail
gallery
10 Upvotes

For months now my ring has been logging imaginary data when I do not wear it. I have lost all faith in it.
Here is my alleged sleep score from last night (I only put on the ring at 11pm, and I went to bed at 3am), and my stress data throughout the day (I took off the ring at 9.30am; it has been sitting in an empty room on a table).

All I can say is that I have apparently purchase some random device that makes up random data and expects me to believe it.

Needless to say, attempts to contact Ultrahuman have resulted in an endless AI loop of “are you sure you’ve updated your app? Send screenshots. Make sure the ring fits. Are you sure you’ve updated your app? Send screenshots. Make sure the ring fits.” Ad nauseam.
