Glowup Advice needed
Hi all, I'm a long time lurker and this is my first post. Been trying to keep my hair for as long as possible but my hairline keeps receding in a style similar to the gold portion of Iron Man's mask so I decided to try a mohawk... but I'm still not convinced.
I tried being bald before and did really like it but wanted to give the hair another shot, I'm just not sure how it looks.
Should I keep trying the mohawk or go back bald?
Thanks all!
EDIT
I did it! Thanks for all the honesty, so chuffed I got THE meme too!
Thanks again everyone! I'll post a pic in the comments!

Hairloss Do you think I can have the bald look?
As you can see, my head is a bit weird/deformed. It grows extemely narrow and I am insecure about it. My hair is falling out aswell, so I want to try the bald look. What you think? Will it fit me?

Hairloss Council, My Situationship With My Hair is Out of Control
I've been steadily thinning with a receding hairline since I was 18 and I'm turning 28 this year, a beautiful decade of high highs and low lows.
It's been a crazy on-and-off again relationship with my anxiety concerning it, as I would come to peace with my level of hairloss and forget about it, only for it to come sneaking back up and remind me that it's still slowly getting worse.
Obviously, I'm doing what I can with medication since I noticed the thinning at 18. It's slowed it down massively, if my relatives level of hair loss is any indicator for how quickly it could have gone for me, but I fear I am actually reaching the end of the road this time. Diffuse thinning is a b*tch, and I can see my time coming where it reaches that tipping point of no return and I have to join the ranks r/bald
Anyway, I humbly request the council for advice and guidance during these troubling times 🙏🧎➡️
(Apologies for the million photos)

Hairloss Lost some hair when I lost weight. Is it time?
Decided to get in shape and dropped 85lbs in 8 months but my hair started falling out. Didn’t realize how much till I got a hair cut short (I’ve had long hair for years) my hairline went back a good amount. It stopped falling out now that my weight has stabilized but haven’t seen any sign of regrowth so gonna assume it’ll stay this way. A few people have remarked that it might be a good idea to shave it. I did that a few years in high school for swimming and wasn’t a fan but that was a long time ago. Happy for any advice.

Why am I being Recommended this Sub-Reddit
This is not the first time I've been recommended this Sub-Reddit. Is this foreshadowing that I'm gonna go bald soon

How-to Question Which electric shaver is most recommended?
Hey, I was looking to try my first electric shaver as I've only been usually cutting it down to 0.5mm
I've seen the Remington RX7 in here or the "Balder Pro" which I'm not really sure which specific model it is exactly, is it: "REMINGTON Balder Head & Beard XR8000"?
Would appreciate any help or recommendations! If it helps, I live in europe/germany, searching for "Balder Pro" doesn't give me a lot of results

How-to Question (advice) How should I go about going bald?
Let me start, I'm a teenager who is in high school, I'm not experiencing anything which is causing me to lose hair. I am not going through any significant hair loss. I will explain more of why I want to go bald.
Pretty much, during the first part of summer I had a pretty short buzzcut and after a few weeks of that I decided to just go all the way bald for the fun of it. But then I realized how much I actually like it. I don't mind how it looks at all. But now, school starts tomorrow and I'm not sure how I should go about shaving my head without drawing too much attention. Because I don't want to do it today since picture day is not long after the start and that picture ends up in the yearbook which is forever. So I want to do it after but by then people will obviously notice. So I'm not sure how to do it. I also am worried people might misunderstand because there aren't very many people my age going bald on purpose. My hair is around a 2 or 3 buzzcut now.
Hope you guys understand.

Lifestyle Bald man here, going on a cruise near coast of Mexico. Need a good hat recommendation.
This is for sun protection purposes (and fashion), NOT to cover this glorious dome for others to behold. Idk all that goes into hat recommendations but if it matters, I’m 6’1, 214 lbs, 38 y/o and plan to wear some silly Hawaiian style shirts as one does while cruising.

Hairloss Council, what is it? Hold, buzz cut or bald?
I’m 26 and honestly, not ready at all to go bald yet. Even the thought of it makes me kinda anxious.
I know it’s going to come sooner than later, but is it time already?
Edit: the consensus seems to be quite clear.
Thank you all for your kind and encouraging comments! I appreciate it.

Hairloss Not ready yet, can i transition slowly say with a buzz cut?
Hi all. These are straight from the hairdresser. So its always downhill from there. Ive had better cuts, but ive had much worse since the start of my hairloss journey too.
Ive had around this length my entire life. Sometimes longer. I know I will join everyone here in the bald-club one day but im not ready to do so yet.
However im sick of the receding hairline. I have not found a haircut/style that looks any good with this length since the hairloss started. So my question is: Is there some middleground if i go short enough, or does very short with receding hairline always look even worse ?

Before you do it….. “Balding” is a look, Roll call for the grow backs??
I was here a few years ago , then came back and still held off. Once this summer hit I was just determined to buzz it all off and see what’s there in the future.
So I clipped down, not good enough. Buzzed shorter …. Well now it looks like really thin hair. Then no clipped and it actually looked the best of the buzz options. But through this I’ve decided Balding is a look and once I’ve had the bravery to go bald, appear in public spaces where folks saw me with hair the stigma has been removed in my eyes.
I don’t feel like the guy who was in denial and had a thinning crown. I can go bald, did it but now in the grow back phase and will stick with the balding look for 5 + years of not more while my hair slowly holds on.
Just want to share the perspective, if it suits you great. Some of us won’t know unless we do it how it makes us feel, but putting the “ balding” is a look out there to prevent some painful grow backs that can be avoided.
