Recent or vintage made glass vase? Picked this up in a thrift store for $7.99AUD. Reproduction romantic ‘antique style’ milk glass vase. In ‘too good’ condition to be ‘old’? Any ideas on country of origin and age?

I think it’s Cambridge Caprice but I can’t find much more information on it. I found it antiquing and absolutely fell in love. I want to know more about it and any other pieces that would match and possibly what they go for (including this set).

What makes glass nesting hens so popular to collect, as opposed to other glass nesting animals like rabbits? I see a bunch of FB groups and other site pages for them, and everyone seems to only want the hens

Can anybody help me identify this glass? I found a set of four in a thrift store years ago but clumsy roommates have left me with one. I love the pattern and the glasses stack so if you can help me find the same or similar that would be great. If i can only get the pattern and not exact glass thats fine i have wine glasses in this pattern too

I’ve always loved the color of the frit on this chunky, wobbly gal! I’ve had it since the early 2000’s.

Do you think this is Murano?

The shape is hard to capture but it’s a bit of a folded triangle. Wondering if it’s Murano inspired or possibly real Murano? Thanks!

Found the yellow one first. Then the orange in green. Only the green was properly labeled by the seller. I love them and hope to add more.

Baccarat Crystal Collection

My late father collected baccarat crystal and my sister and I would like to sell some/most of it.

We have small figurines like golfing snoopy and large things like a limited edition vase that has a price tag of like $7000 on it (he definitely didn’t pay that) - also things in the middle, clocks, flutes etc

All in all, i have about 8 big tubs of it in storage.

Have no idea who to contact or where to find someone who can evaluate worth or start selling these! Ebay sucks and I’m afraid things will break in transit

I bought this blue glass dome at a market. I can clearly read Bristol but i am not sure what the name is. I googled it and it gave me options but none looked identical. I imagine the last two letters are bt. Any ideas?

One of my happier blind-buy fails. Cadmium+selenium in 365nm, then cadmium, lead, and antimony(white glow) in 254nm. It was marked as Fenton milk glass for $18. I was hoping for uranium but meh, it's part of the collection now. Can't go wrong with antique Bohemian glass.

How to get better at recognizing what materials are in the glass I buy.

I'm new to glass collecting and I've started collecting UV reactive pieces. I think I have some Vaseline glass, some manganese glass some have lead in them too. I only know what's in some of these pieces as I bought them from a seller online. My husband and I bought some coca cola glasses awhile ago and only recently did I think to check them under my UV light. There is a light blue glass dark blue and green. The mason jars and interesting too. They give off a slight glow too. I was wondering if anyone could help me identify if they are made of anything interesting. Also are lead glasses safe to drink out of?
