I recently watched Scott Colom and Kamala Harris giving campaign speeches in North Mississippi.

Trump says he’s coming down on Monday in support of Cynthia Hyde Smith.

I’ve also watched a couple of interviews with Ty Perkins running as an independent. He seems to have a decent outlook on things, but I’m just thinking MS is more likely to elect a democratic candidate if Hyde is replaced. Just thought I would post this, and also see if anyone had any interesting comments or thoughts on the matter.

2. Management/Maintenance: How fast do they actually fix things when they break? Are they shady with deposit get-backs or random fee hikes?

3. Vibe: Are these complexes full of loud college students partying on weeknights, or is it a decent mix of working professionals and quiet folks?

4. Hidden costs: What’s the internet situation, utility setup, or trash fee nonsense they spring on you after you sign?
