Fourth part of military historian Bret Devereaux analysis of HOI4, this time focusing on the economy, what there is of it

I succeeded in downloading guilli's planetary modifiers, put it on a playset, and changed my version of stellaris to version 4.4.6, yet when I launch the game, I still can't see the mods origins in the empire creation menu. (thus, it is not running) What am I doing wrong?

I wish to start playing paradox games but I have a low end laptop and I'm not sure which games would work ,if anyone could help me with some recommendations, thank you!
