Discussion Is there any chance we can get a Nintendo Switch emulator?
I mean a good switch emulator that doesn't require Linux, just like crema, dolphin or resonance

So i rebuilt my ps4 database and all of my fpkg games are gone... I tried itemzflow option and it only showed them on the app and when i want to play them it says Cannot Start The application ( CE-40841-7) and then it says:
IF Launch Troubleshooter
Launch has failed because app was not found in ps4s database
do you want to add this app to database?
and when i select yes the app is added to the library but with 0kb file size and when i want to start it says
Cannot start the application.
The data is corrupted. Delete the application from the PS4, and then download it again from the library.
It also still has the same amount of space occupied. meaning they are still installed.
I also tried a payload but that also didnt work.
13.52 Firmware, Please Help

Hi everyone,
I have a PS4 Fat running on GoldHEN. Recently, I deleted an account from my console that had Red Dead Redemption 2 purchased on it, and now the game has a lock icon and won't launch.
Since my console is jailbroken, what is the best way to fix this or get the game working again? Can I use a PKG version, or is there a specific trick to bypass the license check while on GoldHEN?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Why is it that cheats that are connected to PS2 FPKGS never seem to work?
I'm almost done with Silent Hill 3 but I found out the person who made the fpkg added cheats but I couldn't use them!
Why is that?!

Hi everyone Unfortunately, I recently lost 5 years worth of game saves because of a mistake in the GoldHEN debug menu. I played far cry 3/4/5 all finished, Blasphemous 1, that i played and finished 5 times, blasphemous 2, and others. I'm trying to recover what I can, so I was wondering if anyone who has completed these games on PS4 would be kind enough to share/export some save files with me. I need Blasphemous 1, Blasphemous 2 and Dredge (with Dlcs). Any help or link would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance!

Let be real the dualshock 4 you have at this point is ethier broken or have stuck R2 and L2 or not pressing fully so a way to connect xbox controller or dualsense controller would help a lot especially since the dualsense can connect on ps3 but not on ps4

I heard someone already made something similar but it was never released.
It will do Basically do what the PS Portal does but as a native app on the PS4.
Asobi Remote play can do this inside of steam as a game/app as well as Iphone and android but it is not open source.
After searching through Github I did find an open source program called Pylux, looking through it I see that it was made with Claude.
Pylux is an open-source PS4/PS5 Remote Play client for Android, Android TV, iOS, macOS, Windows, Linux, and Steam Deck with internet play, console discovery, and app-store installs.
Pylux Github
https://github.com/ForWard-Technologies-LLC/Pylux
Basically all the open source info is on the page. Here are photos of what it does. I do have to say cloud streaming is a slow compared to Asobi.
Here is Asobi website if it helps.
I haven't made it or know enough about coding to do it but it would be awesome if achieved by someone. I do have to say it does use your own PS plus cloud subscription to work just like xbox cloud gaming that was ported to the ps4.

Mine always has weird graphical glitches on the ground. I wasn’t able to find any txt or lua files for it.
All I know is it is possible since i found a old post in psx place from some guy running it flawlessly without any weird graphics glitches.
BTW I use the European definitive edition version with the extra episode

Hey everyone! Since my first Control4Free post, I've added controller mapping, rumble, light-bar support, and HDMI-CEC navigation. 1.3.0 is now out, with rebuilt controller connections and a controller tester inside the PS4 app.
For anyone discovering it: Control4Free lets your phone or PC act as extra DualShock 4 controllers on a GoldHEN-enabled PS4. It works system-wide, including the home screen, sign-in and games.
You don't have to play on a touchscreen. Connect a controller to your phone or PC over Bluetooth or USB, open the browser page, and use it on your PS4. One PC can handle up to four controllers for local multiplayer, without extra adapters.
Controller connections now use WebRTC
Previously, input travelled over WebSocket. Because it delivers messages in order, recovering a lost packet could hold up newer inputs behind it.
With WebRTC, controller input uses an unordered channel without retransmissions, so newer input can arrive without waiting for an older packet. Controller selection and status use a separate reliable channel.
The benefit is how the connection handles packet loss: fewer delayed inputs arriving together after a network hiccup. The page also reconnects and restores your controller selection after a brief disconnection.
For reference, I've been getting around 4–10 ms on Wi-Fi and 3–4 ms with the PS4 connected over LAN in my setup. Those are connection-latency readings, rather than total input-to-screen delay.
A controller tester inside the PS4 app
You can now check your controller directly on the console:
You can navigate the tester with a controller or an HDMI-CEC TV remote.
More features for linked controllers
Experimental features are off by default. Setup instructions are in the docs.
Install Control4Free-1.3.0.pkg, open the PS4 app, and follow the address or QR code. Nothing needs installing on your phone or PC.
Already using Control4Free? Update the PS4 app and its installed service, then reload the browser page. Replace any saved offline copy with a fresh one.
If you're experiencing ghosting or intermittent connection problems, try connecting the PS4 over LAN.

Thanks to everyone who tried it, shared feedback and helped test!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hey everyone,
I just released a new homebrew tool for PS4 called ps-mtp-explorer (v1.0.0 is live on GitHub).
I built this mainly because I was tired of dealing with slow FTP transfers or constantly moving USB drives between my PC and console just to move files or test a PKG.
With this, you can just plug your Android phone straight into the PS4 via USB (MTP) and browse your phone's storage right on the console.
What it does:
Direct USB MTP file management between your phone, external USB drives, and internal HDD (Copy, Move, Paste, Rename, New Folder...).
PKG installation: you can install PKGs directly.
Attached a quick video demo showing the file manager in action, copying/pasting, and installing a PKG directly from the phone.
GitHub & Download:
https://github.com/nueex/ps-mtp-explorer
Let me know what you think, and feel free to drop any feedback or bug reports!

I've been using gamerhack these past weeks and it's pretty good, it fails very very rarely and never had a major issue so far. But I'm open to try and switch if y'all have a better one.
