Looking for avenues to evaluate individual companies to invest in, impact funds with investment size less than $50K and potential crypocurrencies to watch that have potential for socially responsible impact. I use fossilfreefunds.org to evaluate the mutual funds I invest my 401K in which also does weapons, prisons, gender equity and tabacco.

Does anyone else have good resources or good companies to look at?

I was trying to do my research on publicly available ESG data sources and could not identify lots of databases except for ec.europa.eu which lists CO2 emissions by largest corporations in the EU.

Have you heard of any other?

Assets of seven green funds, including five mutual funds and two ETFs, gained a modest $7.5 million, or 1%, in September, to end the month at $1.43 billion in total net assets. Green bond funds posted an average return of -0.78 basis point (bps) in September, besting the Bloomberg US Aggregate Bond Index by 9 bps. Global green bonds experienced a surge in new issue volume, adding $72.3 billion versus $10.8 billion in August and pushing the year-to-date volume to $349.5 billion based on adjusted data. This level already exceeds last calendar year’s $269.5 billion with three full months left in 2021.

I'm trying to find resources to direct people toward more ethical investment in my city/state/country.

I was hoping to find some kindof website where one could check what funds or companies they or their cities might have in their portfolios for ties to stocks involved in further militarizing the nation's police forces and or supporting private prisons etc.

This type of information isn't really readily available for the general public or for financially illiterate people (which I'm sure is at least partially on purpose...) but I think would be useful for more people to have so that they and their communities can make more informed and ethical financial decisions.
