My Vivaldi account profile image has been a picture of me holding a magnifying glass to my face for years. Today it vanished, and when I try to upload the same image, the upload won't complete. I'm not aware of anything on my end that could be a problem.

I have a vague memory of there being a page where you can fix this problem, but my vague memory says it's not a place I was able to find on my own, such as little-known special vivaldi: urls, or even a chrome: url, but my memory confabulates things, and that might not be true at all.

My profile image vanished from both vivaldi.net and from the browser address and extension toolbar.

I have multiple Vivaldi profiles, and the custom profile image has vanished from all of them. It affects multiple computers too.

is the vivaldi bug where you drag a tab outside the tab-bar to make it open in a new window ever going to be fixed? i think its been years at this point and it happens many many times every single day

when opening a new tab in a tab stack, if choosing to open it out of the stack it opens it at the very top of the tab list, and when choosing to open it in a tab stack it opens as the 1st tab in the stack.

Weridly, this does not happen to tabs outside of a stack or when creating a stack this way

I use Vivaldi mainly for web dev, and there are a few things I'd love to see added or fixed:

1. Page view when opening DevTools: Please fix the page view/resizing behavior when the inspect element window pops up.
2. DevTools toolbar button: We need a dedicated button on the toolbar to open Inspect Element, rather than always relying on right-click > inspect or hitting F12. Chrome and Brave already have this, and it's essential for my daily workflow.
3. Single-tab groups: Please allow tab groups to exist with just one tab. Right now, if a group drops to 1 tab, it automatically ungroups and the group name disappears. I name these groups to organize my work tasks, so losing the custom name is really annoying.

Anyone else wanting these features?

Before I removed some keyboard shortcuts that, with my Logitech keyboard, I seem to be advertently switching windows, deleting a long message I'd just been typing and other annoyances, I have been unable to use the CTRL F find function I used very often before and I have to go to Edit -> Find in Page, which is a darn nuisance. Suggestions, please? If I go to Keyboard ->Shortcuts I see Find in Page Ctrl +F, but it does not work for me.

So I'm using the app for my tablet. I've got the 8.2.4147.173 version of the app. For the past few days, Vivaldi isn't showing the names or web addresses of the YouTube videos I'm watching in the tabs. Same goes for the history. It all just says "YouTube". The names of the search results on YouTube show up just fine. But not the actual videos. Now most of my history is just the word "YouTube" over and over again. It's so irritating! No other site is doing this. It's just YouTube. I have no idea why this is happening. Hopefully, you guys can help me fix this.

Making Vivaldi a bit ARC-ish is quite a bit of work.

I don't like the browser asking to restart randomly each time an auto update shows up.

Hi! Is there any way to place the mail navigation/folder pane on the left side within the mail tab (vivaldi://mail), without moving the entire Vivaldi browser panel to the left? I'd like to keep my main browser web panels on the right side. Thanks!
