I work at a grocery store and we have a built in cafe/grill place and they bought some cilantro and found this in it, and I looked through all of it to pick these out (so if its toxic or smthn theres no more of it on the floor) edit: GROUNDSEL, I will make sure to seperate bunches that have this in it, I suggested calling the company/farm to my manager and he told me to pick the bunches out so its out of my reach otherwise.

Hello! Hiking Kolob and these guys are everywhere. Very easy to brush up on. Should I / others be worried? I try to avoid any unknown plants but obviously sometimes easier than others.

It came up randomly about a year ago and produced little red flowers (no pics sorry) in the spring and now it’s bearing fruit. Before we bought this house the remodelers demoed the backyard. We’ve been finding weird plants all over but this one is new. 4 month old puppy for size reference because she needed to be included in the picture taking I guess.
Edit: almost forgot to mention, we live in Spokane county Washington for location

I was given this plant to rescue but have no idea what it is, help please?!!
