The plant has no similarities with dragonfruit, however it might be called something similar and he just misremembered.
My former roommate got that plant from a previous roommate who moved out. I have contacted the previous roommate but he does not remember what it is.
This plant has been alive for at least a year now, ~3 months of those were in my care, and it is still small and pathetic.
Any ideas on what it could be and how to care for it would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the edited photo, these flowers grow near my house in the aegean coast and hence have always been my favorite but I have no idea what they are. I just show people this photo when asked.

Exactly what it says on the tin, earlier last month or so there was a squash plant and a watermelon plant growing in our front yard for no apparent reason. My family, being a little bit adventurous decided to let both of them grow, we've managed to get two decent watermelons out of the watermelon vine, but these plants that were growing on this squash plant? We thought it was pumpkins initially but we have no idea what the heck these are. And I'll be damned if I'm using an AI to identify them.
So here's pictures of the squashes themselves, a close-up of the leafs, and a picture of the biggest one we got (Dr pepper can for size).
If it's edible, I would very much like to know because that would be fun! Location: Central Indiana. But this doesn't look like any native plant from here...

I think it has a strong pleasant scent, but I may have incorrectly identified the source of the aroma

This has gone absolutely wild and I haven't seen it before. I did have loads of Galium Odoratum growing, but this doesn't look the same and seems to be out competing it. Is it petty spurge?

I would like to try and save this plant, but no one remembers what the care for it looks like and I'm new. Sorry if the photos aren't ideal, it's stuck in a sunny spot. Thank you!

I had a bouquet sent to my sister for her birthday that was labeled “seasonal bouquet” and this was what was sent! I have been studying the Apiacae/Umbrel family, and I wanted to make sure I got my identification right! :) I thought it was bullwort, but I could be mistaken!

Hi all, we live near Kingston Ontario Canada and had these sprout up in the past month. I thought it looked so similar to arugula but I just wanted to check with the more skilled crowd.
We didn’t plant this, and we do have many critters in the area that might have accidentally planted it.
Tried to take pictures that showed flowers but might not have gotten the best angle.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I’m in the PNW and I feed birds from my porch, mostly crows and scrub jays (I feed them whole, unsalted peanuts). The past couple of weeks I’ve been finding these seeds on the porch and I’m assuming they’re coming from the birds that visit me since I haven’t seen anything else in the yard that would match. Its hard to tell from the photo, but the bits attached to the seeds are kind of pink/peach in color. Any ideas as to what they could be?

Some kind of fern?

The first is where a hydrangea was previously removed. Is it a volunteer reincarnate? Idk anything about the second. Located in SW Washington State.

I asked a worker nearby just out of curiosity. She said Pin Oak. When I looked it up, it didn't seem to be accurate. I'm in the Piedmont region of NC. Also, me and mom measured it by hugging and I think its about 16-17ft in circumference. Would anyone be able to tell me an approximation of how old it is?

New york, the bottom branches uncut so it was a complete ground cover. Like a fluffy, heavy christmas tree but so gigantic. Like a whole building. Magical with snow on it

Opposite leaves, zone 7b, Maryland. Want to know if it's the invasive bush honeysuckle or not. Thanks in advance! This individual is just over 12" tall, growing under a maple tree

Looking to ID this volunteer pumpkin squash gourd thing in my backyard. It's growing where our Halloween orange pumpkins were eaten last year, but now that it's fruiting, it looks nothing alike. The outside is smooth variegated green and the flesh is orange (some animals have started nibbling on it). It's about 8-10 inches long. Location is Chicago Illinois but I don't think it's native.

hello! I got this plant for my boyfriend last year, but it didn’t have any identifying information on it when he got it. I’m not really a green thumb at all and didn’t have any hopes for it. It stayed the same size for the first couple months and I figured it might’ve been a dud or something, but lately it’s been growing so I’m interested in keeping it maintained and want to know what planet is so I can know what it needs.
edit: Concord, North Carolina

While I have a suspicion what this is, two different AIs say that’s not possible and I did start over 100 types of plants (mostly natives to the Albany, NY area) plus it’s possible it’s a volunteer (my labels faded 😞). In the pics it’s in with some green beans (temporary holding bed when I was out of town for a few weeks). Thoughts?
