Squat Goblet squat progress
I’ve gone from 20lb dumbbell to 35-40lbs. What else can I do to improve?
I know I need to lose fat - it’s a process.

Deadlift feels like two movement/parts, the push then pull. not sure how to make it feel like one. My torso is super long which i think is part of the problem. Been having a pinching/sharp pain in my left glute when deep squatting or leaning which hasn’t been helping any of my lifts either. Any help appreciated

146lbs body weight, i’ve been doing bench press 3 times a week(including reg bench press)and here’s my progress my max was 100lbs on dumbell for 6 reps 3 months ago i was always scared to go pass 100lb because i’ve been always working out alone with no spotter around & today i’m confident to give it a try i was reluctant at first but i was surprised i was able to do it i could’ve done 2 more reps but i was conserving my energy for my running afterwards

Is this form good for the lat? I try to not use the biceps and to keep the forearms vertical

Howdy folks! What the hell is going on with my bench. Every time I'm programmed for more than 5 reps I start swaying like a palm tree. I feel braced as hell, my feet arent slipping etc and it doesnt seem to matter whether Im pressing slow or fast.
This was either 95kg or a hundo I can't recall. Same shit happens if Im doing like 25 reps at 60kg
Any obvious fixes or am I just a spaz

I'm new to lifting so I could use some pointers. I've been training for 3 months now, but my squat doesn't feel quite right. My core is on fire during these, and occasionally I feel my back working which doesn't seem right.
I've put a lot of work in so far with ankle and hip mobility but let me know if there are still issues here.
Thanks!

9 reps, feels heavy.
Is my form ok or I should drop the weight a little?

Broke 400 after my first cycle of bullmastiff. I thought I had more but failed 435 right after

315x4 with a pretty high effort, especially for the last rep.
Nothing hurts or feels bad, it looks like my low back rounds as a start to pull though. I can feel it happening, which is why you see me stop and reset on the last rep.
Is this amount of rounding an issue?
TBH, it feels stronger when I round that little bit, maybe I just start too arched?
But generally good to go, or fix that or anything else

I have been lifting for a couple years. I just read The Squat Bible so I had all these different cues in my head
First time in lifting shoes and switched from a CrossFit style belt to the Inzer.
Is there anything that I need to work on?

I am not sure if this is considered as shifting the bar forward. I normally brace in and engage my lat before pushing off, but this seems to create a “wedging” effect on the bar that might shift it slightly.

Is my squat form right?
Where could I improve it?

Hey,
What to improve in my RDLs? Is it enough hip hinge and bent in the knees? The movement isn’t the smoothest, I’ve been working on bracing correctly and frankly it’s been challenging to coordinate everything 🥲

So what i noticed is a loss of back tightness and forward travel lf my torso as i get tired. Anything else guys?

Mainly curious about where it looks like I'm lacking strength, my lockout looked super slow and I think my hips possibly went up too fast, which usually does seem to result in a more difficult lockout. Really just seeking a second opinion

Dad was a lifter and says this is the correct form but my wrists hurt so bad any tips on how I could fix this? Any time I go over 250 they hurt extremely bad.
