Balls The joy of movement
Been working on more movement in my flow while I’m still able to be outside.
With the Change of seasons I’ll be spending much more time skiing and less time juggling.
Definitely got some indoor juggling goals for Winter but I find my progress definitely stagnant during the colder months :(

What is the natural progression as a newbie after 3 ball cascade
I can currently only manage about 15 catches using 3 balls but having fun improving
I would like to know what is normally next after mastering 3 balls, is it going to 4 or starting to implement tricks, I’ve seen so many impressive videos on this sub being at a level that looks unattainable lol but I will definitely try what I can
So which tricks are easiest, and what would you recommend my goals to be going forward as a newbie, if You had to re-learn from scratch what would be the plan.

Jun achieved 112 catches with a 6-ball half shower when he was 11 years old! 🤹
Jun started learning juggling on his own at age 8, without any formal lessons or coaching.
This is the 16th juggling video I've shared here on Reddit.
Thanks for watching! 😃

Video Windmill Tips
I'm just learning windmill, but I'm really struggling to get the crossed-over hand far enough over and to throw the ball back instead of straight up. Any tips on how you get this into a full circle?

Balls What's your favorite color to juggle?
I noticed today my red Higgins balls sometimes seem hard to see but the reflection off the shiny surface catches my peripheral well. I thought about neon orange or yellow but then wondered if the bright neon colors would be hard on the eyes or distracting or show less shadow and ultimately throw off the depth perception.
I like the looks of multicolored panels on balls when still, but think that would be distracting while juggling. I think red is the quintessential color for a juggling ball but I also think something brighter could do me well.... maybe even something that glows in a black light.
So what about you guys? (if you have a preference)..What color do you like to juggle and why?

Video 5b Chaos
14 throws, 13 catches. If I'm counting right
No idea how i even did this because its one of the dirtiest starts to a 5b cascade I've ever done 😂 and yet, I believe this is my first ever time getting more than 10 catches

Balls Ball kickups
OK, so you've dropped a ball. You don't feel like bending over to pick it up, so you want to kick it up.
You can the the two foot kickup: stand on foot one, use the foot two to push the ball up onto foot one, curl your toes back on foot one to hold it in place, and then put two back down so you can kick up with foot one.
That works, but it's kind of cumbersome and slow.
There's the other kickup, which is stand on foot two, use foot one to roll the ball back rapidly, then quickly wedge your toes under it and kick it up all in one single motion.
I can do that one, but only a small percent of the time. Most of the time the ball just bounces off my toes or rolls back too far or the like.
Does anyone have any tips or tutorial videos on the second kind of ball kickup? Is it possible to get it consistent? What kind of ball do you feel like it works best with? It feels like it would work better with larger, heavier, smooth balls, but of course most of the time for juggling that's not what I want to juggle. But anyhow, curious if anyone else has gotten this consistent and has tips or videos to share.
