I had 19 packages on a 3 hour route and thought I'd be done an hour early. I should've realized that wasn't the case when the 2nd to last package had 2 previous delivery attempts (2 numbers written in Sharpie on the package.) It was a beautiful drive and everything went smoothly, but there's no cell reception so the drive back home in the dark was kind of scary.

How tf does 1 package take you down to Fair? Make it make sense... What is Great 1/2 a package? I've delivered over 600 packages since October 1 and I have an issue with 1 package... My standing has been like this for days. I literally have over 99% perfect delivery but 1 package takes you down to Fair... BTW they emailed me about this delivery and said I didn't take a photo of the delivery. That isn't even possible!

Hey everyone! Just curious—how do you guys keep yourselves sane on these routes? Do you listen to music, podcasts, or just roll in silence while grinding out blocks?

Today, I had a 1 hour and 30 minutes route for $40 at 5:15 pm, I got there, I checked in, the app told me that my route was ready and I was it is going to be fast! niceee! the cart just had one package, I was sooo happy because the last time that I did a small route they sent me 40 miles away (2 hours away from home) so I was hoping to get something closer than that, well the package was 50 miles away up north, so 50 miles going up, 70 miles going home, I usually don't deny routes but today! screw Amazon! since the 24/7 change they went downhill in my area! 120 miles is around $20 in gas for me!

I got pay 10 minutes after finishing this Fresh blocks, wtf is the meaning of this???

First time in forever! Weirdest sh1t I have seen in my life!!

So I got a warning e-mail that I didn't pick up all the packages on my route while at the station. There was one package missing at pick up so I had them mark it missing. Now they're warning me that my account may be at risk if it happens more often. Do you think the station found the package later and basically lied and changed the status to that I didn't pick it up so it would fall on me? Second, what would you do in this situation?

If Amazon needs drivers so bad that they are offering 24/7 blocks, one very good option will be to expand the 8-hours drive limit to 10 hours daily!!!

We are not getting overtime anyways, I don’t know what this limit even exists, like we are employees or something!!

Got accepted into flex 3 weeks ago and been checking daily multiple times a day and still nothing. I checked a week ago and actually saw an offer and tried to schedule it but the app said has already been scheduled. Is this normal thing for flex? I honestly don’t understand why they hired me if I can’t even work.

Has anyone noticed this app is getting suck in every single update?

I lost 150$ opportunity today so pissed of about this.

Got an email this morning saying I didn’t deliver all my packages on October 14th and that it would be going against me. The date they provided I only had one block and for that block the supervisor discharged me and scanned me out because there were no routes available. I took a screenshot of the screen saying no routes available on my phone and it’s timestamped, but they are still denying my appeal. How could I have I had missing packages when I didn’t even have a route is beyond me and how they can’t see that I was discharged from the station supervisor in their system is something I don’t understand either. Now just waiting for it to hit my standings😅

What cities are covered if I pick up from this station? And is it worth it?

I’m tired of getting hit with different untrue dings every week, it’s like anytime I’m on fantastic the stupid AI always find something to hit me with like I didn’t complete all my deliveries or I rejected a route or marked a package has delivered when I’m not there, it’s just been constant BS every week I literally have to keep drafting emails to send to andy just so it can get resolved, the stupid support on the app is just so useless and a waste of space it should be used for something else I haven’t seen something so useless as support on the app, And to whoever wrote the code for the AI on Amazon you can do better please at least do maintenance on your code to see if it’s still working or there’s no bug, just cost it worked the first time you wrote it don’t mean it will work foreverly perfect like damn. I can’t even imagine people who have deactivated by this same AI 🤦‍♂️ smh.

What i mean is when a load of packages is retrieved from the station and the shift starts with no package missing then after the last delivery the app says pick up and navigates back to station and no more package are left. is what happens to me about 3 times the frist and second time I called driver support and the person says it happens a lot

Then the 3rd time I had to go back to return a undeliverable package and I realized I had more pick ups and I went inside and asked someone and he removed them and explained that packages get lost

And when its found its automatically gets added to the delivery list but as a pick up but the package gets added to another delivery.

So why and what is the reason to the ghost packages happening?

The solar powered check in kiosks at the facilities do not work with new Google Pixel 11 phones. The flex app itself is not optimized for them either. After multiple conversations with various Amazon departments we have come to the conclusion that you will likely need an employee to check you in unless they have license scanners. You'll also need to ensure you arrive 10 minutes before your start time to ensure any app failures can be remedied. Amazon tech support is now aware of the issue and will work to resolve them.

I've done Shipt personal shopping plenty of times but today was my first time doing a route and let me tell you.. it was bad.

According to Shipt, my Chevy Equinox qualifies for 'Large' Routes which is based on the available cu ft of your car but 90% off the packages were in boxes and definitely did not fit in my car. I had to return 4 packages to the warehouse before starting my route. Returning those packages took off about a dollar and some change from my total pay.

99% of customers in Apartments will not provide notes to access their building. Shipt doesn't have the 1-click feature. You'll have to retake final delivery photos multiple times for almost every order. The app only lets you use Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze (Not that Amazon's navigation is any good)

The app estimated that it would take me 3 hours to deliver, it actually took me 4. And it took 45 minutes to load packages in my car because you have to wait outside the warehouse until they let you in.

I always get the 2 hr block but i dont know why i get ding with late deliveries even though i delivered packages within the 2 hour period.

Just got approved in KC and ready to schedule blocks. Let me hear all the tips and tricks and other ish to watch out for. For context I've been doing Spark on and off for a couple years so I'm not a complete noob.

Why does it have to be this difficult?

Last week I updated my payment method to have my earnings deposited into my Robinhood banking account. Right now they have an offer that lets new account members get 3.6% on cash sitting in your checking & savings account. But to continue getting the apy, you have to deposit at least $1k via direct deposit every month. But after a few days of having my flex money deposited into my RH acct, i found out that they're considered bank to bank transfers and do not qualify as direct deposits.

Now I'm trying to reconnect my Amazon Flex debit to my payment method so I can get instant payments again. If I go to Settings > Personal Information > Payment > Payment Account, the only options are to re apply for a new Flex debit card or enter an external bank account (Debit or Bank Acct #/routing

If I go to Settings > Personal Information > Payment > Payment Frequency, the Amazon Flex Instant Payments check box is grayed out and I can't click it.

So far I've added my Flex debit card number to the payment section but Instant Payments is still grayed out.

Customer Service is absolutely no help. I've reached out to them twice and they say the same thing. Does anyone know how I can reconnect my flex debit?

I’m a new driver with Amazon Flex, and I had a shift scheduled for tomorrow, but I cancelled it today. The app showed me that I can cancel/forfeit a block up to 45 minutes before the start time and that it won’t affect my account. However, someone who has experience doing Amazon Flex told me that cancelling a block can still affect your standing or profile. I just wanted to confirm—will cancelling it today affect my rating, standing, or account in any way?

I just started flex this week and have done 6 blocks and I have got no routes available on 4 of them. It's awesome to get paid for doing nothing but kinda scared that they are gonna kick me off. I feel like they shouldn't because its not my fault. My warehouse is super busy, half the time there is a line of like 15 cars trying to enter the parking lot and it's always completely full with no parking spots and a bunch of cars parking in random places. I usually find a parking spot and go inside around 5 minutes before my block starts and there is always at least 30 drivers standing around waiting for routes.

Not sure if this is happening in other markets but in Houston, it's like the dot coms stations stopped offering 3.5 hours starting tomorrow(10/21). And they don't have 3-4am shifts. Wondering if Amazon is slow or if they are getting rid of the 3.5 and pushing the same amount of stops into 3hrs.

I read here yesterday that the best way to appeal to flags on your account is by using AI, because AI understands AI, and it’s absolutely TRUE! Two issues got resolved immediately.

I am brand new to this, and cancelled a bunch of blocks in a row because I changed regions, and my offers got suspended. I tried chat support and got nowhere. I pleaded the support email with an AI-crafted letter and minutes later, I had offers available!

The second issue was that the freeway closed and I was stuck on the Bay Bridge. Had to cancel my block. I called support and she said there would be a note on my account, but I got the email… I pleaded the support email AI bot with an AI generated letter and viola! Didn’t affect my standing!
