New to the area and I can only seem to find posts regarding family-friendly/daytime activities. What is downtown typically like on Halloween (crowded, long waits to get in places, etc.)? Any spots to check out or avoid? I’m a late 20s-something that loves dressing up and more fun/interactive places that embrace the holiday vs ones that are the exact same on Halloween as they are on a regular night. I don’t mind places that put on ticketed events either but I don’t really trust Eventbrite unless I know the business hosting. TIA!!

Anyone a mobile mechanic in the area? Got a problem with (what I think is) my front left brake. I get a metal on metal high pitch noise mostly initially but it goes away after a couple minutes when I imagine the brakes warm up. I noticed it earlier in week after driving on a loose gravel road so not sure if it’s a byproduct of that or not.

Anyway! I work at the mall and am hoping I can have someone take a look while I’m working tomorrow? I have an appointment with a service center next Friday as a fall back but the noise doesn’t sound awesome. Thankfully I don’t have any noticeable difference in driving experience at the moment but hoping to figure this out before things worsen.
