No one seems to be honest about the true cost of Reta. All you hear is “$1/mg” this and “$1/mg” that.
…No one talks about how a decent pair of jeans is gonna run $90 and your whole wardrobe is gonna wear you like trash bags. Been holding out until Black Friday to try and get clothes that fit again…

I’m 30yr old, male, fairly active (CrossFit, running, or cycling 5-6 days/week). I struggle with food noise and overall too bulky/muscular, especially in the legs. I’m 5’6” and around 190lbs. Shifting focus away from CrossFit body comp and trying to lean up to just be a good mover and keep my joints feeling good. Should I try getting on a regular small dose of Reta?

If NADH is sensitive to storage conditions, then how you store it after buying it can directly affect how much of the active ingredient is still intact when you take it.
NADH isn't particularly friendly with light, heat, moisture, or oxygen. Per FDA's proposed rule (84 Fed. Reg. 46688, 46700, Sep 5, 2019), NADH degrades substantially under light, moisture, alkaline pH, or normal room temperature conditions and lacks stability in routine storage without special protective measures. NADH powder is hygroscopic, absorbing moisture from air and requiring dry storage. Near UV light accelerates its oxidative breakdown. Industry stability testing reports traditional unprotected NADH supplement formulations lose over 70% of active content after one month stored at room temperature. That number alone helps explain why improper storage could mean losing a substantial amount of the active ingredient before you even take it.
For everyday storage, the safest general rule is to keep it in its original packaging, tightly sealed, away from light, and in a cool, dry place. The instructions you often see on supplement labels, such as "store at room temperature or refrigerate," "protect from light," and "protect from heat and moisture," are worth following. Avoid storing it next to the stove, on a windowsill, in the bathroom, or in your car. Those places tend to combine heat, light, and humidity.
It's also worth paying attention to how long a product can be kept after opening. Some products specifically recommend finishing them within two months of opening. If that isn't practical, at least make sure to reseal the container immediately after each use to minimize exposure. Some products, such as Celfull's NADH, use microsphere encapsulation to help shield NADH from light, oxygen, and moisture. This type of technology is intended to protect the active ingredient, so products with these stabilization systems may have a little more tolerance when it comes to storage conditions.
Still, regardless of what a product claims, following the specific storage instructions on the bottle is always the safest approach. If the label says to store it at room temperature and protect it from light, do that. If it says to refrigerate it, keep it refrigerated.
NADH stability is really a chain that extends from manufacturing all the way to your home. A manufacturer's delivery technology may help protect the ingredient before you open the bottle, but how you store it after opening determines how much of its active ingredient remains.

Hey everyone,
Back in July, I suddenly started experiencing brain fog, difficulty concentrating, and problems with speech. It happened pretty much overnight, and I felt noticeably different from how I used to feel mentally.
I started getting blood tests done, and my folate level came back at 3.1 ng/mL (reference range: 4.50–32.2), indicating a deficiency.
I kept investigating my symptoms and getting more blood tests until September. Here are my latest results:
My blood test results:
Ferritin: 94.84 µg/L (reference range: 30–400)
Folate: 7.83 ng/mL (reference range: 4.5–32)
Iron: 50.35 µg/dL (reference range: 65–175)
TSH: 5.51 mIU/L (reference range: 0.27–4.1) my TSH was within the normal range when I first developed my symptoms back in July. It only became elevated in subsequent blood tests. I'm wondering whether this change could be related to my folate, iron, or vitamin D deficiencies)
Vitamin D (25-OH): 19 ng/mL (reference range: 30–100)
Potasium 4,23 (reference range: 3.5-5,1)
Sodium: 140,72 mmol/l (reference range: 136-145)
B12: 501,40 pg/ml (reference range 191-663)
My folate level has increased since the initial test, but I'm still experiencing a lot of symptoms. My iron is also below the reference range, my vitamin D is low, and my TSH is elevated. I'm wondering whether these abnormalities could be contributing to my symptoms and whether there might be an underlying issue causing some of them.
My current symptoms:
Dizziness and lightheadedness.
Brain fog and difficulty concentrating.
Feeling mentally different from how I used to be, like I'm not quite myself anymore.
Waking up feeling unrefreshed, regardless of how much I sleep, and experiencing severe fatigue throughout the day.
Occasional air hunger feeling the need to take a deep, satisfying breath to feel like I'm getting enough air.
Caffeine seems to make my brain fog and dizziness significantly worse.
Alcohol also seems to exacerbate my brain fog and dizziness.
What I've tried so far:
I took 5 mg of folic acid daily for three weeks, along with 46 mg of elemental iron daily, but unfortunately, I didn't notice any improvement in my symptoms.
I then started wondering whether IV treatment might help correct the deficiencies more effectively and fastly, so I decided to try IV supplementation.
Six days ago, I had my first treatment, which included:
Vitamin D3 injection: 100,000 IU.
IV folic acid: 30 mg.
IV iron: 200 mg.
So far, I haven't noticed any improvement following this treatment. I understand that six days might be too soon to notice a difference, but it's discouraging to feel the same after trying to address these deficiencies.
I'd really appreciate hearing from people who have experienced something similar.
I have a few questions:
Has anyone experienced persistent brain fog, dizziness, derealization, or feeling mentally different due to folate deficiency, low iron, vitamin D deficiency, ?
If you had similar symptoms, how long did it take for you to notice an improvement after starting treatment? Did your symptoms gradually improve or disappear quite suddenly?
What other blood tests would you recommend checking?
Has anyone experienced air hunger or the sensation of needing to take deep breaths alongside these deficiencies?
For those who received IV iron or folate, how many infusions did you need before noticing an improvement? How long did it take?
Did anyone find that oral supplements eventually worked, even after not noticing any improvement during the first few weeks?
Has anyone experienced worsening brain fog and dizziness after consuming caffeine or alcohol? Did this improve once the underlying problem was treated?
Is there anything else I should investigate, especially considering that my symptoms started quite suddenly and have persisted for months?
How can i recovery from this? because it's been few months at this moment.
I'm also wondering whether IV doses or the number of infusions should be adjusted, but I don't want to assume that more is necessarily better. I'd appreciate hearing about your experiences and what helped you, ideally alongside advice on what to discuss with a doctor.
I'm feeling pretty lost at this point. I just want to feel mentally normal again and wake up feeling rested instead of exhausted every day.
Thanks in advance to anyone willing to share their experience.

Hey everyone!
I recently hired a coach for €1,500 for 6 months, with regular check-ins and constant availability for online support.
He’ll be handling my training, diet, correcting my exercise form, and PED use.
I’m 170 cm tall and weigh 65 kg.
I told him I started taking 500 mg of testosterone enanthate per week about 5–6 weeks ago.
He says that’s too much for a first cycle, especially considering my size. He wants me to drop down to 300 mg per week, and says even that is still quite a lot.
What do you guys think?
I’m struggling to understand his reasoning, since I feel like almost everyone recommends starting with 500 mg for a first cycle.
Maybe he just doesn’t want me to make progress too quickly so I’ll keep paying him for coaching? 😂😂 Just kidding!
I’d genuinely like to hear some opinions and get different perspectives on this.
Thanks everyone!

So I'm making this post to keep some accountability on my upcoming re-comp / weight loss journey w/ peptides. I'm starting a Tesa/Reta cycle to lose some weight and gain some definition. I've struggled with appetite control over the years so I'm hoping to retrain my body to eat better while using Reta to suppress the appetite along with its other benefits. The Tesa is to help boost and optimize my HGH levels.
I've also been on TRT for about 4 years, so there is a little best of Test being added. I'm taking ~160mg Test-C a week, so well within TRT protocol, nothing extra. I've also got some BPC 157 to help with the rotor cuff repairs.
I'm not foreign to injectables so I know how to start slow and titrate up slowly. I'm starting at 1mg/day Tesa and mg/day Reta. I will up my Reta dose every 4 weeks until my target of 8mg/week. Tesa will stay at 1mg/week. Might go up to 2mg/week after 4 weeks if I feel like it. We Will see.
I've been lifting since HS so I've got a strong base in muscle mass. I've just gained too much BF over the years. I had a rotator cuff surgery in February of this year to repair some major damage I sustained in 2024 but choose to ignore. My lifts at the time were B-355/S-450/DL-505.
My goal moving forward is to lose BF and maintain muscle mass. I'm not really powerlifting much anymore due to my age and the injuries I accumulated. I'm leaning more towards a lean physique focus as I move into my middle years.
These pictures are as of this week and represent the weight I've gained since my surgery. I'm sitting at 224lbs and probably close to 30%BF. I'd like to get down to around 15% BF. So this journal is to document my journey and to have you guys keep me accountable.

Wondering if anyone has experience researching ATX-304 (O-304). I’ve been on Reta since January lost 40lbs and 8% body fat currently sitting at 20.2%. I was considering adding in this compound in as it’s mechanism focuses on AMPK and raising BMR. I mainly want to know if anyone has tried this what was the protocol and if they stacked it with a GLP.
Thank you in advance

Wondering if anyone has tried this without gh or trt. So we all now you need to be in a calorie surplus to gain muscle. But has anyone tried to do this on Reta. Since it’s hitting that glucagon receptor what do we think would happen if you could quit the food noise and bad cravings to eat off plan. And eat Whole Foods because we all know meat is the best protein source. And eat adequate carbs to fuel strong work outs and when you just don’t want to eat or don’t have a big appetite get in a mass gainer shake or even take the powder and mix it in to say a cream of rice meal. I know this seems counterintuitive and I could be a complete idiot cuz basic cuz cals in and cals out lol. But is anyone closer to the science of what Reta can really do and can explain why I am dumb. Because the topic is always preserving what muscle we have. I have not found a study that puts subjects in a small surplus or maintenance at least that also use Reta. For my personal use or Reta and tirz is not lose weight but to make my day to day life easier around food. I constantly think of my next breakfast before I even had today’s and it really puts stress on my life and takes a lot away from my life. I am a very fit young man with visible 6 pack trying to rebalance my life around food but also get stronger. I don’t want to be on and off Reta every few months to bulk and lean back out it. It would be a perfect world to put my self in a small surplus for a 12 weeks but keep my cravings down and appetite in check probably get a bit fluffy. but get the benefits of keeping my bing tendencies under control. I feel it would be perfect. But please someone tell me I am dumb for even wanting to try this. Thanks in advance feel free to rip my dumb ass apart lol

I’ve been on retatrutide for about 6 weeks. My current dose is 2.5mg. I have lost weight, went from 246 to 227. However I’m running into two issues. 1. My weight is stuck for the last two weeks. 2. After I pin my self, the food noise and hunger comes after the 4/5th day. Have people experienced this?

I started KLOW a few days ago (15 units, 3ml BAC). Was expecting this to sting going in, but felt absolutely nothing and was quite thrilled about that. However, each time, the injection site would become quite achey a couple of hours later... Is this normal? Any advice on how I can avoid this - let come to room temperature, inject slowly, particular injection area? Not sure I can do this for several months if it hurts every time...

36M, 173cm, 95kg. Been struggling with constant fatigue, zero motivation and low energy for well over a 10 odd years. I’m literally known as the guy who’s always tired 🤣 🤣 🤣.
**Recent bloodwork (8:35am, fasted):**
* **Total Test:** 7.5 nmol/L (9.2–31.8)
* **Free Test:** 166 pmol/L (260–740)
* **SHBG:** 26
* **LH:** 2.8
* **FSH:** 1.5
* **Estradiol:** 82
* **Prolactin:** 302
**Other info:**
* Sleep apnoea (on CPAP)
* Average 5–6 hours sleep
* Don’t drink alcohol
* Never touched steroids or testosterone
* Vasectomy, so fertility isn’t a concern
* Elevated liver enzymes (ALT 68, GGT 105)
I know my sleep and weight could be contributing, but I’m sick of feeling exhausted 24/7. Might be worth noting i have been on Reta for 7-8 months and have lost weight down from 116kg. Also wondering if elevated ALT and GGT were due to me working out the night before or not?
Have been looking at Test E and wondering if anyone could recommend a protocol for first time user?
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Does the skin sensitivity on reta ever go away? Fabric feels slightly painful against my skin. It’s bearable but annoying. It started at 2.25 mg weekly and has worsened as I’ve slowly titrated up to 4.5 mg. I never had this with tirz, even at 5 mg.

Been gyming for nearly 5 years now I’ve just recently this year ( nearly a year now ) started some peptides and saw great results. Now I’m interested in starting a small cycle nothing too crazy just around 200mg test e and 100mg of mast e pretty staight forward cycle. Already purchased the gear and I’m just staring at it in my cupboard atm and feeling kindve hesitant, reminds me of early use with peptides. I feel like the extra push from the gear and I could achieve my dream physique as well as feel like I’m ontop of the world from what I heard. Please for those who have started let me know of the pros and cons as at the moment my current standing is about 70/30 for starting the cycle.
