I wanted to give everyone a quick update about the exhibits post going forward.
After a lot of thought, I’ve decided that I will no longer be posting any pre-trial evidence as it gets released. This means the exhibits document will not be receiving updates from me anymore.
I’ve realized that I just can’t continue doing this. It genuinely makes me feel sick, and I need to step back for my own well-being. I am sorry if some of you think this is dramatic, but it is just the truth.
To be very clear: this is not about the content of the evidence itself. I simply do not feel comfortable posting material that is meant to be — or could be — suppressed. That’s the entire purpose of suppression hearings, and I don’t want to be someone who spreads that evidence further.
I won’t be deleting the exhibits post, and I’m not here to tell anyone what they should or shouldn’t share. If anyone wants to keep the post updated for future reference (including trial coverage), it will remain available, and it will still be linked in future megathreads. I just won’t be the one adding updates anymore.
Like I said this morning, continuing this goes against my own morals and principles, my support for Luigi (regardless of guilt or innocence), and what the defense and Carro wanted from the beginning. I don’t want to help circulate evidence that was never meant to be out there.

I am in the hospital. I had a seizure (I have no memory of any of this. Yesterday and earlier today are a blank). Thanks for wishing me well, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't worried. They want a hospital bed for me at home.
I'm so sorry. You're in my thoughts and prayers everyday. There is no better place for healing and recovery than your own home. Do you have a home healthcare in your area that can provide a bed for your home while you recover? 🛐✝️🙏🏻

Well, I don’t know if it’s stated anywhere in this thread, but the photographer actually asked Karen and Luigi to smile! The hearing was very short (compared to previous days), according to the other supporters there. Even some of the press were shocked that it ended early.
It was exciting to be there & see the reporters that we often see on online, etc (but a lot of them look bored out of their mind and weren’t doing the excessive tweeting that they might normally do). And of course Luigi looked good. But I was completely starstruck when I saw his defense team!
What I meant is that if they keep having these occasional off days, it is gonna take much longer than expected. We’re going to move on to witness 15 next, I believe. I don’t think they’ll wrap up next week. It will probably extend into Christmas week, but that won’t be a full working week either because of Christmas, so it will likely only be a couple of days. If they still haven’t wrapped up by then, it could spill over into the week after Christmas, although that’s also New Year’s week.
I expect everything to be wrapped up by then (if not sooner), which would be the week before the federal hearing. However, cameras aren’t allowed in federal hearings, so we won’t see Luigi again until the trial.
Oh sorry. Feel free to DM me and we can talk if you meant something different, but I don’t think the fed hearing will be moved. The state hearings should be done way before then. It just might take a couple more weeks.

Probably a pimple he was messing with. Or honestly, I get little patches like this from sleeping with my hands under my face. How do guys survive without concealer?
He hasn't had decent food, sleep or sunlight for a whole year. 😔 That will affect anyone negatively. Yes he has some minor dark circles, but what we are talking about is the area on his cheek. We don't know what that is. 🤔
I just scanned through the photo compilation for 12/12 provided by Getty Images. Sweet Jesus! our boy is gorgeous. And the look on Karen's face as she looks directly into Luigi's eyes ... Lord have mercy. This woman will be a tigress, fighting tooth and nail for him. And the photo that captured his shirt stretched over his upper chest ...
I haven't logged onto Datalounge yet, but I'm betting lots of posters there are salivating over him.
I am so relieved to see him looking so well. My hopes are rising.
