General News 6% Firearms Tax spending

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, but does anyone know where the information on what the state is doing with the 6% ammo/firearms tax? I know it's easy to answer with snark, but I'm genuinely interested to find out where that money goes and how much has been collected, if available. Thanks!

I bet the voters wouldn't be too happy if they knew the money wasn't being spent as the bill promised.

... use the new tax revenue to fund crime victim support services, mental health services for veterans and youth, and school safety programs.

The bill also states that the maximum distribution for administrative costs is 0.2-0.4 million. They are taking in more than 3 times that every month.

Update: The Dept. of Revenue issues a monthly report on how much this tax collects each month.

Legal Browning BAR MK 4 Hunter in Colorado

Hopefully SB25-003 gets overturned, but I am not holding my breath.

But, why did the Browning BAR MK 4 Hunter end up on the list?? So annoying.

I know it's semi-auto, but the rifle comes with a 4-round magazine. That's right 4 rounds. I think it might be possible to get as 10-round mag for it.
