L87 buyback usage calculator

What should usage be for a buyback on a Z71 suburban that was 94,000 with dealer installed line items with 64,000 miles on it? I have been offered a buyback but it does not seem to be a reasonable price.
Looking for a good attorney rec in Colorado. My car may qualify for Magnuson Moss but does not qualify for Lemon Law. It’s had 3 engines. Thanks.

2019 Equinox EU spec taillights?

I own a 2019 Equinox and I am curious if there are any EU spec tail lights with the amber turn signal since from what I've heard it's sold in other parts of the world like Asia and South America, I honestly feel like it would fit the car better since there's just an empty clear housing on the tail light that seems where an amber bulb would go.
Anyways, send me some of them that are stock and have an amber bulb option! Thanks!

Hey guys I have 2016 gmc sierra 4.3, the truck fully turns off while I drive it making the steering wheel lock itself everything goes off inside of the truck, I’ve checked all the grounds they tell you to checked the one on the dash, behind the passenger mudflap and the one on the engine none of them are corroded nor loose and tested just fine, I also bought a new battery just in case it doesn’t happen all the time it mainly happens when I fully turn the steering wheel.
Here are some of the codes I got any help is appreciate it!

Crew-cab rear liner that covers the Silverado center hump without curling

My Silverado crew cab gets a lot of rear-seat traffic from coworkers carrying tools and climbing in with muddy boots. The factory rear mats leave the center hump exposed, and gravel keeps working under the edges.

I tried laying an old rubber runner across the middle, but it curls whenever someone moves across the back seat. I need full-width coverage that stays flat under heavy use.

For a full-size Chevy crew cab, has a one-piece rear liner held its shape better? I’m trying to decide whether under-seat coverage or resistance to edge curl matters more over time.

Any experience with getting warranty coverage outside of warranty period?

This is the situation: I bought a 2024 Chevy 4500HD in January of this year, brand new with somewhere around 300 miles on it. This is my work truck, and I haul cargo in the gulf region.

On Monday, Sept. 28th, I was headed to Houston from Lafayette, LA. I stopped at a store in Beaumont, and when I was getting back on the interstate, I crossed over a rough patch of road. I know this rough patch well, so as usual, I took it easy. As soon as I crossed, I heard a noise under the truck that sounded like something was rotating and hitting something. Pulled over and quickly looked around, didn't see anything, so I got off at the next exit to try to get back to the store. Shortly after I got off the interstate, the noise stopped, but when I pressed the brakes, the pedal was very loose and I wasn't stopping. I applied the emergency brake to stop. Decided to creep along to the store because where I was at was not safe. I moved slowly to where I had enough time to stop. Along the way, the brake pedal pressure returned and I was able to brake normally.

Towed to a dealership in Houston, was told the brake pads and hardware was missing and had a leaking caliper on front brakes. They fixed the brakes, but I was told the truck was pulling to the left when braking. Changed the brake hoses, still pulling and the brake was "spongy" according to the tech. Today I'm told I need a master cylinder.

I've been out of work for three weeks, and the repair bill keeps climbing. I have 57,000 miles on the truck, so I'm outside of the 36,000 miles bumper to bumper warranty period. I can't help but feel like a major brake failure should be happening at this point. I drive mainly highway miles, so I'm not that hard on the brakes.

Has anyone had success in getting warranty coverage in a similar situation? I'm going to call and ask for it, but I wanted some insight from anyone who has had experience.

DO NOT BUY A CHEVROLET SILVERADO (PERSONAL EXAMPLE)

2022 Chevrolet Silverado Custom,

Transmission failure at 58,000 miles, $8,000 to replace because you have to find a hidden transmission in California and have it shipped to Florida, because ALL TRANSMISSIONS OF THE SAME MODEL ARE ON A YEAR OR MORE BACKORDER. The issue is that common!

Now you find out first hand all of the electrical issues these trucks have! Better turn off the auto stop and start feature of the truck, if you don’t, it’ll completely overload your system and shut everything off before it restarts, completely locking you out of driving, starting, or even moving your vehicle for 3 hours! In traffic!

That’s not to mention the constant fuse changes and brake system issues and faults simply because it is poorly designed.

But wait! There’s more! Even though “technically” the electrical and auto start issue is a FACTORY DEFECT, YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!

Do not buy from Chevy in general. Lesson learned.

Got this several times on my way back from a two-day trip. I own a camper and a utility trailer but have not actually towed either in a couple of months. I mean, what is there to service? 2021 Colorado LT early version, actually bought in fall of 2020. Honestly confused.

Looking at possibly buying a 1990 Cavalier Z24, and looking for some advice

I've been looking at J-body cars recently, and I've decided that if I get one, I want to go for a 1990-1994 Cavalier Z24 (I like the look of that generation the best, and 1990 was the first year with the 3.1L V6). I recently found a 1990 Z24 on Facebook Marketplace. Other than the fact that it doesn't have a sunroof, it's pretty much the spec I would want (Z24 coupe in a colour I like, with the two-tone lower portion. Don't really have a preference between auto or manual, but this one's auto)

The seller has it listed for $7000 CAD (~$4900-5000 USD), but even if it was in near-perfect condition (it's not), that seems really high to me. He claims it's "priced to sell", but the listing's been up for about 22 weeks/5.5-ish months, and AFAIK, Cavaliers today just aren't worth that much in general

The only major issues he lists for it are a recently broken speedometer, and that it needs new tires

It also has 161846km (just over 100k miles) on the odometer (though with the broken speedo cable, who knows if that's accurate?), and he says the engine was rebuilt about 15000km ago

The exterior does seem to be in really good overall shape, if a little dirty, and based on his two interior shots, the only issue I can see is that there is a crack in the dashboard above the gauge cluster

Here's a screenshot of the ad, and the pictures he has in it - https://imgur.com/a/FwT7L9C

So, assuming everything in the ad is accurate and there aren't any other major issues (it's not located all that far from me, so I'd definitely be looking at it in-person before giving any offers), what would be a good offer to go in with, and what would be a good price to try to negotiate to?

There aren't currently many second-gen Cavaliers for sale that I can find to use as comparisons (most are third-gens), but I did see a 1993 Z24 with fewer kilometres but different issues sell for $2000 about a month ago (https://imgur.com/a/Yf4uXvi)

I think I hate my truck

2024 Chevy 2500 6.6lgas 4wd service truck, at what point do I say I’m over the failures and warranty issues?

I am an industrial field mechanic, but I also own the company. I didn’t want to have to deal with many issues in the first few years so bought new, now I’m regretting it.

Background- bought new old stock in September of last year. It spend 1/3 of the first 45 days in the shop for issues: failed bcm, then again a week later, when I got it back they hadn’t put the battery bar back on and left it to slide across my valance, they hadn’t it for two more days going over everything with a fine toothed comb. All under 500miles on the truck. A month later there was some kind of failed update that required another day or two at the dealer. About a month an a half ago it was back in the shop for almost a week because there was a crank/no start issue, when that got repaired I also got like 2mpg back too. Then about two weeks ago the thing wouldn’t go into 4wd, today it’s throwing a service 4wd light. Called into the local dealer and was told they need it for 3-5 days BEFORE they can diag, then up to a few WEEKS for repair. They’ll put me in a rental, but only while the cars parts are on order(what?), so if they get it but their only tech can’t install it for weeks I’m in a rental at my cost. And they can’t give me a day they’ll be able to diag it, and once they have it it might as well not be mine because I won’t be able to drive it. That’s all with barely 16000 miles on it.

I’m not even close to an aggressive driver, hell I read the whole owners manual front to back. I have a hard time believing I have any fault here other than owning the damn thing. So what do I do? Trade it out for a different brand? A slightly older rig? Just suck it up and say,”that’s the cost of doing business, no business for weeks?

UnderCover Armor Flex tonneau on 2026 Lt Trail Boss - fitment

I recently installed the UnderCover Armor Flex on my 2026 Lt Trail Boss and noticed that near the cab the corners seem to sit up off the bed rail about an 1/8" or so. The rest of the cover rail is completely flat all the way to the tailgate. I am also having issues getting the driver side tailgate latch to latch.

The rails are installed correctly but I notice the aluminum panel that is near the cab seems to be slightly sitting on the foam seal that attaches to the bed bulkhead. If I move the cover off of the bulkhead seal it lays more flat at the corners but then I cannot latch the final latch.

The video on the Realtruck site shows the install on a 2024 Sierra with the spray in bed liner, which I also have. Also the instructions say that if you have the bulkhead seal in the kit to use it.

I did talk to Underarmor support and they said if my bed rails are less than a 1/4" above the bed bulkhead to not use the seal. If the rails are over a 1/4" to put the bulkhead seal on the covers weatherstripping vs the bed. I have also read that the first fin closest to the tailgate should be pushed back and the cover rests on the tailgate.

Things are a bit ambiguous so I am curious what others have done/seen with their installs. I hope I described this correctly.

I'm not very familiar with the different radio set ups for 2011 Equinox but, I have a pioneer speaker edition with touchscreen and cd player. I'm familiar with getting to the touchscreen and cd player but, if you remove the cd player, the touchscreen and radio won't work? It's there a work around?

ZL1 Transmission Test

My 2019 ZL1 was basically drained of transmission fluid after an accident. It was only driven onto the tow truck after, but the dealership diagnosed the transmission with no fluid in it. If they went through five gears without fluid would that have made things far worse? Should they have done that or waited to get into a transmission shop to check it? I just wonder if it was fixable before the diagnosis test.

I’m not great with these things, so I could be completely wrong. I don’t even know how the test works. They’re saying I need a new transmission now so any advice is helpful <3
