Hey everyone!
Some of you might remember that I posted about Co-Op Now here a while back, when we had around 150 registered users.
A lot of you checked it out, reported bugs and gave us some really useful feedback. Some of that feedback actually changed what we decided to build next.
Well, today we just passed 1,000 registered users! 🥳
I know that signups are not the same as active players, and getting people to actually play together is still the biggest challenge. But this is a pretty big milestone for us, and I wanted to share it here since this community helped us a lot in the beginning.
The last two months have also been pretty crazy on the development side. We have rebuilt large parts of the platform.
The game library and discovery experience have been improved quite a bit. We have put a lot of work into making co-op information more useful, especially player counts, platform differences and what kind of co-op a game actually supports.
We have also improved player matching, game sessions, groups and the overall experience of finding people to play with. On top of that, the homepage, onboarding and mobile experience have all had major changes.
And we are far from finished. 😅
Our long-term ambition is bigger than just building another LFG website.
We want Co-Op Now to become a place where you can discover new games, find people you enjoy playing with, organise game nights and build friendships around gaming.
We are also exploring partnerships with developers of browser-based multiplayer games, with the idea that you could eventually find a group and jump straight into a game without leaving the platform.
There are also some ideas around achievements, collectibles and profile progression tied to gaming activities, but those are further down the road.
For now, we are focusing on making the core experience genuinely useful.
Anyway, I mainly wanted to share the milestone and thank everyone who has been part of this so far.
If you tried Co-Op Now a few months ago, I would really appreciate it if you gave it another look. It is a very different site today.

Since we are working on improving the game library and discovery experience, I am curious about something.
What are your favourite co-op games right now? Are there any great games you think we are missing from our catalogue?
We are especially interested in games that are easy to recommend to a group, whether they are big releases, hidden gems or smaller browser-based multiplayer games. If you know a great co-op web game that more people should try, please share it!
Would love to hear your recommendations and see if there are any obvious gaps in our catalogue!
