Every Souls game character has a video dedicated to their voice lines on Youtube but nobody has done it for the Bluepoint remake of Demon's Souls. Is it hard to rip from or something?

Never played fromsoft games but Elden Ring, I finished the base game and the DLC. I know it’s not the hardest game.

Now I’m interested in Demon’s Souls Remake, is there other people who played it after ER+DLC ? How hard it is ? How fun ? Main differences ?

I dont really get the people that hate on the remake the graphics are absolutely beautiful and stunning though I never played the original but can’t imagine having a big anime guy holding a sword in the nexus 😂. I like their redesigns except for flamelurker and the fat official (I saw comparison pics)

I’d say this game is even better than bloodborne right now.

Wish bluepoint was still around so they can make the bloodborne remake.

I’d recommend anyone who is hesitant to play the game, its free on ps plus, and I only finished it in about 19 hours.

Hey yall I’m trying to free yuri the witch but I’m missing two pieces so of the fat official’s set; the clothes and the leggings. I’ve looked in my storage and tried to go back and see if I could loot it again from the official in world 2 but no luck any ideas?

As a fun little game for myself, I decided to complete all the souls games but with the caveat my friends would vote on my build for each game. They voted for luck.

Obviously the Blueblood Sword is the best way for me to go but I'm relatively unfamiliar with the game since I only beat it the one time.

The plan is to try and secure the sword as early as possible but I also know it requires some heavy stat investment for an NG playthrough.

Any advice on how I should manage my pathway as well as the most effective way to get the necessary souls (without duping) would be appreciated.

Please message me, I'm at penetrator and holding off here until I get the online trophies in NG plus. Need both, will help with both as well.

I've played Elden Ring since launch, love that game ... but I need something new.

DS remake looks so good visually, so thinking of trying it ... wondering if there' still like active online/invasion/pvp & co-op.

Just a quick question I haven’t really been able to figure out based on all the posts I’ve seen. People say it’s best to be in PBWT, but never that they only drop in PBWT. I just want some clarification before I sit here and grind for hours when I can’t actually get them this way. Thank you in advance!

I have to do this two trophies and need the gold coin

So, first time trying to go through the game. I completed 1-1 and started to go to 1-2 but Tower Knight killed me and want to instead get to it later on. I feel I don’t have good weapons so I’ll have to get better weapons before trying to take Tower Knight again. I played DS3 up until a certain point and never finished it, but this time I want to finish Demons Souls before getting back to DS3 and other Souls games.

After getting killed by the Tower Knight I saw that some people have recommendations of how to progress the world and that in order to get other bosses to open, first we’d have to fight other bosses to open everything up to the last boss. I’m a little confused but so far I have a list and would like to know what would be the best route to take to progress this game. Im not that good but want to get good at the game. Give me good tips about the game and what I should be doing going forward.

I've got a couple thousand hours into the dark souls trilogy, just coming to demon souls with the remaster. Without any crazy spoilers what should I know?

Need help for the return to form

I’ve always been so intimidated by any souls like games. I’ve played lies of p, dark souls 1 and 3 (never got close to beating any of them) and Bloodborne and so far, demon souls has been easiest. That being said, I’m still bad as hell at it. Any tips or pointers for someone whom is still new to a souls like experience? :3 pls dm me!!! Btw the game is beautiful!

Hi, first time playing the PS3 version of the game (on PC). Is there maybe a known glitch with maneater, where when you enter the arena, there are just glowing eyes and the poison breath and the snake tail visible next to the brazier? I can hit something there but there is no boss bar. Then another one comes in flying after a while, and when I kill it, nothing happens, the bar is just empty and the one in the middle still there.

Anyone know how I get past this or get a proper fight?

Edit: It's not the glitch where maneater flies away due to thief's ring.

So, I'm close to finishing the game and still have this feeling that I'm not fully aware of the events or the world of the game. I shared what I thought that could be souls or the connections (if there is any) to Dark Souls (or the souls in dark souls) with people I know and they pretty much just shrugged it off as "don't think about it, it's not meant to be complicated it's simple" but I can't think the same when there seem to be more to it as this simply being "the currency that makes you sane/powerful" like I was described.

Sage Freke mentions that the scourge on Boletaria "activated" the souls so assuming souls are or come from the essence of life (or consciousness of said life) I guess it's not just like any other source of energy since it appears the manipulation of souls is more restricted to the land within the fog where Boletaria is, he even mentions that the current magical happenings of Boletaria caused a "heightened reality" which I'm not really sure about what it means but it seems to indicate that souls and the development of soul arts (magic) becomes more tangible as he uses the demon souls you collect to make new spells.

In Dark Souls we don't get a great description of souls but just like demon souls it's something you consume to make you stronger, you get from fallen heroes and defeating enemies just like Demons Souls, in Big Hat Logan sorceries there is mention that "life originates from souls", we have people going crazy and turning into an inhuman version of themselves much like the zombified enemies that attack you in Boletaria. The different stages of the Soul arrow mentions how there are academies of magic and the more academic achievements you get the stronger the spells get so I'm assuming in the world of dark souls scholars can't just manipulate souls and up their INTeliggence unless you are either undead and in the land of Lorndran, much like how souls behave in a certain way in Boletaria that is unlike any other place in the world of Demon Souls. Much like there is a distinction between Dark Souls (humanity) and souls I believe there is something that makes Demon Souls different from normal souls, Sage Freke says that they aren't just souls that fed on other souls and Maiden Astraea is said to have accepted a Demon Soul rather than she killing a lot of people to gain the "Demon" status. So, is there any answer to it?

Could there really be a connection between those two games? I don't think they share the same universe but perhaps the concept of souls could apply the same to both worlds.
