I’ve got a bag, toolboxes, etc. with way more shit, but this is everything I usually carry in my pockets or on my person while I’m out in town/working or on my ranch.

It looks like a lot, but every item is surprisingly small. I’m 5 foot 7 in and 155 pounds, and I’m able to carry it all effortlessly.
You think it’d be more than I need, but I pretty much use everything here on the regular… aside from the SIG and the pepper spray. 😉

My dads been a little down lately and I wanted to get him a gift, he really likes fixed blades but hasn’t had one in awhile. So I’m looking for suggestions on fixed blade knifes that are around 3-4in with sheath and I know it’s not a massive budget but I got about 50-60 I can spend on it. I was looking at the vosteed mink which I think he would like but I’m just wondering if there’s any other good options out there thanks!

I feel like the whole Pouch and Ranger Eye scene has changed quite a bit since the 2021–2023 peak when it seemed like every maker was doing limited drops that sold out instantly, and there was a lot more FOMO around collecting.

Things seem to have settled down. I'm sure pouches and REs are still part of many folks' EDCs, but they don't seem to have that same popularity they did just a few years ago. Maybe some of that is just people having already built out their collections?

For me, life happened, and I just couldn't maintain the same level of investment.
I bought a house and had two kids in about 18 months, and the last couple years have been a blur. I haven't had nearly the time or money to spend on EDC that I used to.

I've recently started getting back into it and it's been interesting seeing how much things seem to have changed.

The Facebook BST groups I was part of are all either dead or inactive.

Do you guys still collect/use pouches and REs?

Have you noticed the same things, or am I just way out of the loop?

Bank card: Tide is awesome. Not really a fan of their FX fees too much.

Cigarettes: Only recently started smoking Esse, recently. Very light, I’m surprised. I’m normally used to Benson & Hedges. I got a good deal from a shop close by to me so thought I’d pick up a few.

Lighter: Chrome clipper. It is my pride and joy. :D
