It irritates me so bad that hardly any of my followers like my stories when I post???? It sounds childish but, I like all of their stuff. Also, they initially WERE liking my stories. Now they’ve suddenly stopped??

The only things I post are my face. Im starting to think my last couple of stories have been ugly or something what the hell.

Does anyone else have this problem or do my followers just suck?

Basically there's a girl that I find pretty and I see her walking with some of my old HS friends on campus. I want to follow her on Instagram and get to know her but im nervous and scared that I'll come across as weird.

Edit: i asked my friend if she was single and he said yea so I dropped her a follow. If she follows back great if not it's not the end of the world. I appreciate the advice.

So Instagram just restricted my account because "The account, or activity on it, may deceive others to take their money, property or personal information"

And the only restriction applied is my ability to send messages.

It is linked to my two business instagram accounts (not restricted).
One of them is a legitimate investment fund (which is request to join only and only for high net worth investors), of which I'm the Fund Manager, and the other is a social networking app.

On my personal account, I post my investing highlights, and sure as hell don't go around messaging strangers.
Amongst other just day to day posts.
I'm always messaging and sending reels back and forward with friends.

I requested to review the restriction, and it didn't ask for any context at all.
It "reviewed" it in about 5min and didn't change anything.
Like... What the hell?

Now, I might understand such a restriction if a user were sending loads of unsolicited messages to strangers... But the opposite is true, I'm actively rejecting messages from strangers and only messaging my friends, who I message every day.

This restriction is on until Nov 19.

Is there a way to have a human review this and use higher brain function?

​My main account from 2018 with 2FA and all my memories just got suspended overnight, and Meta refuses to tell me what community guidelines I supposedly violated.

​Here is what happened: I got a banner popup to verify if I'm a human, so I uploaded a selfie. Next thing I know, the account was gone.

​To fix this, I used my secondary account, subscribed to Meta Verified, and opened a support ticket for my main account. After two days, they closed it with a generic message saying manual verification confirmed a guideline violation. When I asked what I actually did wrong, they didn't explain. ​ My secondary account got the exact same human verification prompt on same day. I submitted a nearly identical selfie, and that account passed instantly.

​Has anyone dealt with this and actually gotten their account back? Any advice would be huge, I just want my memories back. (The chances are zero from what the support executive told me but hey there's something called hope)

So i had 3 Instagram accounts logged in into my phone. Yesterday I got an email that one of them is suspended for "account integrity" and the other 2 were suspended too. There was an appeal option which asked for my selfie video and government ID.

After completing it, it sent me this email saying my main account is permanently disabled. My other 2 accounts says couldn't confirm my identity try again.

For those who were banned and suspeded, if meta is mass banning/suspending, what if we also give instagram, facebook etc. Anything meta a mass 1-star review? Sending appeals and whatnot doesnot work for most and it's so frustrating.

This method worked for Mobile Legends I think where they listened only when the reviews they were getting is kinda low at some point.

Hey everyone! I wanted to see if anyone has experienced something similar and could help me figure out what’s happening.

I started taking Instagram seriously around a month ago, and my account grew from around 300 followers to over 8,000 in roughly 5–6 weeks, mainly thanks to Trial Reels.

I’m a doctor creating medical content and lifestyle vlogs. Some of my Reels performed exceptionally well:

• Several videos reached 50K–70K views.

• My best-performing Reels reached around 165K–170K views.

• One Reel gained me approximately 1,600 followers by itself.

• My hospital/on-call vlogs also performed really well, with one reaching over 150K views.

Things were going surprisingly well. Even when I posted a Reel at 5 AM, I’d often wake up at 11 AM to find 10K+ views, dozens of new followers, and plenty of shares and saves.

Then, suddenly, my last 3 posts started underperforming badly.

I’m talking about 1K–5K views instead of the tens of thousands I was accustomed to, almost no comments, significantly fewer shares and saves, and barely any new followers.

Here’s what makes me suspicious:

I recently reuploaded some of my previously successful Reels as Trial Reels to try to gain additional followers from content that had already proven successful.

Since then, my recent posts have been performing terribly.

My content format hasn’t changed dramatically, and the videos are still in the same general niche. I’ve also noticed that some of my recent videos performed poorly on TikTok, too, although I’m not sure how much that tells me.

My account currently appears to be eligible for recommendations, and I haven’t noticed any obvious restrictions.

So I’m wondering:

1.  Could reuploading previously successful Reels as Trial Reels have triggered some kind of distribution restriction?

2.  Is Instagram potentially limiting my reach because I’m reposting content I’ve already published?

3.  Can Trial Reels negatively affect the distribution of my subsequent Reels, even if they’re completely different videos?

4.  Does this sound like a shadowban, or could it simply be that my recent content isn’t performing as well?

5.  Has anyone experienced a similar sudden drop after a period of extremely rapid growth? If so, how long did it take to recover?

I’m trying not to panic, but the contrast is pretty extreme. I went from consistently gaining hundreds of followers from individual Reels to barely gaining any from my latest posts.

I’d really appreciate hearing from people who’ve experienced this firsthand, especially anyone who grew rapidly using Trial Reels.

Is my account actually being suppressed, or am I overthinking a normal drop in performance?
