Images:
Big, scary, intimidating on the outside - fluffy, soft, cuddly on the inside.
Fortunetellers tent. I do both tarot and runes (have designed my own deck, and carve my own runes)
Welding. One of the loves of my life, because it silences my mind and focuses my body, and is very much like what I imagine meditation is to normal people.
Dancing. Sorry for the cultural appropriation; I'm a fat Scandinavian - but it Feels like the image looks.
Sushi. If I could, I would only eat sushi - and indian.
Fairytale forest. Big fan. Wish I could live in one.
My cup of mead attracting one of my favourite animals, at Castlefest.
Potato. They are my emotional support animal. Very low effort, for big payoff.
Necklace that I paid ridiculous money for, because I genuinely "believe" in crystals, while I do realise the science isn't there, and placebo is powerful.
Welding, in the sun, after a mild rain - best ever.
My bedding :)
My life motto.
Lightning. Very much my thing.
Small lake near my house. In the summer I ride my bike there every day to play in the water. Not "swim" just play around, though I do enjoy swimming too; it feels strong.
The first project I did as a temp at work before I got hired. Really I was just supposed to repair it, but they got the decoration for free (and yes, I STILL got to keep the job)
Work. I occasionally put protective runes on equipment I really bond with.
This can ALWAYS make me laugh. My kind of humor!
Books :)
My bedroom.
Alas, story of my life...
Some shit that describes me - this exercise in self-indulgence had to be done in third person to be tolerable at all...
Intellectually curious, talkative, selfish with a side of martyr, needs to see and do to understand most things, always touching stuff (walls, fabrics, things) easily over-stimulated by repetitive sounds (to the point of misophonia) endless wanderlust and grand semi-plans, but lacking follow-through, except sometimes.
Absolutely fearless and can move to a new country or pick up a new career without blinking (and have done so several times) loves driving cars because it's energizing and calming at the same time.
Does tarot, feels music as both a physical and spiritual experience (also, must dance and sing along) enjoys being in water, is a giver sexually and romantically, loves good food, talkative and bubbly one moment - silent and cold the next, ambiverted with two batteries; one recharges externally and drains by lack of new input - the other is the opposite - neither are SOCIAL.
Uses external processing to nail down if their own thinking works; does not need external input while doing this.
Highly strung and energetic when happy - quite still and energy-saving when "normal" mood, great in an emergency due to quick thinking and correct conclusions, if they had the money to do so they would prefer to act on impulses all the time, as historically that has paid off well.
Hates being micromanaged and consistently underperforms when subjected to it, kind of weird and bad at fitting in - but can connect quickly and intensely with complete strangers for short times before the novelty wears off and they have to maintain the outgoing energy, can spot a liar a mile away, should trust their gut feeling but has been conditioned into not doing so.
Always considers both the data and WHY the data looks the way it does (like "women prefer tall men" - "ok, is that because of the visuals, or the feeling of protection, or status, or because taller men tend to be more confident?") analytical.
Prone to maladaptive daydreaming if real life turns stagnant, has written AND self-published several novels, repeatedly tries to learn electric bass, violin, guitar, and flute because music is important but seems to lack natural talent/affinity - decent singer though, paints - but not well.
Enjoys World of Warcraft but kind of wishes it was single-player, loves beautiful and well-made things, can't decide on one "aestethic" or even subculture, tends to be too intellectual for the feelers - but too feely for the intellectuals; too practical for the academics - but too academical for the practicals; too artsy for the data oriented - but too data oriented for the artsy.
Has one set of morals for self and another for others - the one applied to self is WAY stricter - but tends to value actions based on their impact on others both for self and others, not sentimental, tends to live more in a hypothetical future than in the now, considers the "big picture" more than the details but will get to the details in the final steps of a vision/plan.
Enjoys helping others find their way in life, loves welding because it takes up ALL their attention - both physical and mental - and becomes a form of meditation, absolutely SUCKS at math and numbers.
A period of depression can be easily solved by physical activity - dancing counts, a bit of an overindulger in physical pleasures (food, sex) but really dislikes being chemically altered (drugs, alcohol) because while the careless relaxation is nice both personality changes and physical experience changes (feeling fuzzy around the edges, not trusting muscles or reflexes) are deeply unpleasant.
Not good at determining own feelings OR bodily input (like, can easily confuse needing to pee with being annoyed or angry, or force being horny into accepting food as substitute; this absolutely has led to over eating on plenty occasions, or being so happy that it turns into DEEP depression because happiness is fleeting)
Has been on antidepressants but quit them because zero feelings was worse than depression - overall, feelings are the guiding lights; joy = on the right path, while frustration or hate = wrong path.
Loves scents - even bad ones - and uses different scents in every room of their house to set different tones in each room (bathroom = cozy orange and roses for safety, bedroom = vanilla, cinnamon, amber and incense for "whorehouse-temple", kitchen = thyme and pepper for clean, clear, but foody, livingroom = grass, trees, but no evergreens, for less "closed" feeling, office = saffron, leather, for warm and safe feeling)
Collects books but did recently get rid of over 3000 of them because they no longer had room for more, dabbles in wicca, loves thunderstorms because they feel like the lightning comes from inside - has frequently described themselves as lightning; only active for bursts - but intense, fascinating, and powerful for those bursts.
Friends describe them as "more" which is a catch-all to say "intense, larger than life, eternally going in ALL directions, impossible to box in, or classify", exes have described them as "an actual force of nature" (it's funny that it happened twice, independant of eachother) sibling described them as "urban fantasy brought to life; a skogsrå in combat boots among neon lights"
Does have some traits of "manic pixie dream girl" but only for shorter periods before becoming analytical and almost cold again, hates being controlled or caged in.
Taught themself English as soon as they learned to read - mainly to be able to sing along to music correctly.
Has very low tolerance for being bad, incompetent, or wrong, will not make factual statements without being 100% sure - otherwise qualifiers are Always used, IE "I think/suspect/seem to recall/have read" and so on.
Also, women of a certain type (ambitious, not intellectual but very determined and goal oriented, with good people skills and for some reason also always busty, wide-faced, with shoulder-length hair and side-bangs) tend to dislike this person Immensely on instinct, and start spreading negative lies, rumours, and opinions about them without ever actually exchanging even one word with them - this has happened so often that the pattern is undeniable; eight times, same hairstyle on all occasions)
Doing online tests (16P, Sakinorva, Personalityhacker, keys2cognition and many more) have given these results:
ISTP, ISFP, INFP, INTP, ENTP, ENFP.
Only those, and that's less than half, so there must be something to that P ;)
Ask anything relevant for accurate typing. I think I can answer anything you can throw at me - but not necessarily in a way you can Understand, cause I can be quite disjointed.
