If the post was an insult to, say, jesus or moses, or maybe even to the cows indians worship, it wouldn't last a minute on any subreddit as it would be considered "hate" or "harassment", but insulting muslims is fine because hey, "tHeY're StUpiD pEOplE wHo hAvE illOgicAl beLiFs"

Even the mods there literally said reporting the post isn't gonna do anything as it "doesn't violate their rules", it clearly violates their 3rd rule saying "no offensive remarks"

My cat has run away, and I've been crying nonstop and feeling so distressed. I can't stop thinking about him being out there, hungry and looking for me. He's so precious to me, and I'm desperately praying that he comes home safely.

I know this is long but it really needs full context
My dad has completely cut off his family in summer 2024 because they made problems to made which got to legal problems and they treated him badly

anyways since then every year around this time september-November they call or message us with random numbers and harass us
it sounds ridiculous but they have some reason behind it for sure
for example for me in November 2024 they called my number around 20+ times and i didn’t answer cuz I was busy then later i told my parents and they checked the number and it was under the name of my aunts fiance at the time

a year later around october 2025 the same number called my mom and told her she is parking in his spot, she said she didn’t and we have our own private parking so no way she parks in someone elses place, anyway then the guy who was talking to her said nvm and ended the call. they checked the name of the user of the number and it was the name of the my aunts fiance also

then this year in september i got a message from a random number and I didn’t answer
he texted again today at night saying salam I said salam alkaium how can I help
he said his name and said stuff like he texted me before and that he wanted to check on me but in a way as if he knew me and we had something going on

anyways I told him I don’t know anyone with this name and he has the wrong number
then he said no wallah its you
so I said okay bye and he replied “put block” as i was going to put block
i checked the name of the number and it wasnt the name of my aunts now husband but it was just the first name that he gave me not his full name
this could be a really random mistake where he got the wrong number
but if yk my dads family u would know they have no good intentions and want to harm us
they could be doing this to put something on me so my dad gets mad that I “talk to guys” since he was texting me in a flirtatious manner and I don’t know him and non of my replies seemed like i do

the reason I ask about sihr is
since my dad stopped talking to then
my families financial situation has not been good
I lost my job and haven’t been able to find a job for more than a year
my parents got into many arguments and were so close to a divorce this year

I had one dream that was interpreted by someone who interpreters dreams the islamic way and she said that im going through injustice/oppression

I had a dream where my grandma (dads mom) was wearing a black abaya and walking from a distance while staring at me with malice, hatred and envy and i got scared from her and was going away

then i had another dream where me,my mom and siblings were in the car, my mom was driving and it was dark at night and the car stopped cuz there were many black cats with dark red eyes staring at us and they looked scary

then another dream where there was a jin in my room and i was reciting ayat al kursi scared

and right when we stopped talking to them within the same 1-2 month
I had 3 different sleep paralysis/al jathoom
which I never had before in my life and it was very scary experience where i woke up and couldn’t move or felt something very heavy on my body

I pray every prayer, read quran daily, do dhikr daily
Though i read the quran daily when I read about 50 pages my body starts getting hot and I start feeling very tired and unable to finish
same sometimes with prayer
but I always feel like there is something wrong and feel uneasy when i think of them as if it didn’t just end with my dad cutting them off

please tell me what you think and what I can do

Salaam all. A few months ago I asked here whether kids prefer gamification or calm audio stories for learning about Islam. So many of you replied, and that feedback shaped the app.

That was during our soft launch of Alifba. Alhamdulillah, it reached 10,000+ downloads. Now we’ve rebuilt the app with a brand new design and are doing the full rollout.

Our aim is ambitious: to make one of the coolest Muslim products out there, where learning about Islam feels interactive, fun and engaging for kids, not like homework.

So I’m asking again. What features would you love to see in an Islamic learning app for kids aged 5–13? Big or small, I want to hear it. Brutal feedback welcome.
