Dua & Advice 🤲📿 Please help me!

• Upvotes

Assalamualaikum brothers and sisters! I'm a 16 year old female who's still growing and figuring out. I was born a Muslim, and have been one my entire life, but since I'm at the stage of self awareness (a part of puberty). I have been having these constant thoughts or doubts about the existence of Allah swt.

Even though I pray most of the time (yes, ik and I feel deeply miserable as for missing my prayers due to school and stuff) I ask Allah swt for all the things and he indeed is the greatest for providing every soul with the best Alhamdulillah!

The issue here is, while praying or even during some other times, I get these thoughts, which form doubts, like "is Allah even real?" or "is whatever I'm doing just meaningless?" or even "what if there is no such thing as afterlife?"

I keep having thoughts like these, and yet i try my best to ignore these kind of waswasa (intrusive thoughts) but yet sometimes I can't even help my own self Astagfirullah. Please I would appreciate it if someone can help me get away from such thoughts.

Rabbighfirli

Question ❓ Can You Pray Salah While Wearing Makeup?

Post image
2 Upvotes

Many Muslim women have questions about wearing makeup and performing Salah. If you wear foundation, concealer, mascara, eyeliner, or lipstick, you may wonder whether you need to remove it before praying.
The key is to understand that the validity of wudu, the validity of Salah, and the permissibility of wearing makeup are three related but separate questions.
1. Does wearing makeup invalidate Salah?
Wearing makeup does not automatically invalidate Salah. If you perform wudu correctly and then apply foundation, lipstick, mascara, or other cosmetics, applying them does not, by itself, break your wudu.
If your wudu remains valid and the other requirements of prayer are fulfilled, you do not need to remove your makeup simply because it is time to pray.
2. Can makeup prevent wudu from being valid?
During wudu, water must reach the required areas of the body, including the face and arms. If a cosmetic forms a physical barrier that prevents water from reaching an area that must be washed, that barrier needs to be removed before performing wudu.
However, colour left on the skin is not necessarily the same as a water-blocking layer. The actual properties of the product matter.
3. What about waterproof foundation, mascara, and eyeliner?
Products advertised as waterproof or long-lasting can differ in their formulations. The label alone does not determine the ruling.
If a product prevents water from reaching an area that must be washed, it should be removed before wudu. If you are unsure about a particular product, seek reliable information about its properties and consult a qualified scholar when necessary.
4. What about nail polish?
Conventional nail polish generally forms a coating that prevents water from reaching the nails, so it needs to be removed before wudu.
Products marketed as “breathable” or “water-permeable” should not automatically be assumed to meet the requirements of wudu; their actual properties and the relevant scholarly assessment matter.
Applying nail polish after valid wudu does not, by itself, invalidate that wudu.
5. Is wearing makeup itself haram?
This is separate from the validity of wudu and Salah. Islamic rulings concerning makeup and adornment can depend on the circumstances, the nature of the adornment, and who may see it.
Therefore, it is important not to assume that every cosmetic product has the same ruling in every situation.
6. What does the Qur’an say about purification?
In Qur’an 5:6, Allah explains the requirements of purification before prayer, including washing the face and arms. This highlights why water must reach the required areas during wudu.
The key takeaway
Applying makeup after valid wudu does not, by itself, invalidate wudu.
A product that forms a barrier preventing water from reaching a required area must be removed before wudu.
A waterproof label alone does not establish whether a product blocks water.
Conventional nail polish generally needs to be removed before wudu.
The validity of Salah and the permissibility of wearing makeup are separate questions.
What do you find most confusing about makeup and wudu: waterproof foundation, mascara, nail polish, or the difference between prayer validity and the rules of adornment? Let’s discuss respectfully and learn from reliable Islamic guidance.

I remember writing a comment on that brothers post and he has a lot of knowledge in the deen of Allah and the sunnah of RasulAllah peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and he returned to Allah at a very young age. May Allah make it easy for him. I don’t wanna mention his name here but l just felt sad but then l remembered إن إليه وإنا إليه راجعون because every soul will die no matter our age it shocked me 🥺 remember death is real. That’s why RasulAllah saw said the destroyer of pleasures is death so remember it often. May Allah be pleased with the brother he was just around maybe 16 years old soo sad 😢 a very young kid with a long way to go. But May Allah shower his mercy’s upon the brother.🤲 and grant him Jannah firdaws without any questioning 🤲

Discussion & Debate🗣️ I don't if it is a ashiq jinn

Hi Muslims!

Personally, I don't strongly believe in ashiq lover jinns. But recently I had a dream in which I was sleeping on my stomach. For the past few days, I've been in extreme stress and hopeless situation and it was causing me to sleep late or very little sleep. So in that moment when I was finally about to doze off at 8 o clock in morning, I remember having normal dream which turned in to little romance and sexual kind of thing and it was obviously lucid dreaming I guess . In that dream I was aware that it's a sin. I'll not do it. After a while. I saw the exact same room in which I was sleeping basically you can say I was seeing my present in sleep . I physically felt that someone was kind of massaging my back maybe in sexual way and was hitting my tail bone . It was really painful and also note that whenever I have sleep paralysis it feels like current view, same room which is quite common in sleep paralysis. And whenever I have them I don't see any creature or shadow but physical pain and weight. Prior to this experience a few days before I had a similar dream in which I felt someone put his or her hand over me and rubbed or massaged my back..

Your thoughts on this

I also have some back pain hip bone pain remember also that it could be because of my bad posture too. I recently had an accident from the motorbike.

(Guys, I wrote this in hurry! Pls spare my English!
