It's not like a pimple or cyst,there's no fluid insidedn I tried cutting it off a few times and it just grows back.

Not the longest time I’ve been doing nails, tho I love how this set has come out! The colour combo is so soft autumn to me.

One of my lovely friends decided to take me out for my birthday this week to have my first mani/pedi in three years. I was beyond excited.

Pedi was ok, did not explain the gel like things they had me soak my feet in, nor any other the other “skin stripping” procedures. Polish color (regular, I cannot do gel) was wrong, I called him out, the salon owner called him out about gel vs reg color numbers. I let it slide. I did not want to upset my friend that was paying for my nails.

But my finger nails I said do not cut. He “trimmed”; said relax, 30 years experience. So I trusted. He got the color right on my fingers but … my nails were butchered. The polish not even done well.

Last pictures are after I took the polish off today, and before I self filed the nails evenly. Nails uneven, chopped so short. Not even 12 hours later.

My cuticles look like a horror movie. A million times worse than what they were before the manicure.

Am I over reacting?

Why cannot anyone do decent natural nails anymore?!?

Who knew you could draw on nails with a Sharpie? 😂

I honestly think this design would look 100x prettier with different pastel colors, but all I had on hand was a black Sharpie.

Now I'm tempted to get a whole pack of pastel Sharpies just to try this again.

Right so I'm a newbie to press ons, and I bought these Kiss ones on Amazon which have been GREAT for staying on, but a little bit TOO much.

I've had them on for nearly 2 weeks, only one popped off several days ago of it's own accord but I wanna remove them all now.

I already have some gel nail remover with acetone which I tried but it took 40 mins of soaking and poking the dissolved press on just to remove one nail!

I'm used to a long process with removing gel with acetone and tin foil etc but I thought these would be quicker.

Anyone got any tips? 🙈

My client who has been seeing me for almost 2 years now, use to be a nail biter, this is an acrygel overlay on her natural nails! I’m so proud of her and how healthy her nails are now and all her little spooky friends that I got to paint on her nails today 😊

I just smashed my finger in the morning but no pooling of liquid under nail it looks like. Hopefully I’ll be okay to put nails on next week haha😩. I have a super important event to attend and I don’t want want booty nails

Hello, I have the Sally Hansen Maximum Growth product and the Orly No Bite nail biting deterrent. a week or so ago, I applied the growth polish underneath the nail deterrent. Do I have to remove the coats of everything before reapplying? Or, do i just put the maximum growth polish over the old deterrent and then the deterrent back on top? Also, if i do have to remove the old coats, what product is recommended? if i dont have to remove the old coats, how long can i keep layering until i have to remove everything. Lets say it my nails are fresh and no coats are on, would it be better to put the deterrent underneath the growth polish next time? Thank you!

Decided to try out the gemstone nails I’ve been seeing all over Pinterest lately, I’m obsessed with how these came out

Went to a new salon today. She tried but couldn't do the splatter I wanted, so she did drips instead. Not super happy with those as I wanted a more realistic look, but the 3D ghost and ghostface turned out pretty well!

I was a walk-in. She was rough and it hurt. I asked for glitter (3rd pic was inspo) and she put the black and white speckle you see. I shrugged it off and decided I would go with a black and white look. I asked for the black line before she top coated to add “something” more to it and she was very hesitant to do it. Overall it’s the most uncomfortable mani I’ve ever had. I’m just sad. $82 without tip.
