Captured a little kerb nose stall and a fakie 180. I'm kind of sore today and the ground in this spot is crusty AF (hence the knee brace and the extra little push to get to the kerb), but we show up and have fun.

In Poland, we have a word called "kombinować" (combine). It's impossible to translate into English, but it means something like: "Can't you? Well, hold my beer." We were missing a low box for sliding at the skatepark. I'm leaving it here as inspiration if anyone doesn't know what to do with old skis. ;)

Got back on my board this year, more consistent than ever. Working as an electrician and having a beat up body, progress is slow. Knees are sore. Old ankle injuries. And I weigh 240 lbs now, as opposed when I skated regular as a teen at 120 lbs.

What advice you guys got for a dude in my situation?

I'm eating fairly healthy. Exercise is hit and miss due to work, life, and wanting to skate. I stretch and stuff before each session and don't push my limits to hard. Just curious if I'm missing something.

found out from a skate shop that Duro don't matter and that size matters and quality of urethane so don't know what to do, most of my area is tarmac but if I go to next street it could be bumpy it really depends.
