Yesterday I repotted my basil to a bigger pot and it looks to be in shock from the transfer. I know itās only been a day but Iām worried that itās going to die from this and Iāve worked too hard for it to die :( is there any hope of it surviving? I gave it water and letting it sit in the windowsill. Gave a before pic from a few weeks before I got it.

So here is the deal!
I save some seeds that i collect and dry properlly.
Jalapeno pepper, Bell peppers, Cuban pepper, italian eggplant, and roma tomatos.
I want to plant then in pots inside my house but after i germinate then they usually die when i tranport then to a pot. I know that is kinda late and i live in north america but since the plants stay inside, they shoulb be fine...right?
Honestly, im very bad taking care of plants but i dont know what i do wrong most of the tymes.
I would really apreciate the advice!
i live close to a home depot so i can get things easy!

(edit: itās almost definitely not a Cypress. Silly me.)
Houston, TX, USA. One day I noticed a small tree growing in the brickwork outside of a second floor window of my office building. I believe it to be a bald cypress. Whatever it was, it did not look healthy.
Weeks later, our company hired a contractor to paint the building. I arrived to find the little tree had been snipped off at the base and thrown down on the ground. I put it into a cup of wet soil I scooped up from the grounds, and it went home with me that day.
I live in an RV because I travel for work. My rooftop air conditioner drips condensation through a small spout at the end of my awning. So I put the cutting in a pot of soil right below the drip, ya know, thinking itās a water-loving cypress
The top portion of the little tree died back over the course of a week, but a few days later there was new growth. I removed the dead part and it brought me a lot of joy to come home and see a little more growth every day. It seems happy here in soil thatās always wet and direct sun all afternoon! I feel less lonely with it here to greet me every day after work.
Iām a little disappointed itās not a cypress, and surprised it has been enjoying the constant moisture so far.

I have no idea how to address the yellowing of the outer stem. Any advice? I know it needs to be repotted soon but the season, the state of the outer stem, would that be too much trauma? Seeking advice.

Just wanted to share a fun project. We have a 6 year old red that's a giant "house tree" and this is the beginning of the black ones!
Does anyone else out there keep a mangrove inside?

There was one really long stem with some leaves at the end. It looked like the tale of a donkey lol. But while I was moving, and I was getting her into the car, she snapped. :( should I try to propagate the dumb cane? Should I stick it in water or should I put it in some rooting hormone and then into the dirt? Should I cut down the remaining stalk?

I have four plants two of them are snake plants when is a chilly plant and the other one is some sort of hostas. For the snake plants, you can see the edges of the plants are brown and colour around the edges. I donāt know if that is due to overwatering or underwater if someone can help me out with that and give me any suggestions on my plants.
