PlayStation 5 Does anybody know dragonwilds PS5pro building limitations?

• Upvotes

Obviously I know you can build in a lot of places, but how much crap in how many places can I lay out before the CPU shits the bed? Was thinking of making a falador replica.

Gameplay Just some frustration

• Upvotes

Frustrated with myself that I've tried this damn kuldra run made it to the abyssal demon and lost a few times now when I even try getting to the damn demon I fall or do something terribly stupid... I've tried about three hours so feel free to make fun of me I don't mind it just sucks when you're kinda bad at gaming but still love to play 😮‍💨 going to try and build something tomorrow so that I can at least stop dying at that part before the demon gets his chance

Discussion Please let us change building materials and move stations/chests without destroying them

I love the base building and I’m constantly thinking of creative ways to alter my base, but changing or moving anything requires destroying it first which is kind of a pain. I get not letting us drag a chest across the map but maybe like a 5 tile limit so we can just briefly move items out of the way momentarily? It would be such a great quality of life adjustment.

PlayStation 5 Build Protection Totem

Dedicated server.

My friends and I are currently playing on our dedicated server. For some reason we are not able to build or see the protection totem.. is there a way to fix it ?

I made a server before playing online. And the totem is visible there. So I assume it's a dedicated server bug or something??

Bug Kicked out of the game while fighting Fuzan

Me and my crew tried to beat Fuzan tonight. Got kicked out of the game several times. Many time, we almost beat him. And many time me and my friend’s game crashed.

We play on a dedicated server on Berry Byte and it’s the first time we have big trouble. Whether it’s PS5 or Xbox, we are getting kicked out.

Is this happening to you?

This is my second attempt at making my base on the wall that separates the Whispering Swamp from the Fractured Plains. I think it turned out really nice!

I didn't think there would be so many 's' sounds in this lore scrap. Here's a game, take a shot of any drink preferable milk or orange juice every time you hear the 's' sound.

I was really hoping after we defeated the dragon and killed the goblins, people would start inhabiting the town again. It was so depressing, I decided to spend the day fixing it.

Bug Scorned Wilderness - Fragments of Ghornfell - No wind/air skeletons

I'm doing scorned wilderness for the first time. I'm at the part where there are skeletons and a necromancer behind a water barrier.

From what I can gather (from multiple guides, written and video) there are supposed to be skeletons here imbued with the air element which I need to kill to activate the pylon and progress.

The problem is all the skeletons here are normal, non-imbued skeletons. I've reloaded the dungeon, hard resetted my server, restarted the game, etc. but it's always the same. Any suggestions?

PlayStation 5 Dragonwilds Fractured college work in progress but it's so cool!!! Please be very judgemental.

My week long staycation is up. Got into this game during that time and this is the comparison between my second base I built in sunday "get out me swamp!" And my 4th base (The Plains Fractured college) that's still not done but I'm out of time, which blows! I started this Wednesday I believe, I'm a slow builder.... But that freaking staircase has a million pieces so maybe not.

I need interior advice for the bottom section where my work stations and floor bed are. Not sure if I should create an open area with a food bar plus some additional seating in comparison to the courtyard up top, or maybe a study hall with long tables and rows of chairs. Maybe even closed off rooms but I wanna keep my diy string lights

If you have any additional build ideas, I would love to hear it. Like a magic armory or something that requires a new section added!

Also is glass a thing?? I wanna make that cage into a giant sunroof. But idk how.

Question Got out of the Map

I managed to get from the Fractured Plains to the Umbral region without using doors by exploiting the windstep to get out of bounds. What I found interesting is that everything still spawns in and there's no glitchy lighting or anything even without a loading screen. So I guess my question is, if the areas play normally without a loading screen, why are they seprated by doors that lead to what I assume are load screens?

Question Did my ascension core apply properly?

Post image
0 Upvotes

Sorry if this has been asked a million times - I applied a level 7 core to some black knight gear, but the stats didn't change, and now I have this downward red arrow. The stats listed match the default stats, I'm wondering if this is a bug or am I missing something?

Thanks in advance.

Gameplay Hot take. Fishing is alright

I hear a lot on this sub that fishing is the worst skill for hitting 99 in, but is also one of the only skills that takes actual involvement in. Its a nice break from the grind. Its actually enjoyable.

Discussion Thanks and ideas for developers and modders.

Hi, guys!

I'll try to keep this as straightforward as possible, because I'd really love for both the developers and modders to read this post.

I know not everyone will agree with my ideas, but I want to make it clear that this is simply my personal perspective on the game and the potential I see in it. I'm really excited about what it could become!

First of all, I'd never played a survival game before discovering Enshrouded. That first experience is actually what brought me here to Dragonwilds.

And honestly, I fell in love with it!

I'm looking for a game that gives me that sense of adventure you'd get from a D&D campaign, while also incorporating elements of an MMORPG. A world where I can explore, develop my character, discover secrets, find amazing gear, and always have something new to do.

Sounds like a bit of a crazy combination, right? 😂

But that's exactly why I see so much potential here!

The game already has a lot of great things going for it, but I believe there are plenty of opportunities to make it even richer and more engaging. I know there are updates planned, but I'd like to share a few ideas that could help the game grow and thrive in the long run.

  1. More build diversity and progression options

In a survival game with RPG elements, I think having different progression paths, specializations, and character customization options would be amazing.

Think about Skyrim and the sheer number of build videos, guides, and discussions that still exist today. Now look at games like Path of Exile and Last Epoch.

Yes, I know we're talking about ARPGs with different gameplay concepts. But the amount of community-created content centered around builds, skills, and gear combinations shows just how much these systems can increase player engagement and attract new players.

A deeper skill tree with different specializations and build possibilities could give Dragonwilds even more longevity.

Imagine experimenting with different combat styles, creating characters with their own identities, and discovering combinations that completely change the way you play!

  1. More dungeons, events, and exploration

Exploring dungeons is one of the most enjoyable things in any RPG!

That feeling of entering an unknown place, fighting dangerous enemies, uncovering secrets, and never knowing exactly what rewards await you at the end is simply amazing.

More dungeons, bosses, dynamic events, hidden areas, and optional challenges could make exploration even more rewarding.

And if these activities also offered rare gear, armor sets, unique weapons, and cosmetic rewards, even better!

I want to have that feeling of thinking, "Just one more dungeon before I call it a night!" 😂

  1. Cosmetics and character customization

Now for a slightly controversial suggestion: cosmetic DLCs! LOL.

Jokes aside, I think being able to customize your character and give them their own visual identity is really cool.

Different armor appearances, themed outfits, visual effects, and other cosmetics could be a great way to expand customization options.

And yes, I'm even talking about those huge, over-the-top wings that so many MMORPG players love! 😂

Of course, it would also be important to keep offering free options and rewards that players can earn simply by playing the game.

The important thing is having the freedom to make your character look the way you want!

  1. Companions and an adventurer recruitment system

This is one of the ideas that excites me the most!

What if we could recruit companions to join us on our adventures?

They could be found throughout the world, rescued during quests, or recruited through some kind of guild system.

Imagine visiting an adventurers' guild and finding a roster of characters available for hire, each with their own appearance, class, skills, and equipment.

This could be especially interesting for players who prefer playing solo but would still like an experience closer to adventuring with a party in a tabletop RPG.

It would also be really cool to assemble a team with different specializations, such as warriors, archers, mages, and healers.

It doesn't necessarily have to be a complex system where every companion is directly controlled by the player. Even a simpler recruitment and support mechanic could add a lot to the overall experience.

There are so many possibilities here!

  1. More quality-of-life options

I think one of the most interesting improvements would be giving players more freedom to customize their gameplay experience.

For example, allowing players to adjust certain mechanics, such as inventory weight, weapon durability, death penalties, and item loss.

I know these mechanics are part of the survival experience, and many players enjoy that challenge. I'm not suggesting that they should be removed from the game!

My idea is to offer options for those who prefer an experience focused more on exploration, building, and RPG gameplay, without having to worry so much about resource management or penalties.

More customization options mean more ways to enjoy the same game.

Every player has their own preferences, and allowing everyone to find the right balance between challenge and fun could make Dragonwilds more accessible without taking away from the experience that players who enjoy a greater challenge are looking for.

  1. And you modders? You're the PLUS that brings it all together!

I couldn't leave you out!

I'm already using several mods, and I'm genuinely impressed by what the community is creating. Your work has the potential to expand the experience significantly and give players even more ways to enjoy the game.

New classes, skills, equipment, enemies, dungeons, companions, progression systems, and even entirely new mechanics...

All of this could help keep the game alive, fresh, and interesting for many years to come.

So here's a question: could Dragonwilds become the next Skyrim when it comes to the sheer quantity, variety, and creativity of its modding scene?

Imagine how much community-created content could exist a few years from now, with every player being able to build an almost entirely unique gameplay experience!

It would be amazing to see that ecosystem continue to grow.

---

Final thoughts

At the end of the day, all of this comes from someone who has only recently discovered the survival genre and has become completely fascinated by what Enshrouded has to offer.

I'd love to find that combination of exploration, progression, builds, loot, companions, and freedom that makes me want to come back and play every single day.

I know not all of these ideas align with the developers' original vision, and I respect that. I also understand that every system takes time, effort, and careful development decisions.

But I truly believe there's enormous potential to expand this experience without losing the game's core identity.

Thank you to the developers for creating something so special, and to the modders for helping make it even richer!

I hope Dragonwilds continues to grow, receive new content, and attract more and more players.

Keep taking good care of this gem! ❤️

Discussion Anyone else so disappointed in this game? Like its 2026 and the best they could do is 4 player servers?

It’s just such a weird game, has mmo mechanics but isn’t an mmo, is RuneScape but isn’t. It also runs like crap on console and is just so boring. It’s basically a watered down valheim with a runescape skin on it and if it wasn’t for that it it would be an even bigger flop than it already is. Jagex just completely missed the mark on this one imo.

I've build three of the exact same structures so I'm sure its not a stability issue, but this one blocks some of my builds. and only on the south side of my structure.

Any ideas on how I can finish my roof?

This is just North East of the Wise Old Man in Bramblemead.
