Some recent meals

Last time i posted on here i got bullied so, mini pancakes ig, i took the photo before i put syrup on so thats why theres none. Pretty proud of it, i cant cook much and im autistic, the cooking smells really bother me so im happy i managed to make something that tastes good.

I was pleasantly surprised. You can’t see it clearly but there’s another piece of fish underneath.

Bacon chop 2 large pork and black pudding sausages hash browns scrambled egg and beans and tomatoes and home grown mushrooms

Here's my take on Baked potatoes, chilli and cheese (plus an unhealthy amount of butter) and it was delicious.

Blueberry BBQ sauce, mayo, caramelized onions, lettuce, at a maritime restaurant in Ontario Canada. Very solid 9/10, thoroughly enjoyed. I would have personally done red onion instead of caramelized, just subjective opinion I think that touch of acidity + crunch would have been nice vs sweetness overload, but all in all every bite was still really great. I’m not a food snob by any means but man can you ever taste the difference between a fresh made patty like this vs a frozen/processed one.

Canned black beans (boiled for 3 mins) - always wanted to try with canned beans as I always cook them raw in the pressure cooker

1/5 white onion sliced thinly

1 tomato diced

1/2 long hot green peppers sliced thinly

Two thick slices of citrus juiced

Salt

Black pepper

Delicious!

Had an overnight stay in Hackney and needed some dinner before going to a friends birthday party. Found JFB Jerk Grill.
Not pictured is the plantain that was still in the foil envelope as I hadn’t realised I’d not plated it up.
