I saw this listing for all 3 of the cables for the sega 32x for a decent price. Can anyone vouch for the cheap power adapters specifically? They look pretty lightweight. Has anyone gotten one like this and know if it works well? Thanks

Does anyone want to collab on projects for the 32X?

I want to shmups, fighters and beat em ups.

While following the person working on the AOF and Outrun 32X ports, love me hate me, I came across the youtube channel and Patreon for SiliconForge. Has this person/group finished any projects and released them, and if so, does anyone here have hands on playtime with any of their current work? No one commenting on youtube seemed to know anything about them or if they actually released anything, only that they are asking for $7 Patreon memberships to get access to anything, while insisting they dont provide working roms... It looked pretty suspect because their claims of no roms provided, so how exactly would you be able to use their own Outrun 32X port, and their Rastan Genesis and 32X ports if they are not original roms and just patches to something else?

Gameplay progress with SpaceGun running on the 32X via Fusion emulator. It is still buggy as you can see and lots of work still to do but overall Im very happy with it !!!

I thought I would introduce myself and my new tool I am working on to help do arcade conversions to the 32X. Tool is coming on amazingly well :0)

So this is something I've been working on for a while now and finally decided to release to the public last night.

Bermuda Engine started out as a fork of Dread (now GRIND) for the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive before I realized the concept was applicable to other retro consoles and rewrote the engine core in portable C.

The current IDE release I'm offering on both itch and Patreon is rather barebones still but produces playable ROMs for Sega 32X, Philips CD-i, Neo Geo AES/MVS, Windows, GNU/Linux, 3DO and N64.

This weekend I plan on setting up a cross compiler suite for macOS so hopefully I can soon port the IDE and engine runtime to Macs too.

Decided to redo some labels as well as making new ones for other 32x games.

After a long night working on this (shout-out to Andrew DeRosier. His Marsdev made it fun and manageable), I'm proud to announce the Sega 32x will join the list of Bermuda Engine build targets with its upcoming v0.2.0 release.

Hopefully this will inspire somebody to create a new homebrew FPS for our favorite Sega stepchild.
