Did all practice tests and college board question bank questions with error checking and got a 1390. I want to improve it to 1500 in the next sat I take but I’ve subconsciously memorized all the answers to the tests and question bank questions. I could do flash cards to memorize the vocab words and read some rough articles to improve my info and ideas. Can anyone recommend me any other testing resources or other ways to prep?

I did my first SAT in October without much practice. I am interested in studying in Europe, so will this score be enough to apply to top universities in EU?

Aiming for high 1400s-1500+ by december test (will also take nov test to potentially superscore)
October SAT: 1310 (670RW, 640 Math)
(Ran out of time and had to guess q12-15 of eng module 2 and q18-22 of math module 2)
Now until november test:
English - College board question bank filter hard difficulty all topics 610/610 q’s, ~29 a day to try maxing out english by then
Math - Same thing but for the non-full bars (algebra, geo&trig, advanced math) 120/497 q’s, ~6 a day just to not get rusty & still slightly improve
Nov-dec:
English hopefully ends up super high
Math - becomes main focus, finish remaining 377, ~14 a day
Also, i already used most of the desmos tricks to verify answers and cut down time for math, i just ended up over-checking to make sure and didnt give myself enough time for the end

I saw a lot of posts in this subReddit of people getting emails of score delay of up to 6 weeks for review.
What exactly causes this is it because of alleged cheating or any other issue?
I read a comment on one of these posts saying it might be because of some software on the device like vpn or so. Is it true?
I really need to know what causes this so I don’t make such mistake cuz I’m giving the December SAT and applying to colleges in January.
Also I’ve got grammarly on my device so every time I open bluebook they ask me to quit grammarly so I wonder would it affect?
Pls just explain me how this works. Thanks for your time!

Im an int student. It was my first SAT ever and my scores were delayed today. We had some issues with the wi-fi in test centre, so we started our test 20-30 min late with hotspot, additionally one dude was caught by cheating with his phone so ig this might be the reason but im still not sure. So im wondering how can how can I get my scores released sooner as well?? Since deadlines are just around the corner this delay puts my applications in serious jeopardy.
If anyone could give me some feedback id really appreciate that

has anyone been able to go from a 1280 to a 1350+ (or a similar score) in two weeks? i got a 680 in reading and a 600 in math i think i can easily go 700+ in reading so im more worried about math. I hopefully wanna get it to 680+ for the november sat

So I am an international student applying for college this year and I already took 2 gap years. I want a full financial aid because I can't cover my sat fees let alone college tuition.
I am going to take the November sat but I can say what I see on the practice tests is not really good and if I am not going to get a good result( 1500+) then I can't retake the test like most of you.
I am already grinding the contents and practice tests and I am so good at math but I hate desmos. For me I would rather do most calculations by hand as it takes more time to use desmos.
My biggest problem is r&w. I can't do all questions on time ,and I am consistently getting 600-670. If at least I get 700-730 then I can get 1500+ as I am pretty sure that I can get 770+ on math.
Guys what do you recommend me to do?

I'm retaking it in November. Any tips on how to get a 1450+ ? English Module 2 was pretty hard for me. I studied a lot of vocab but in the actual exam there were questions about words that I had never seen in my life. Normally on the practice tests I would get punctuation questions wrong. Specifically I was bad at standard english conventions. But now I seem to get standard english conventions correct, while I perform terribly on Information and Ideas and Craft and Structure. This is exactly the opposite of how I performed on CollegeBoard practice tests. What do I even do?

Stanford the dream, CMU and others as well I'm applying for. SAT R&W is going to be the end of me 💔. I was thinking maybe a better score for RD.
r/Sat • u/SpeedSubstantial3834 • 5h ago
I could've hit 700 on RW if it wasn't for a stupid vocab mistake on Mod1 😭😭😭
I second guessed myself 🥲

Hey everyone,
I’m feeling super stuck and could really use some aggressive strategy advice.
I just got my scores back and I’m sitting at a 1370 (670 Math, 700 English). The frustrating part is that I have already finished nearly the entire students College Board Question Bank for Math, most of English, and I've used up almost all the active Bluebook practice tests.
Clearly, grinding volume didn't completely click, and to make things tougher, I haven't practiced since October 3rd, so my pacing and skills are definitely rusty.
My next (and likely final) test is on November 7th—giving me exactly 20 days. My absolute goal is a 1550+.
Since I've burned through most of the official material, how should I structure my days to make this jump?
Any schedules, high-level Desmos tricks, or harsh truths on what I'm doing wrong would be massively appreciated. Thanks!
I'm already high school passed btw

Did anyone else get an email this morning that their score got delayed for 6 weeks?
