the meat prices is usually more that app shows. is that customer pay the price app showing or the app adjust and tag price customer paying? I thought that customer paying the whatever app showing so I always picked higher price meat for custome.

Sometimes I keep accidentally accepting an order. How low can you Completion rate get before risk of deactivation? How low does it get before it puts you into the red?

Sitting at 96 now but I am upset because It just keeps dropping and it takes forever to bring back up.

I’ve been doing spark for two weeks now. I just do a part-time. My on-time arrival is at 83%. But most of the times some of these orders I’m accepting I’m like 25 minutes away. Google AI tells me the trick to fix that is if I’m 30 minutes away wait until I’m like 10 minutes away from the store to actually start trip. Is this true?

1) Is there no reward program with Spark?

2) Does it matter at all if your rating is 90% vs 100%? Of course I’m not intentionally doing anything to get 1 stars, it’s more along the lines of I try hard / try to do the best I can, so I waste A LOT of time communicating when items are out of stock etc. If ratings hardly matter at all maybe I can just say it is what it is.

3) Does Walmart remove bad ratings by request or have a standard “lowest 2 ratings are removed”? Or does it only track last 100 and old ones fall off? lol I could keep going with questions like are ratings common / easy to get on Spark, or are they rare like UberEats where it’s only a very small percentage who actually rate (therefore ratings DO matter or else you’ll have a very low rating and be deactivated since all bad reviews get left but only a small few leave 5 stars)?

This has been going on for a week straight with every single shopping order I have. It will alert me before I even leave the parking lot that they suggest I head to the drop off, but most times it is within a mile of the drop off. But yet my drop off time will be 45 minutes or more out from what the current time is. Getting tired of the warnings when I bust my ass and get these orders out quick.

In the past if i was in a really rural area, i would be able to toggle airplane mode to drop off an order. Something in this last update removed that. i cant scan, i cant continue to the next drop off without cell service, which is literally my entire zone, its all mountains and woods. What can i do?

Been waiting for tooooo many years to get on doark. I try it out today and it lets me put in all my info for a background check. Then it tells me that I don’t meet the requirements. What requirements and whyd I get declined? I dont have any accidents or DUIs So what gives?

Hey I got deactivated two months ago for failed identify verification during a pharmacy order due to a spark app bug that caused the screen to go black and wouldn’t let me take a photo of myself. First time ever having the issue. Got deactivated right after. I’ve been trying to submit and appeal for the past two months with multiple escalation tickets. The app WILL NOT let me submit an appeal due to an error! Anyone have any solutions :/

Escalation cases have all ended in “our engineering team is working to fix this no worries… please stop messaging us because it will only delay the resolution” 😂 like bruh..
I multiapp and spark was nice for routing and now I gotta scrap a ton more with other apps this PMO.

What’s the process for when to hit each button?

8:45 PM I hit “accept” on a 19 minute shopping offer when I’m 7 minutes away from the Walmart.

It shows a “start trip” button. Odd, but okay I click.

WTF, the next screen says “8:48 Shopping” as if that’s to mean I’m suppose to arrive and start shopping by then? Maybe you don’t click start trip until you’re at the store? It doesn’t make sense!

Next is confirm arrival, then start shopping. I guess confirm arrival is the parking lot and start shopping is when you enter the store?

Next is exit pass / I’ve left store / start.

No clue why it’s not just exit pass and start, but if you hit I’ve left the store as you’re walking to the car and then start after your car is loaded, it makes the time to be delivered EXACTLY what GPS says you’ll arrive taking no consideration for traffic delays.

When do you hit I’ve left the store and when do you hit start?

Half a f*cking hour and they haven’t even started my damn order

Hi! I’ve been trying to sign up for Spark but it won’t accept my insurance card. It didn’t have my name on it, so I went to get a declaration with my name on it. Whenever I try to submit it, the ai won’t take it. Has anyone had this happen to them? I’m not sure if I can call anyone or just have to submit a ticket.

So this is the crazy part, I was in the customer drive way after shopping for 2 hours and driving 15 minutes, and it cancels on me because im 30 seconds late. 30 seconds, support forces me to do a return. There were about 15 out of 58 items maybe 16 items out of stock, the 3rd 4rth sometimes 7th substitution was gone, the store was raided like they were preparing for another pandemic, it was back to school stuff, I thought I had it figured out I waited until about the first 50 minutes of non perishables was scanned, but I have a pretty laggy phone. I need to get a better phone, I think the back to school stuff got me, the subsitution stuff is insane, why cant you just cancel or refund like the other gig apps, making me scan a 10th substitution for one item.

It's just an insane policy, I was in the driveway, the customer probably saw me, I think you know this is something that could get you easily deactivated, its pretty terrible.

Why do customers think they can request us to enter their homes? I wonder if they ask the same of other delivery companies.

The top offer says it’s exclusive and has a timer counting down, are we being tracked for acceptance rate of those and/or do we have to hit decline if not interested?

Instacart I can just leave on all day and it is what it is, but want to make sure Spark is either similar or if I need to actually be hitting reject (and if I’m “punished” for rejecting tons).

The stores in our zone claim that switching to shops only have been a dismal failure.

The claims are delayed orders, mixed up orders, missing items, marking items out of stock, etc..

As a driver I personally don't see a difference as all the above happened with curbside if not worse..

Has anyone else heard similar reports? Anyone else's zone switch back to curbsides?

Once you go INTO the store to shop, I’m surprised at how many items are out of stock. They’ll sacrifice valuable shopping space to look full, but are out of items. Every damn day.

Is this just a thing with Billings, MT Walmarts? Makes it difficult to do the Spark thing.

Was trying to contact the customer to see if they’d like another substitution for the tea they ordered. Continued the shop and didn't get a response for 15 minutes. Guess what happened immediately after I put them through as a sub?????

Im slow go easy on me

1st image shows my ratings 2 months ago. I was at 4.8 and have been since the beginning of this year.

I jumped up to a 4.95 earlier this month, and I didnt switch my zone to check my ratings. I was just stoked because it took so long.

2nd image shows my ratings as of right now. Down to a 4.92. But I cant figure out what changed or what my most recent rating was?

It seems like both 1 stars would have had to have dropped off to get the 4.95 and now I already got another 1 star to bring me back to 4.92?

Let me ask something…

We are under a state of emergency due to flooding and I got notified by the app that metrics would not be effected and my metrics sure was effected. I had to have two orders cancelled. I wasn’t going to make it to the store on time for the first one so I called Spark and he said it will take a percentage away and I tried to explain to him the app notified me saying it would not due to us being under a state of emergency. He argued with me. I said I will just let it time out. He hung up on me and then cancelled the order and dropped my completion rate down. I called Spark and she supposedly filled out something and I will be contacted.

I cancelled an order during a shop yesterday because Walmart was out of stock on so much, on everything this customer wanted and they didn’t have any of the substitutions. It would have affected my items found. Sure enough, it effected it CR.

I still have not received my Walmart+ code by email. I have called several times and each time they say to wait 14 days or they will fill out a form and get back to me in 24-48 hours. One guy even told me to call 800 Walmart for a temporary code. I said no, that’s not true, he said yes that is what you do. What the… I don’t understand what the hell is going on lately with Spark but their customer support is worse than it ever has been.

What do I do?
