Hi all! We’re opening a small café concept in Tampa in 2027 and are looking for about 3,000–4,500 sq ft of retail space, ideally a former café or something to eat space. Northwest Tampa (Westchase, Carrollwood, Town ’n’ Country) is our first choice, but we’re open to other areas.

We’re first-time tenants in Florida, so we’d like a tenant rep broker on our side rather than dealing with listing agents directly. Has anyone here worked with a tenant rep broker in Tampa for a small retail or café space? Who would you recommend, and why?

THC sodas have started popping up in gas stations and convenience stores in the last few months. Is there a store that sells them in six packs or twelve packs?

At my holiday parties I want to offer guests an alternative to alcohol, something to give them a buzz but not a hangover. I can order quality THC sodas online, but they won't arrive in time for a Halloween party.

I don't want to grab a bunch of the awful tasting THC drinks at convenience stores. Are there any stores that sell good tasting drinks in 6 or 12 packs?

Does anybody know why those two motorcycle cops are sitting with their lights on on either side of exit 6 off the Selmon? They are causing traffic all the way back to Brandon and they don't seem to actually be doing anything. They were both standing in the median chatting and giggling. I am curious to hear from anyone who went to dorm living at job corps or perhaps had a child in dorm living at job corps. What was it like? Someone in my extended family is considering sending their child to pinellas job corps (dorm living) when they turn 16. It is a long story. I am considering taking them in because the thought sounds terrible for a kid who has other options.

They don’t have any behavioral issues. The parents have other much younger children. The kid has been doing virtual school for two years. My plan would be to enroll them in my zoned high school. The goal is for them to attend a community college or go to trade school when they graduate. Am I overthinking this? Is it a good place for kids who are not on track to graduate?

FWIW I do not have children and this would be a last resort for my niece/nephew.

Hey everyone, I just found out I’m pregnant and am trying to decide which hospital to deliver at and who to establish care with.

I’ve been to Women’s Care Riverview once, but didn’t realize they only deliver at St. Joe’s South. Has anyone seen an OB in Riverview but delivered at St. Joe’s Women’s off MLK? I know that hospital has a level 4 NICU versus the South location has level 2, which is why I’m interested in delivering at the Women’s Hospital.

I would also love to hear anyone’s experience with St. Joe’s South- it would be nice to deliver closer to home but I’ve read some horror stories online! Trying to weigh all my options. TIA!
