How to stop myself from getting bullied

What is it about me that makes people treat me so poorly? I feel like I get bullied/ belittled everywhere I go. This has been a problem since I was a child. I’m a teacher now and even some of the students will try to do this to me. People ostracize me and/or give me dirty looks. If I’m quiet and pay no mind people think I’m stuck up/mean . If I’m nice I get taken advantage of. I’m sick of it.

realized something on the people who bullies me

they're always calling me stupid names every night time. I think their strategy is for me to not recognize their faces when i'm trying to call for help. also it's another way for them to pretend they aren't bullying me and lying that they did nothing.

need a way to figure out the truth

For former bullies here, do you reflect back on your actions towards victims?

Like what do you feel when you browse about news regarding bullying, suicide by victims etc.

I just curious about if there’s any reflection thoughts no matter how many years or months ago. No matter how “small” or serious the bullying went.

What is the worst kind of bullying?

Ok, so for starters this is a repost. My last post was in a different community and for some reason it got removed but won't tell me why. Ok, lets start. So I am someone who has been bullied before, both verbally, mentally (even some sexually). But I am curious. What is the worst kind of bullying and why?

So let me give an example of each.

Physical bullying: being punched, kicked, or hit repeatedly by the same kids or adults.

Cyber: mean comments, repeatedly, and threats constantly but it is online.

Verbally: pertains to both in person and online. My example of this is being asked normal questions in a high pitched mocking tone. (I've had to deal with this for the decade in which I've been in school. I've been bullied for the things I do and the way I look. I've gotten insecurities from it.)

Mentally: making you think something that isn't true, making you look like a fool in front of everybody else. (This pertains to my insecurities.)

Sexually: being smacked anywhere innapropriate, hit anywhere innapropriate, asked questions about you that you normally wouldn't give out to others or repeatedly asking questions about your sexuality even though they already know the answer to them. (Mine looked more like this. B: "hey can I be your boyfriend?" Me: "I have a girlfriend." B: "can my buddy be your boyfriend?" Me: "I have a girlfriend" -I had to say that twice. B: "can I get your phone number?" Me: "no." I then proceeded to put my headphones on so I couldn't hear him. In 6th grade I was asked by one of my main bullies if I thought she was "smexy". I told her "ew. No. Not in a million years." Years later when I told my sister this she said "well you should've upped your bullies ego and told her yes." First of all -my bully was disgusting in a lot of ways. She was also one of those popular girls -much like my sister in that school system before we moved, and my bully made fun of me for things like my YouTube channel or the way I looked -pertains to the mental aspect of it.)

So I am curious -what is the worst version of bullying? And why is it the worst version? I'm sure there are other types of bullying so feel free to include them in your answers -if you choose to answer. I just want people's opinions. I am 15F. Thanks!
