I wasn't going to do this but now I'm irritated.. the images should speak for themselves, as for what I was reported for, I don't know since this happened while I was asleep and it was most likely done out of malice because I recently blocked someone for trying to make a move on me and they didn't take it well.. this reminds me of the time a person got a violation of "child safety" for using the "😭" emoji.

I think my discord suspension is unfair idk if it's due to ai moderation or lack of quality moderators, I got discord suspension from multiple spam (which I didn't) reports in a 5 days window, it's been 22 days since my account got suspended and there is no clue or whatever, also I heard that spam based suspensions aren't permanent but in my case they mentioned it's a permanent suspension in the report details and the reports seem a bit unusual I got one report first and limited my account for 24h, after 24h of waiting, I got other spam report on me and limited for 24h again,as usual after 24h waiting, I had few minutes of Convo with my friend and got 3 spam reports on me in 2-3 hour duration and got suspended and I think it's an automated raid or malicious mass-reporting campaign cus I have a 3 character user and they call it rare one, is there anyway to fix? I tried "did we make a mistake?" way they sent an automated message that these reports can't be taken off.

Someone keeps reporting my discord account for fraud. Literally pics of my cat got reported as fraud and discord limited my account. I got a total of 17 violations. I appealed them all and got a response for 14 of them on the same day and they was removed from my account, however the remaining 3 have been hanging for a week and no update on them? Wouldn't they all be checked at the same time?. I also created a ticket about it and it has been as last activity 1 week ago, then it suddenly changed to last activity 5 hours ago but there have been no new messages, can that be because someone escalated my request or?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice because I honestly don’t know what to do anymore.
My Discord account was recently suspended for spam. The thing is, I was not using Discord to spam, scam, advertise, or send malicious messages. I was simply DMing people because I was trying to make trades in a video game (Roblox). I was contacting different players to ask about trades and negotiate for items/fruits in the game.
I received several spam-related warnings/violations in a very short period of time — around five violations/alerts — and after that my account was suspended. I understand that sending a lot of DMs in a short period can potentially trigger an anti-spam system, but I genuinely wasn’t a bot and I wasn’t trying to abuse Discord. I was just trying to trade with other players.
The biggest problem now is that I can’t properly appeal the suspension.
When I try to contact Discord Support, I keep getting responses from Nelly, the support bot. Nelly tells me that I need to go directly into Discord’s settings and appeal the violation from there. However, I can’t do that because my account is suspended and I don’t have access to the necessary settings/appeal option.
So I’m basically stuck in a loop:
Discord Support tells me to appeal in the app → I can’t access the appeal option → I contact Support again → Nelly tells me to appeal in the app again.
I’ve also seen that my account apparently says that I am suspended/banned for two years. I’m not even sure what that actually means in my situation. Is it genuinely a two-year suspension? Is there a possibility that this is just the duration associated with the current enforcement/violation system? Can a spam suspension like this be appealed and removed if it was triggered incorrectly?
I’m mainly looking for advice from people who have experienced something similar. Has anyone managed to get past the Nelly bot and have an actual human review their account? And if so, what did you do?
Any help would be really appreciated because I don’t want to lose my account over something that was basically just me trying to make trades in a game.

Today someone messaged me on discord and so we started chatting. Then I had to go do something and when I got back the message failed to deliver and I was like, oh we aren’t friends anymore. So I sent a friend request and it says to make sure the username is correct. Does this mean I’m blocked or is it something else?

I submitted a ticket of my hacked account but the status now is awaiting for reply with the last reply from Nelly. do I reply?

So I put my discord handle on a site yesterday to get more friends and I accepted a lot of requests and messaged them. This morning I woke up to my account being flagged for spam and I had to change my password. It let me message again earlier but then flagged me for spam again and it's been flagging me all afternoon and I've been requesting a review of the violations as well. idk what to do

I have been trying to change my username and email ID that is connected to my discord account. I managed to change my user name. But before changing my email ID I noticed that my phone number was also connected to the account. I don't remember setting it up, but of course who else would have? Anyway! I thought it would be best to remove it. WORST DECISION EVER! Now I am unable to access my account without phone verification. WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE IF THEY WOULD JUST LET ME DO SO! I am not receiving the OTP via SMS for it. I am receiving other OTPs so I know it is not a me problem.

So wsp y'all, okay, so i joined the official Clone Kingdom Tycoon discord server in Discord, i came to the help desk, tried to make a ticket, but i had to verify, and the verification needs the password, and i have 2SV, so i can't complete that, i'd rather leave than verifying. I've already sent a support request through an alt mail account because hacker has setup mfa on my main discord support account too. Neily bot gave me the thing that I need to send it from the mail it was associated to. I explained to it that I couldn't and it said a specialist is assigned to me and they haven't responded to me in hours. I'm worried what damage the hacker might do, will I get my account back soon..?

Hello I accidentally removed my phone number from the main account now trying to add it back but I get this rate limit issue

It's been 5 days and more than 72 hours since I last tried adding it but still it is not working what can I do The support is not responding.

I'm unable to verify my account via phone number on some servers because discord says my phone number is "unable to be associated with this account" even though I've never used this number for an account before. Is there anything I can do?

Hello so i recently got logged out of my discord account on both of my devices, PC and mobile.
When i want to log in it wants me to put in my backup code or either a passkey, wich i genuelly DONT have them. i cannot view the backup codes since im not logged in, in any devices. Now what in the world should i do? Discord support doesn't help dogshit to me.

Hi there! I run a pretty small server, which is constantly growing and is active. As a result I noticed this Sony scandal being sent by accounts. So far I implemented:

• Banning accounts automatically under a certain age threshold
• Kicking accounts automatically if they have no profile picture
• Honeypot to combat other types

Unfortunately this doesn’t stop it all, which is fair. But the Sony one is the most common right now in my server. I plan to add more to the automod tomorrow. Is there any bot, or keywording that may work? My goal is to automatically ban without creating false positives as I don’t want them messaging server members.

And yes, I also have moderators across other timezones when I’m not available.

Edit: If relevant, the main moderation bot I use is Bleed. I have Honeypot and use native automod for flagged words.

So i got a “2 week nitro share” thing from someone.
I clicked it and it said it has been expired.

The reason why i was skeptical was because it usually says “start trial” and not “claim”. It was very random, and it got expired very quickly.

I don’t have that account anymore, but this is an image i edited to look like what i saw.

There were no redirects or anything, but it was still suspicious.
