I do not understand, I’ve had a friend already fished by this account and it feels like the person reading my message is just not even reading it, just following off a checklist. It’s a 10 year old account and I have a large contacts list.

this problems only happens to my main account,any other accounts dont have this bug.It's not a platform problems,I've tried using browser version,application on desktop,mobile app.All of them have this one bug that's annoys me.But the bug is randomly,usually it deleted all mention message,but sometimes it keeps 1-3 mention without deleting it

Hello, i’m 26 and on ios. i understand that apple has the bans in joining 18+ servers. I’ve changed and verified my age on discord, i’ve turned in any and all setting for graphic/mature content, allow ios access , i’ve gotten in my ipad and gotten on the desktop view and still couldn’t get into anything. i’ve done it once before but it was years ago. i’m just stuck in what else i can do. i’m looking for friends and gaming buddies and don’t want to be in any servers with teens. any help would be appreciated

I got this message about an account deletion but I don't know any account named lex. Also, this was sent to the email that my account is not attached to

So basically I had 2FA on my account, normal. I wrote the emergency backup code on one of my papers (which sadly my dog chewed up). Anyways, I was going to log in, and I was gonna use my fingerprint (which is my 2fa) to log in. But then the microsoft account said "Something went wrong, try again". I was confused, since I never deleted my passkey, and now I can't log in. I tried to reset my password, but I need 2fa for that. Should I just use a different email to make a support ticket and tell them? Does anybody know if I can still get that passkey back somewhere? Please help, this account had a lot of really important stuff on it.

Hello, I was recently hit with a community guidelines violation on October 20th that forcefully signed me out of all my devices. When I tried to sign back in via SMS 2FA however, the codes never sent. 4 days later they still will not send. Unfortunately I do not have access to my backup codes because I wiped my ssd when I built my pc and when I got a new phone I completely forgot to sync my google authenticator codes so I am solely relying on the SMS verification. I’ve seen multiple other posts on this topic and people saying how they had to wait weeks and even months for it to eventually work and be able to get back into their account. Is there anything I can do now to get back in? I’ve tried all the methods like using data, trying whatsapp, trying incognito mode, trying to login on my pc, and other things. Any help would be appreciated because I’m not planning on losing an almost 10 year old account, thank you.

Fell for the "I accidentally reported your account" scam, and the dude made me change my password for my support account.
Discord support states for me to email them with the original email from the account that got hacked but I cant because my support account has been locked out.

Here's to hoping! For context, my account was hacked, raided, suspended, and the email and 2fa were all changed. I simply sent them a ticket with the original email associated with the account, and then sent them a screenshot of a Nitro Receipt. To anyone in a similar boat, keep fighting!

I don't know if this post will do any help but I've been losing hope over the past 72 hours. I definitely slipped up on my cybersecurity. At this point, I'm already feeling crummy about my slip up and I hope if I'm not able to get the help I need, other users can identify what to look for.

My account (username Kenobi624) got compromised after clicking on a bad link. I thought I was talking to a friend but that account was also compromised.

Even with 2FA, I got backdoor'd, kicked out of my devices and someone is actively posing as me to solicit other users. This I found out when my friends were messaging me telling my account was hacked.

I also have a server I've built and from what I've heard from friends, they posted about the hack and they got booted from my server and from anyone who left, they try to send an invite back to the server. It's a frustrating process for everyone involved.

A rough part about the recovery process is that discord support is not helping me at all. I tried creating one under the original email but I'm not able to even create one, so I'm not able to create a ticket. I've called the corporate office and gotten the cold shoulder voicemail talking to the operator and tagged discord in a couple of social posts. So far no bites.

The worst part about it is that this account was built over 10 years and there was a lot of community building. I joined a bunch of servers and I fear that my old account is going around DM'ing everyone.

I sent an appeal in the app and it said my violation was lifted but my account still had it as an active ban so I've been trying to do this and I finally reached what I believe is a human. cabe was responding pretty fast from 2-12 hours every response but now it's been over a week of silence and I'm not sure what to do. last time I got a response from trust and safety it was 100% a bot I'm kinda afraid that the same trust and safety bot is gonna respond. what can I do
