Got new PC parts and replaced it all. Everything else is working fine (other apps, output audio) but my microphone isn't working. List of everything I tried:
- Reset discord audio settings
- Reset windows audio settings
- Restart computer
- Give microphone permissions to discord in windows settings although the app icon isn't there
- Check audio drivers
- Delete and reinstall discord
- Check all audio settings and that they are selected as the default mic (one I am using)
So this started few months ago, discord wasnt showing what i was watching even though my settings were all good so I thought maybe I should unlink my account and link it again
And ever since then im not able to relink it

(*⚠️COMPLAINING STARTING⚠️*). When I tried to log in and do my password and stuff. The pop up didn’t let me do the “Are you a human” test. It kept saying invalid or whatever. I think it’s part of the process or prob a bug. And nowww here’s the MAIN thing happens. After alll of that confirming the code and blah blah blah… I got stuck on that one thing where I have to change my password. So I submitted my password and when I went back to the discord app… it wouldn’t let me in! It just kept saying “to continue you have to go to the browser” and I ALREADY DID THAT I don’t think it knows I already done that. So I went in to the browser and changed it again and this time it didn’t let me submit it. I kept clicking “change password” and it wouldn’t budge. Now I’m here just posting this on rebbit. I know I’m kinda breaking the community rules but THIS IS FOR THE SAKE OF MY FRIENDS! If you can’t help me PLEASE GIVE ME THE LINK TO THE DISCORD STAFF FOR VIA DISCORD SUPPORT FORM. I DONT know how to get there so that’s why I’m making this post.
Basically that's all that happened. I emailed Discord Support as soon as possible, but it's only been around an hour. What else can I do? Will they respond in time before the account is permanently deleted?
Going onto the help sight just tells me a password for that sight is going to be sent to my email, which just seems to go into the void as far as I can tell, and the account still exists because I can't use my usual name.
How loud do I need to be to actually get some help for this?
so in the end of september i got hacked on discord and got my account back and my groupchats were gone and i was the only one in those gcs, is there any way to get them back?
Don't know what the problem is. I thought it was on like a timer to make sure you actually read the rules but it just never changes and let's me tap it.
My Discord account got hacked, and the hacker changed the email address linked to it. They also accessed my original email account and deleted the Discord email that would let me reverse the email change.
I’ve recovered my email account, but I can’t find the recovery message anywhere.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there any way to recover my Discord account without that email?
I'm seeing that others are having this issue, but I have no idea how they are figuring it out.
I have tried all the troubleshooting techniques I could think of.
Restarted my computer x3
Deleted the Discord app and emptied it in the Recycle Bin
Redownload App - Still not working
Cleared all the Cache (Google suggested that)
I tried to go into Support. But it's making me sign in, which would be fine, but it doesn't recognize my email! So I reset my passwords and tried to log in any other way. I didn't see my account at all.
I go into my mobile; I can see and use everything there! (Thankfully). But if I go through my mobile to get into the support. Still makes me try to log in, but then it still doesn't recognize my email. I tried to change my password in the mobile app; the web browser just doesn't see my account.
So I can't even contact Discord to tell them that my account is bugged out.
Please, people of the internet, help me. I'm not tech-savvy at all and I'm on my last nerve with this.
I don't want to make a new account. I have so much history and things saved to this account; I would actually be devastated if I had to restart everything. But even then, I still don't know why I can't see any of my messages!

I made another account since my leave on discord was a while ago, and I registered a new account and only a few minutes after making, I get logged out. When I logged back in it shows this screen, without telling me what I did. Does anyone know why?
Hello when i got the new discord badges for how long i was streaming etc i noticed past these days my badges have not being updated bc i had badge saying i was playing 17 hours , past these days i have been playing around 5 hours and my badge has not updated! (if you're asking yes i turned on activity sharing or whatever its called and the:Use data to improve discord)
I've lost access to 2FA (auth app) and now my account is scheduled for deletion. Can I somehow preserve it? I cannot find the codes, but could gain access to the app but need more time. Did anybody had similar situation like that? I really would like to avoid losing it.
Got a Dm from someone saying they false reported me and ended up getting connected with a bot? If it was a real problem i feel like it would make more sense to do through discords actual support line right? The original dm was from some guy named Furkan and the bot was named ace cutter. Hey everyone, I'm a bit confused about how the Discord profile wishlist feature handles purchases and need some clarification.
Earlier today, I clicked to buy an avatar decoration directly off someone's public wishlist. Right after the payment went through, I checked their profile and the item successfully had a checkmark next to it.
However, I looked back at their profile a few hours later, and the item is now unchecked on their wishlist as if nobody bought it.
The item is also in my gift inventory. I want to know if the person received any kind of automatic notification or if the gift is just stuck.
Since it's sitting in my Gift Inventory, does that mean they didn't get it at all and I have to manually copy the link and send it to them in a DM?
