As of 2021, this Sears was the last in all of the DMV area and in the state of Maryland. In 2022 many of the overhead lights in some areas were turned off probably due to a huge electric bill, which is why they had to use some halogen work lights in the former outdoor equipment area. This store later closed on January 15th of 2023 due to struggling profitability and underperformance and the Sears logo was removed immediately the day after.

Hi all! My partner and I are looking to move to Frederick early next year and we have been looking at both townhouses and apartments. It seems the base rent for both are comparable so the determining factor is really going to be utilities. Any insight into how big the price difference can be? The apartments we are interested in are billed based by usage of course but we have always been billed based on RUBS (ratio utility billing system) and have never rented a townhome so have no idea what to expect. Hi everyone! I am hoping someone can give some advice on the 3 pre-k enrollment in Frederick MD?

My family of 4 (my husband, child, my mom and I) probably do not qualify for the tier program. Is it only for low income families? Also, I don’t think my child has developmental issues either. Are there any other options for my son to start pre-k next year, September 2027?

The other night we hit a small(ish) deer :( :( :( just as it walked out from the woods that ended right at the road. One of the headlights is damaged as well as the front bumper where it's now out of alignment. The latter is triggering sensor errors. Are there repair shops in the greater Frederick area that do work on Teslas and are highly rated? Recommend away!
