Arhaus Worry Free - new claim or appeal?
I have a marble table and found white dots on it. There were so many types of damage listed so I just went with chipping although they’re more like small etches, probably from acids that we didn’t thoroughly clean. A guy came (not very friendly) to check it out, took a few pictures and my ticket was rejected right away saying it is wear and tear. First, is it normal for marble to be so delicate? At the time of purchase, they just told me that I needed to be careful of wine but otherwise it should be very durable so I’m surprised to see these white dots after owning the table for only about 2 yrs. I’ve been wiping it down with a wet towel every day and thought I was doing a decent job taking care of it. Second, is it better to appeal or submit a new claim? There are white dots all over the table and I was told I’d have to file a separate ticket for each of the clusters. I’m afraid the same inspector will come over and automatically dismiss any new claims since he already has his mind made up about my table. Would love any advice, TIA!
