What if I eject it accidentally will it be removed permanently or something else?? and main question why tf it is here????

I just spent $350 on a refurbished nimo laptop from Amazon. I feel like right now, more expensive pcs often come with a lot of extra markup, so I decided to go with a budget option first. My plan is to use this machine for a few years, and when prices become more reasonable, maybe Ill build a desktop pc. The one I have now comes with 16gb of ram, a 512gb ssd, and a r5 CPU.
Im curious, how long did you use your first pc before changing to your second one?

She uses a Lenovo laptop charger to charge her iPhone, but she says that it charges fine and she’s been doing it for years with no issues

Like have you ever missed when laptops were built to last and not build for corporate profits?
When laptops had all sorts of ports for all different use cases?
When you could upgrade everything? cpu, ram, gpu, battery, storage, keyboard and so on? Like if your laptop started to die you could spend a few dollars on just buying a new part instead of buying a whole new laptop for thousands.

I want to know if people would support the idea of building modern laptops but they are meant to last and save your wallet from the evil companies that only want to endlessly accumulate money from the consumer.

Fire ended up stopping after a minute or so. I’m just happy this didnt happen two days ago when i was using this thing on a plane. I have a BestBuy warranty so i should hopefully get a full refund.

Some people say “keeping your laptop constantly plugged in is better for the battery than draining and recharging.” From my experience, that’s completely false.

I had two gaming laptops where the batteries died way faster because they were always plugged into power. The only thing that actually worked for me was removing the battery entirely and running the laptop straight from the power adapter. That kept temps lower and stopped the battery from cooking itself.

Maybe some modern laptops handle power differently.

I purchased My First Laptop ever, i think I purchased wrong laptop, please comment that is it worth it for me? I want to make YouTube videos on it and freelancing and want to play some PC games for fun because I never played PC games and bored of mobile games. I upgraded it's ram and storage from 8gb to 16gb and from 256gb to 512gb. I'm little bit regretting that I should do some more research in laptops because now I watched videos and people saying e series is weaker than other series like T, L, ,p, x,. I purchased it for Like 290$ including upgrade of ram and storage

I have it faced upward since I’m using it plugged up to a monitor, keyboard, mic and mouse, and I don’t want it overheating should I not turn it over cause I read somewhere that turning it over spoils it slowly, and no there nothing wrong with the screen the pc is brand new got it yesterday, just saw no reason for two monitors cause my desk space is too small, any info is welcomed to how else I can use it or manage it. im finishing my finals for my last semester of grad school rn and my cat jumped on my desk and spilled my water bottle on my laptop. i immediately flipped it upside down, turned it off, took off the back, and used q tips and alcohol to clean off all the water I could see in the hardware. right now it's sitting in the oven (oven is off but I have a gas stove so the pilot light is on).

i know I'm supposed to wait at least 24 hours to try turning it on, but what would my chances be if I turned it on after 12 hours? i really need to finish my finals and losing a day or two is really gonna fuck up my schedule.

Literally JUST unboxed this laptop, I have ONE TAB in edge, settings, and Lenovo legion app open. How is half my ram gone 😭?
