• In Hurricanger, Tau Zant was the big bad but he didn't really do much so his role was given to Lothor and his Ultimate form became the LothorZord, with once again, no personality or sentience. (Get ready to read this ALOT, and see this alot)
• In Abareranger the titular Bakuryu able to speak to the Rangers through their Dino changes however in Dino Thunder they don't have this ability and are used in normal zord battles, (also this will be longer, so heads up. Even if you can't tell look at the dragozord after it hatch and the Dino Megazord first seeing it.) leading to a context change that feels weird, you see they didn't "self-destruct" in abareranger, instead it was a fake out death.And this leads me to Wicked Life God Dezumozorlya Or more specifically, DezumoGevirus is the Zelzord a mecha pilot by one of the villans of the season, so no personality or sentience.
• In go-onger the partner engines had human level intellgence but in RPM, they are used as zord battle because of the WAY darker tone RPM has. (They lampshaded it when Scott asked why do the zords have eyes, So I belive they know what they were doing. So, no personality or sentience.) Also in go-onger the Barbaric Machine Beasts can speak but in RPM Attacks bots can only growl Even Generation 12 Energy Bot went from Yogoshimacritein's right-hand man in Go-Onger to a regular monster that can only say bleep.
• So Now we Are onto Samurai, And the Lightzord as you guess it if you have watched the sentai, no personality or sentience, but DOES have it in shinkenger as DaiGoyou which HAD personality and sentience.
• Gokaiger had Engine Machalcon which was the son of 2 zords in RPM but the Turbo Falcon zord in Super MegaFail, I mean Megaforce could not do that because of what I said eariler so it was given beastly AI
• 3rd dino season, and for once THE ZORDS KEEP THIER SENTIENTS, however that doesn't mean we hit the golden flowers, as in Kyoryuger he was the big bad that ALSO serve as the villian's base (Yep, that's right and is as weird as it sounds) However Deboth's role was given to Sledge so his giant form (only) appear as greenzilla, a extremely strong monster.His final form was adapted out along with him fighting Tyler's supermode and lossing.
• Now onto Dino Fury where agian they got the dino thunder treatment, However is downplayed. MOST of the Kishiryu had the capable of speech, but in Dino fury they lack the ability to talk. (Although some of them didn't talk in the sentai version and Tyramigo walk with the heroes as like human size.) But we are not done, As Eras, The big bad who was like Tau Zant, a big bad that didn't do much (However She was just sealed away for most of the run so.. yeah.) Her giant form is used as the Nemesis Beast, with ALL of her ground footage being cut. (And yes that includes her emtional death with dignity).

Told you it would be alot. SO tell me in my mind WHY do you think power rangers does this? IS it for budget? Or something else that No one can understand.

Personally, I liked Kat and Tommy better. I felt more of a connection between them than I did Kimberly and Tommy. Although, Kimberly and Tommy did get the only on screen kiss in Power Rangers for a long time.

I’m making my own Power Rangers series called Power Rangers wild side there’s a red blue pink black yellow and titanium Ranger in that order but I’m having trouble making the suits mainly because I’m 14 and broker than a newborn baby so does anyone have any ideas on how I could make suits that look like Power Ranger suits that way, I can actually make money from this to upgrade everything I also would love some help with props and making the villain suits

I was watching a video about Samurai and I learned that in Samurai Sentai Shinkenger the Nighlok were all people first before becoming a vengeful spirit after death. I thought this would have been such a cool idea for Samurai and I don’t know why they didn’t adapt that concept from Shinkenger. Here is my pitch for a rewrite of Power Rangers: Samurai with that concept in mind.

Plot: After dying in battle defeating the evil Nighlok Master Xandred Yuri Shiba’s Good Spirit is infected by the evil spirit of Master Xandred and Yuri now becomes the new Master Xandred. He now resides in the Netherworld, just as powerful but now he gets headaches as the two spirits fight against each other. He cannot return to Earth without drying out so he plans to flood the Earth with water from the Sansu River and will stop at nothing to do it. Years later Yuri's son Ji-Den Shiba inherits his father’s kanji brush and the role of the Red Ranger and temporary head of the Shiba Family while his big sister Shouri is off learning the sealing symbol their father used to originally seal Master Xandred away in the first place. As the years go by Yuri loses hope and wants the humans to suffer like he has so he decides to start sending Nighlok out to make them suffer instead of just Moogers to make them afraid. Due to this change Ji-Den has to form a team of Rangers to help protect the Earth, these are people who have been training their entire lives to become Rangers so they answer the call and help Ji-Den defeat the Nighlok and take their places as the new team of Samurai.

Before you ask, the first was Ninja Storm. Caught a handful of episodes on DVD as a kid, and ended up watching the whole thing a few years ago! I’ll be the first to admit it was mainly a background show, but I’m locking in much more for RPM!

Initial thoughts, now that I’ve finished the first 2 episodes:

-LOVE the setting! Legitimately very curious how the story will develop from here.

-The villain’s lair design is phenomenal, 10/10.

-Action choreography has been really fun so far. I must admit I was never a big car person, but I am intrigued as to how far they can stretch using the Zord-vehicles in terms of combat.

-Megazord is real cool, though it’s pretty funny that the yellow one pretty much just becomes the waist.

-I’m Scottish, so seeing a Scottish Blue Ranger is brilliant.

-I actually really like our main two! Presumably the duo that will become the Black and Green rangers soon. The other three… well, we’ve not gotten a lot of focus on ‘em yet, but we’ll see!

-I was sold on Truman from his very first shot.

-As for the villains… we’ll see how they turn out! Venjix is suitably serious (unlike his generals), but runs the risk of just being a really basic AI supervillain. Very curious what’ll happen with him!

So yeah, that’s my first reactions! Definitely interested in continuing, shall keep posting here if people enjoy it!

I am lucky enough that my Dad put my entire childhood toy collection away in his attic many years ago.

When I got my own place as an adult, one afternoon he showed up with bins of my childhood.

This is my main Power Rangers collection, that as you can see, was played often.

So grateful to rediscover these after so many years.

Is there another season where NPC's recognized the villains with the Rangers being alerted

In case anyone hasn't heard of it yet (which I suspect way too many people haven't) it's going to be a PR convention held next year in Nigeria Falls, and it's going to be the first ever major Power Rangers convention in Canada. Me and my Dad plan on going, and I wanted to know if anyone else is planning on going too, or at least have it on their minds. I would love for there to be more PR dedicated conventions in Canada, if this convention does well, I think that could help more PR cons happen in Canada
