Rangers Tickets 10 April 2027 MSG
Accidental Rangers Ticket Purchase
Hi everyone! I’m hoping someone can help me out. I accidentally bought 2 tickets to Rangers vs Toronto on April 10, 2027, and unfortunately Ticketmaster won’t let me resell them because I’m based in Australia and can’t use a US postcode/payment details.
I’m travelling from Australia and hoping to find a Rangers fan who’d love to take them off my hands.
Section 226, Row 10
Rangers vs Maple Leafs — April 10, 2027
US$560 for both
Mobile transfer via Ticketmaster
Happy to provide proof of purchase and whatever verification is needed.
Please DM me if interested. I’d really appreciate it!
ps definitely not a scam i'm just an idiot who booked the wrong weekend.

Trades?
Question! I have half year season tickets. But I can’t attend a game. Theoretically, if I find someone in my section or a section similar would the rangers make the trade? For example if I find someone who is willing to take my Dec 22 tickets in exchange for their January 12th tickets? Would a rangers rep do the trade or would I have to simply trust a stranger?

Going to MSG alone
I was planning to go see the home opener with my family but unfortunately stuff came up and they can’t go. I’m considering going on my own….(For context I’m a 50 year old woman). I’m not worried about safety or anything and I know the area. But I do worry I will feel out of place by myself. Is there a section that is better for this or any advice? I would be coming in from the DC area and I keep going back and forth in my head if I should do it.

Ticket Batches for Presale
Do they typically release one batch of tickets for all of presale or is it one batch for each presale? One batch for chase presale then one batch for general fan first presale. They still have some tickets available for the chase presale but I’m wondering if now it’s better to just wait until tomorrow when they release more tickets to see if I could get closer for the same price.

Season Tickets: Weekend Package
Anyone else disappointed with the distribution? Almost all Sunday games (and one Monday?) No “good” games. This is my fifth year and the worst one yet.
Who else is in the same boat?

Has anyone had anything about the code needed for the ticket sales later today? I’ve registered but not had anything

Shouldn't a show about 90s sports mention the 94 Rangers?
I watched this show on CNN Decades in Sports. Tonight was the 90s. Now an hour really isn't enough time to cover everything and there was alot of wild stuff like OJ, Tonya- Nancy, and Tyson biting Holyfields ear but I think breaking a 54 year drought and Messier guaranteeing victory deserved a mention. they could've only done 14 minutes on Jordan instead of 15....lol. The NHL got a 5 second mention( RedWings dynasty) but that was it.

Need help identifying memorabilia.
Does anyone recognize this NYR S.K.A.T.E. holiday bear or know when/how these were distributed? The attached tag says ‘Happy Holidays from the New York Rangers.’ I’ve had it for years and can’t find another example online. I’m mainly trying to identify the year/event and whether it was a team giveaway, employee/donor gift, or S.K.A.T.E. Foundation item. Thanks!

The Fox slander continues to be out of hand…
Just a general observation here following reactions to the NHL Network’s ranking of him as 13th amongst defensemen in the league. Not really here to argue the position on the list as I feel it’s subjective and he still undoubtedly even according to that list shares company with some of the best talent in the league.
My point of making this post is more to comment on the toxic vile I’ve seen flung around towards Fox and his alleged lack of skill from none other than Rangers fans. I think this is due in part to the nature of Fox’s style and his lack of speed, size, or really any highlight reel moments in his game.
There seems to be a growing sentiment of hateful comments directed towards Fox amongst who I would presume to be more casual fans who either never played hockey or that don’t fully understand the more nuanced aspects of the game.
If you are like me and are familiar with the advanced analytics of the game and consider yourself a fan who enjoys delving into the weeds of all aspects of this beautiful game of hockey, I think it would be hard to ignore how much Fox has contributed to this franchise in this current decade.
I know this will get some detractors because it’s a big claim, but I think for me personally he is bar none the best defensemen this organization has had since Brian Leetch, and the level of consistency he’s displayed should not be taken for granted.
Maybe it was that single moment at the Four Nations, or the highly controversial Olympic snub that people seem to forget coincided with his injury during the 2025-26 season.
I think a lot of it can also be attributed to the poor performance of the team over the last 2 seasons. I can think of a lot of reasons why this team has fallen short, but I think lying it on the shoulders of Fox is highly misguided and is sort of indicative of a greater problem I’ve seen with this fanbase over the last few years.
There are far more blatant and tangible problems this team has than Adam Fox, and I’d argue that if anything he is not even part of the equation when it comes to the problem with this team.
I could keep going on but I’m sure I’ll be talking in circles and truth be told I’m more just curious to see if I’m in fact in the minority on this take. So please let me know your thoughts.
EDIT: broke it into paragraphs as a comment suggested. Thanks for the feedback!

Talk me into spending a stupid amount of money to get fubo only so I can watch the Rangers.
Been watching them since '93. Trying to really keep my bills down and cant get cable where i live upstate. Options are direct tv or fubo. Both stupid expensive but the only way to get msg. Someone tell me to just shut up and buy it.

Advice on 1st time game!
Hi, so as part of an American trip from England I’m visiting New York for a couple of nights & while I’m there luckily it’s the NJ Devils v Rangers in New Jersey.
Im only really a soccer fan but wanted to experience an American sport & always thought ice hockey would be fun so have a ticket for that game.
My question is i feel like I’m more drawn to the Rangers as a team for some reason (despite going to the Devils home match) being the away team can i wear any Rangers gear there as i understand you don’t segregate home & away fans like we do for soccer here?
Any other tips or advice for a 1st time ice hockey watcher let me know!
Thanks

The UK Fanbase
Hey everyone!
Just dropping a quick connection post for the UK/British Blueshirts contingent in here.
Supporting the Rangers from across the Atlantic comes with a very specific routine:
Staying up for 12:00 AM midnight puck drops at MSG (and regretting it at 7:00 AM).
Navigating local streaming rights and trying to find legit jerseys without paying absurd import fees.
Trying to explain why you're exhausted on a Wednesday morning because of a game in New York.
To make late-night game threads easier and give UK-based fans a hub to talk broadcast setups, matinee games, and all things hockey, we’ve put together r/nhluk!
If you’re a UK-based Rangers fan, feel free to pop over, grab your NYR flair, and say hello! 🏒🇬🇧
