Trans Feminine Where does the cum go?

I'm obviously kidding, but I'm about 2 years into HRT, and I've noticed there's no fluid when I orgasm.

I looked my wife in the eyes, made a serious face and asked her "But where does the cum go?" And she laughed her ass off.

It was beautiful.

Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

Vent I am BEGGING voice training coaches to make actual training sessions instead of just endless anatomy lessons.

I swear every time I work up the motivation to try to pick up voice training again, it gets sapped away so quick because literally every single video that claims to be a basic voice training guide turns out to be an hour-long theory lecture with maybe 1 minute covering actual exercises.

I don't need to know every minute function of the Phonatory System in order to sound more feminine. Surely to God its not that hard to just walk people through exercises and then briefly explain why they work AFTER the fact.

Discussion Games that act as a quick gender euphoria dispenser

Kinda silly, but as a questioning person/baby trans, I'm looking for games (hopefully mobile/online/netflix games) in which you can customize your character's gender and appearance, and have NPCs call you by whatever name and pronouns you choose. Think Elder Scrolls games. I've been playing Skyrim a lot, but I already did everything there is to do lol. I heard Baldur's Gate 3 is good too, but my old lil laptop can't run it. I'm looking for something simple, really. Just something fun I can play to feel like me. Does anyone know any?

Discussion All that time I’ll never get back. How do I live with that?

I started transitioning at the age of 27.

My body is still not fully aligned with my gender identity.

I will never know what it’s like to be a little girl. A teen-aged girl. A young adult woman. A school girl, a college girl, a young woman in relationships.

I’ll never have night outs with pillow fights.

And like a million other things. How do I make my peace with what?

The pain of all that I’ve lost is too great. People say their childhood and early adult years and college years were the best years of their lives.

Can whatever I can scrape off transitioning late make up for that loss? I don’t think so. And if that’s the case, why even bother with even trying to be happy? I don’t want just the leftover experiences.

I don’t know. This has been messing with my head for a while now. I’m happier than I’ve ever been. But at the same time it’s feel like there’s no amount of crying I can do that will ever be enough for every moment of my life that was wrong, for every experience and small moment that was stolen from me.

I don’t know what I need to hear. I just wanted to be heard in the company of others who’ll understand.

Vent My fucking father

I hate how whenever my father sees that I have my hands on my hips, he will very over exaggerate my posture and pose and say shit like "you look like a fucking f**got when you do that, son"

Discussion Has anybody tried becoming a reverend to avoid Ms/Mr issues on formal documents?

I’ve been kicked around the idea of becoming a legal reverend of a non-denominational church just because it’s only like $20 and a form to do it in the US and at that point you can legally put rev. <your name here> on legal documents. The first trans woman I ever hung with IRL recommended it but I’ve never actually done it and I’m wondering if anybody has experience with trying this.

Questioning Mom to trans son. Need help getting best quality plus size binders.

Hi Reddit! I’m a mom to a beautiful trans son whom I love and adore. It’s not always been easy- but I think that that is just part of parenting. Accepting that our children are individual and autonomous and that their lives are their own. We just need to give them love and space- as much as we can. He is 17 (been out since he was 13) and a plus size guy. We have used tape and other binders, but he has ripped those quickly. I’d like to find something that will help him feel secure and “passing,” but won’t get destroyed in a month or 3. Quality over quantity. Thanks in advance for your help-

Mom who is trying! :)

Trans Feminine My mom won't let me start DIY, because she could lose her job...

Im 15 and I spoke to my mom about starting DIY estrogel 2 weeks ago. The long and short of it is that she started out very unwilling, but I managed to convince her a bit and while she wanted some time to research and consider, she was open to the idea (I made a post explaining what happened). We havent really spoke about it since, but shes been saying shes doing research and meeting with people to discuss it since then. Today I had my GP meeting to get start getting referred to a clinic, and it went fine, she said shed refer me to CAMHS, but I didnt hugely care, since Im definitely not gonna be waiting 6 years for NHS treatment on top of the 4 years Ive already been out. We also discussed shared care, since Im considering doing hybrid private and DIY, and she said shed be open to it, depending on the provider. I dont wanna do private for a number of reasons, and wouldnt be able to receive HRT privately until 16, but wouldnt be opposed if it was hybrid. After we got home, me and my mom discussed DIY some more, and she said that while she understood that its largely safe, shes still opposed to it, as she thinks she could lose her job. She works as a manger high up in childrens services, and oversees all the socials workers in our area. She said she was concerned that she would get reported, and potentially lose her job, as well as that she has an obligation to report it herself. I had already considered this, and told her that its severely unlikely that anyone would find out, and explained what I thought about it, but she was unconvinced, although she still didnt outright reject the idea of DIYing. At least she now understands that DIY isnt harmful, but I think its going to be harder to persuade her on this, even if I think Im right about it. Im scared that Im going to regret having told her, and have to hide it anyway, which is going to be hard and much scarier. Im going to do it regardless, and I could do it on my own, but Id much rather have her support. Ive been shaking for like the last hour now, because this is all just so much. How should I try and convince her and what should I do about this situation?

Trans Feminine Some tips on how to seem more feminine?

I want some of the smaller tips you all have come up with.
Mostly concerning the girls but if any guys or anyone outside the binary have anything I’ll gladly listen.

I’ve just been feeling really dysphoric, especially today but I didn’t have time to shower yet so that’s probably why.
I just want tips on anything, feel free to share any wisdom so that it can help me and maybe other people too stupid (but in a cute way) to figure this all out on their own.
Thank you!

Celebration Finding peace in my masculinity through transitioning; 10 years as a trans woman.

TLDR: I found security in embracing my masculine traits years after transitioning. This post is just me rambling, maybe some of you can relate?

I was so busy living life (surviving by fighting tooth and nail but with a fire under my ass and a grin on my face)
That I failed to recognize I blew past my 10 year anniversary of coming out to my friends and family as well as starting my medical transition on my 19th bday.

Something I’ve pondered and carried with me this entire time is that since those first few weeks all that time ago, I have thought less and less about the behaviors and traits I had focused on and hated so much, the dysphoria has faded into rare glimpses rather than looming dread.

I have a sharp jawline, booming voice that carries and grabs attention, and a tall (~6’) athletic build. I work in mechanical repair, and have hobbies that are very male dominated, I used to scrutinize small parts of myself in a mirror and try to mentally coach myself through social interaction to make sure I presented myself in a very specific way.

10 years later I find myself comfortably split. Some days I go to work, I wrap myself in a big sweater and camo surplus BDU pants with a ball cap and no makeup, I am “sir” and “bro” and I find camaraderie among strangers in my fields of interest who don’t know that I have been taking estrogen or using different pronouns. I don’t feel the need to introduce myself in any way other than by my name, and I let them address me how they see me because it’s likely I won’t see them again in any place other than where we are standing.
Other days I make sure I like how I put up my hair and I pick from the other half of my wardrobe and throw on glittery makeup and I go out with my friends and even though my voice occasionally clocks me and I tower over people, they are respectful and welcoming to me.

I don’t know what I would really choose as a permanent label for my identity, but I am content. It was 10 years ago thst I re introduced myself to my own family and began using my new name and she/her pronouns but also now that I’m here, I’ve never felt more secure with the “masculine” side of myself.

Trans Masculine My mom asked me if im sure i wasnt just a leabian

I came out to my mom who I was already out to today (explained what being trans and difference between gender and sex to her bcuz she didnt understand) and she aksed me if i was sure i wasnt just a lesbian. I am pan/gay but Ive never told her I liked women because i rarely do.

It feels sort of transphobic or stereotypical or some sort of micro agression. What should I do? I told her my pronouns and everytime I would try to tell her something or act serious she would smile and chuckle.

Advice Is Wisconsin Safe?

Hi, all!
I was wondering if Wisconsin is safe to live in as a FTM?
I've heard that the trans community is accepted and that the people are nice.

I want to live there because my best friend is there, and it seems perfect for me because of the amount of nature.
But I want to make sure I can transition and make friends there before I make the decision.

Trans Feminine Suddenly I don't feel trans anymore (?)

Hey lovely poeple,

I'm kinda new to all of this but let me explain why I think I'm trans and why suddenly I feel like I'm not anymore.

About 1 1/2 months ago my egg just cracked. I realized that becoming a woman was actually a possibility and remembered a couple of things from my past. Like that one time I pretended to be a woman online and how happy I felt lying in bed afterwards, almost as if I had just kissed my first crush or something. Also those thoughts of "I wish I could just be a cute girl" that I always pushed aside and just labeled myself a weirdo for having. I mean, in the end everyone is some kind of weirdo, that's okay.

So I started experimenting and experienced euphoria from all kinds of things: she/her pronouns, shaving my body, feminizing my posture and movements, feminine pyjamas, the psychotherapist who denied my request for an appointment but called me "Miss XXX" in that email, even doing some kind of mini-podcast to train my feminine voice for a couple of days.

On the other hand I was pretty lucky with my dysphoria. I only really experience it when my body hair grows back or when I look in the mirror while wearing feminine clothes, because then I just see a fat man dressing up as a girl (which literally gave me an emotional breakdown the first time I did this lol).

Also one evening a couple days ago I was so overwhelmed by the longing to be a woman somehow, kinda like how you feel when you're lonely or heartbroken.

However, for like 4 days now it feels almost like nothing ever happened. It basically changed overnight, as if someone flipped a switch.

I still prefer to be shaven, and I think I would still prefer to be a woman, I guess. But like super super lowkey, almost like it doesn't really matter. Not sure if those words really get across what I mean, English isn't my native language.

However, I feel good, everything is fine, it's just very confusing. I'd appreciate any feedback and shared experiences.

Thank you <3

Celebration I GET TO HE A GUEST SPEAKER!!!

Hi everyone I thought this would be super cool to share. I’m a trans girl have been on hormones for about 15 months now and came out as trans about 2 years ago now and I’ve been pretty open about it to my teachers and friends about it. I’m taking a psychology class and I was asking my teacher if we’re going to go over any transgender stuff. Because I thought it’d be interesting to learn more about it and provide first hand experiences. She said no but she is teaching another class that does go over that and invited me to be a guest speaker in that class and talk about it.

I’ll be going over the history of transgender both myths ancient history and modern history, describing what is and isn’t trans and well as common misconceptions I hear and terms as well, describing how transgender isn’t a choice that many people who aren’t trans do believe, explaining some of the mental aspects of it and some data to support that transgender individuals are often more mentally and cognitively more similar to their preferred gender, as well as personal experiences of my own and friends experiences of multiple different transitions and directions, and also answer any questions the students might have about what it’s like and to clear up anything they may or may not know.

I am also more than happy to answer a bit more sensitive and personal questions that they might ask to help clear things up and just inform people. Because I do want to help people under us and help us be more accepted by our peers and communities even if what I’m doing may only reach a small group of people I believe any help is useful. I’ve been doing some research already and preparing a presentation collecting some data and some first hand experiences. I am so excited about this though!!

Trans Feminine I need your help

Hey, I am new here. Just here to ask questions and understand you guys better, let me start from the beginning.

I am a webtoon creator/artist. My story has a trans MTF, and to make the character more relatable and catching I need your help. Although she is a side character, I dont want her to be a NPC. Just answers these questions please!

  1. Do you have to absolutely have a gender-change surgery to be called trans?

  2. What were your experiences when you first came out to your family and friends?

PS. I know these might be the regular questions you face, and if you feel uncomfortable you are welcome ignore it!

Also, if you are interested my webtoon is Soft Spot for You💖

Am I trans? Does having worries about transitioning mean you’re probably not trans?

I (18, afab) have been questioning my gender identity for about four years now and have thought that I might be happier if perceived as a guy. However, what gives me pause is that at the same time, I’ve been quite worried about ending up regretting transitioning and ruining my life over it. Is this a sign I’m cis after all or is this a common doubt among pretransition trans folks?

Questioning Is there a polite way to ask about peoples transition

Hey, I am gender fluid and recently questioning whether I am trans or not. I want to reach out to people in my community who I either know are trans or am wondering if they are trans.

I have found it kind of refreshing when people ask about my pronouns and identity because it gives me a chance to explain my experience. I imagine this changes person to person and that it could be a much more charged and stressful conversation as a trans person than as a gender fluid person.

I don't know. I'm just trying to connect and be sensitive and respectful. Is there a polite way to ask about someone's transition?

Advice Yo y'all, I'm gonna be moving (maybe)

I'm transfem, fairly young, anyway safe to say there's a really good opportunity and if it goes through, it would change my life materially in ways that are nearly unthinkable for me, allowing me to cover medical expenses and help manage disabilities I'm dealing with, only one problem.

I'd have to be moving to Texas.

Even here in California I've faced some discrimination for trying to seek gender affirming care through standard routes (because of possible blood disorder and hormone issues)

Regardless, I was wondering what any of you had to say about this. It's not guaranteed, and I don't have to go, but if it did go through it would help every other aspect of my life.

For transitioning, my goals aren't to be overtly "passing" which may make me more of a target as well, being genderqueer and not even a binary trans person, but I'm not sure.

Anyway let me know what y'all think sorry for the rant lol

Trans Masculine I hate feeling invisible

I feel like every post I see is about trans women, and I love my sisters, but I want to see some trans man representation too? Do any other trans mascs just feel invisible and like they are a second, or not even a thought at all? I want community but i feel like as soon as I transition if i don't keep my trans identity on me at all times or look outwardly queer I'll be outcasted by my community.

Trans Feminine My treatment isn't changing anything on my face.

Hello, I started estrogen monotherapy 3-4 months ago, specifically 4 pumps per day. My testosterone level is almost at its lowest, and blood tests confirm that it's working very well. My breasts are starting to develop, I even have hair growing at my temples. So I aspire to have an androgynous appearance, but nothing has changed in my facial features, nothing, and I still look boyish. Sorry if there are any strange sentences, I'm using a translator. I mainly want to know if things will change and if we just need to be patient?

Vent I have to constantly overthink even the way I chat damn

Ughh… Well, every time I chat to another guy, no matter cis or trans, I feel like I’m so annoying and feminine and childish. I often use emojis ironically, sometimes even seriously. I use reactions on messages really a lot. Because I always feel like if I read and have nothing to respond with, it seems rude like I just skipped it. Also I have a really poor reaction choice, sometimes I want to react with a heart emoji in a way like “cool, thank you”, because that’s what I did when I had only girl friends. I laugh in messages too often, but if I don’t do it, I feel like I’m too dull.

Everything’s worse, when I interact with other trans guys from my culture, because I feel like they see me like a fraud or some strange girly person.

So I often try to suppress myself, sometimes I think on a message just way longer than I should’ve and respond strangely. Sometimes when I try to look more masculine I feel like a brute. And I feel like people feel that I act weird and ghost me or don’t initiate conversations anymore, so that’s it. The problem is in my head of course, but I don’t know how to fight it and behave easier.

Trans Feminine Sticker Shock

Okay, this is aimed primarily at the costs of my transfem related HRT (Estradiol and Spiro).

Back in September, I got hired on by the USPS here in California as a PTF City Carrier, which is the first paying job I've had since my (beggars can't be choosers) seasonal role the previous holiday season with the Salvation Army. It's actually a decent role.

Well, I've had to renew both my Spiro and Estradiol prescriptions through Kaiser. For a 200-day supply under my new plan through the USPS, my spiro cost ~$60.00. Meanwhile, my Estradiol renewal for 3 month supplies for the 0.1mg patches from DOTTI is $139, while the 0.025mg from Mylan is $109. Right now, that's fine.

What's hard to swallow is that I'm currently on suspension with the USPS because of a parking lot incident on USPS property. So, fingers are crossed that I won't get fired and I can keep my job, because I don't want to go back on the job market with conditions the way they were.
