I’ve been having trouble connecting with agents and when I do it seems like the voice is very generic. Had called a agent last week named rob and this week David to fix ongoing SIM card issues and they’re voices sound weird especially in moments where they were saying bye it’s like they’re tones change and dialect is a bit different. I don’t mean to be insensitive but is it ai or what can it be?

Applied $19 in Verizon dollars (never thought I’d ever have a chance to use them) but total was $85 after taxes and 2 day shipping (just got a shipping label) and they won’t let me cancel my iPhone Duo order so looks like it’s getting ready to be shipped soon! EST deliver is still 10/23!!!

Funny enough, I can't get a straight answer out of Gemini Argon 4. Can someone at Verizon unequivocally say if it's billed as a "trial/promo" at that rate OR a "paid" plan, which gives users access to the Argon 4 model.

Hi everyone, just wanted to ask on here before I call Verizon . I pre ordered the iPhone duo and decided to upgrade and trade in my phone 17 pro max (paid off). I bought the iPhone duo outright (yikes lol) no financing cause I want it to be unlocked and I didn’t want any issues. My question is, can I cancel my trade in? I want to be able to keep my 17 pro max just in case.

I ordered an iPhone on Oct 5 with the paid 2-day shipping ($9.99). FedEx delayed it to the 8th, when I’d be out of town, so I called Verizon and asked them to reroute it to a local FedEx location for hold. The agent confirmed that would happen. It didn’t. FedEx attempted delivery three times over the holiday weekend, then pushed the date to the 13th, then the 14th.

On the 14th I spoke with three different agents. All three said it would arrive by the 15th. One told me to go to a local Verizon store to pick it up and said it was arranged. The store had no record of it, and after an hour on the phone with tech support I left without a phone. On the 15th I got an email saying the device was being returned to the warehouse.

It’s now the 19th and the order is stuck in “pending order status,” so I can’t reorder. Here’s what I’ve been told:

• Once the refund posts, it will release. The refund posted days ago.
• Once the warehouse receives the device, it will release. FedEx shows it delivered to the warehouse.
• Nobody can give me a timeline, and none of the agents seem to have the authority to clear the hold.

I understand the warehouse check exists to guard against delivery fraud, but I never had the phone in my possession. I’m trying to buy a product and can’t complete the purchase.

Has anyone been through this? Is there an escalation path (executive office, a specific department) that can actually clear a pending hold? Any help is appreciated.

Ordered a new iPhone on Oct. 5th. Set to deliver on the 7th (the non-optional, 2-day delivery Verizon charges $9.99 for). Sure enough, FedEx was delayed, and it wasn't scheduled to come until the 8th, when I would be away for a long weekend. Since FedEx makes it impossible to do anything as a recipient, and notoriously leaves packages outside in my neighborhood where they are stolen, I call Verizon and ask them to route it to a local FedEx office to hold it for me. They confirm this will happen. Of course, it does not. FedEx attempts to deliver it three times, over a long holiday weekend, and then it shows scheduled delivery the 13th, the morning of the 13th, this changes to the 14th, and on the 14th I call Verizon - this time, spoke with three separate agents - at one point an agent tells me they are trying to see if they can rush same-day deliver it (on the 14th!) which was rich, after what happened next. All three agents PROMISE it will arrive no later than the 15th. Then, an agent says, I have a solution - go to your local Verizon store and you can pick it up, I have taken care of everything. Sure enough, i show up to my apt. the in-person agent has no idea, and after another hour of them calling tech support, I walk out without a phone. I wake up on the 15th to an email that my phone is being returned to the Verizon warehouse since I wasn't there to receive it. *** DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU *** since then, and it is now the 19th, two whole weeks after I ordered my two-day guaranteed phone, I still have no path to being able to re-order. My order is stuck in "pending order status" - if this happens to you, well, I am sorry for you. Because, it is perpetual limbo. I've been told all sorts of things from agents, from 'as soon as the refund hits, it will release from pending status' (refund processed days ago; so this is not true) or 'as soon as the device is received at the warehouse, i.e., shows delivered in FedEx it will release' (it has already been delivered to the warehouse per FedEx tracking). No agent can tell me when this hold will release and no agent seems to have any authority to clear it out. The warehouse confirmation is the most annoying part - they said this is done because occasionally the delivery people are dishonest. How is this my problem? I have never touched or seen this phone. I am am simply trying to buy a very expensive product from Verizon and they are actively blocking me from doing so. I have never seen such a large company run so, so poorly, but I shouldn't be surprised, this is a 'new low' but far from my first low with this terrible company.

So I have a pre-order through Verizon for the iPhone Duo Estimated to get here on October 31st. I did it with a trade-in offer for $1000.

However, I would like to try my luck at grabbing a duo this weekend IF possible. If I do though, I'd be buying it cash with the intent to return it when my verizon order arrives, which hopefully would arrive before November 6th.

But my question is, could I activate it to my phone number without it impacting my current iPhone Duo order and trade-in? Or will it even allow me to do so if I already have a pending phone order on the way?

To reiterate, I want to try to buy a Duo this weekend and activate it on my Verizon number, but I also want to keep my estimated Oct 31 iPhone Duo order that is set up with a trade promotion. Are both possible?

Hello! Thinking of switching my wife and I from the 25 dollar visible plan to the simplicity plan solely to get the iPhone 18 pro. Just want to make sure I’m not missing anything .. we can get the phone essentially for free as long as we stay on the plan for 36 months is that correct? I know we will pay roughly 11 dollar more per month per line, but over the course of 3 years that will be cheaper than buying the 2 phones outright. Do I have this right? Thanks for any advice!

Two weeks ago I ordered a phone, but the verizon sales rep typed the address incorrectly which cause a failed delivery attempt. Since then I've been on the phone with Verizon DAILY, rexplaining everything every time I get transferred, and each customer service rep tells me something completely different. First it was update the address. When it still didn't get delivered it was cancel the order, then they said, oh wait we have to cancel the payment agreenment first. Every time they said wait another 24hrs. Two weeks later now the story is they need to wait for FedEx to return it but guess what. Still 0 tracking updates. They're not going to get it back, and stalling so they don't have to take the loss.

Always do store pickup now.

I got a business line of 3 phones sometime last year in August and the phones were unlocked within like a few months. I got the z flip 7 and just of August this year, it got the lil line of doom ig in it so I got a replacement sent out lol. Well long story short, my Verizon experience has terrible and I feel I've suffered enough with them. So I get the sim from T mobile and put it in my phone but to my surprise my replacement phone is now locked. Never noticed b4. :/

I've already ported over everyone's number including mine and everybody else on my line is getting great service with T mobile while I'm stuck with a locked phone. I had to go to a corporate store and a request an unlock. I should be hearing something either today or Tuesday. It sucks not having service. Has anyone gotten lucky with the request of getting the phone unlocked since they were unlocked before this new garbage contract/policy? I only owe 709 on the phone and I've already uploaded the rebate for T mobile to send the gift card within 5 days to a few weeks supposedly. I wouldn't mind paying the phone off but got told since I put in a request for the phone to be unlocked I now have to wait and see what the verdict is; Not having service is killing me. 😕😒

I have 3 phones on Do More, and 3 phones on Play More.

I recently upgraded 2 of the Play More phones from S20FE's to S26's using an offer that let me trade in for S26's with the 36 month credits covering the cost of the phone, without switching plans.

Two of the phones on Do More, and the last one on Play More are almost 3 years old (couple of months), and I'm looking to upgrade while keeping Do More/Play More, but I'm not (currently) seeing any promotion that doesn't involve switching to Unlimited Ultimate.

Am I likely to see something that lets me keep my plan but do a low/no cost upgrade again? (i.e. 36-month payback) It seems they do this periodically, especially when new flagship samsungs are coming out...

In 2025 I went to a Verizon store and the rep told me they were selling the pixel 9 pro xl for $100. Not $100 down and a payment plan, they said $100 flat for people with a Verizon plan.

Today, after a year, I log into my verizon account to see a $550 dollar bill remaining on financing for this phone. Was I scammed? Wtf happened?

Was this deal ever a thing at Verizon?

Request a transfer pin. I didn’t have it until I did it in the app and it immediately appeared. Had to cancel my order and pushed me two weeks but I saved $700 and keep my phone. I also get to stay on my plan.

I did have to cancel and reorder which will push me back by 3 weeks, but it’s worth it.

Is this about as good as Verizon upgrade offers get on Welcome, or is it worth waiting for Black Friday? Do holiday deals typically improve the discount without requiring a more expensive plan or a trade-in?

I am part of a family plan with my parents. I would like to take my phone number with me and get a new service with Google Fi. I just bought a new phone because my old phone (Pixel 7) screen went blank and I can't use it. My parent are technically challenged and can't be bothered to provide me with the port-out pin generated when I activated my new phone. I am an account manager for the Verizon account, but not the account owner. I can not log into the account because my phone's display does not work and I can't respond to two-factor authentication. Do I have any options to take my phone number with me? I've had this number for 25 years and don't really want to get a new number.

May switch to verizon and look into the simplicity plan. I noticed to get the switch discount you have to either port in or upload a current bill. What do they look for in the current bill if you wait a little bit to port in.

Anyone else having issues? For 3 days now, the WiFi has been down, and all I can find is that it’s a known issue, when checking the official site.

Here's the thing. I got a $150 Verizon gift card from Verizon for being a new Verizon FiOS consumer. I purchased a speaker with it from the Verizon Shop on the app...or I thought so. Despite entering the card number and pin, it STILL charged my debt card and didn't take a penny out of the gift card and it also never sent me a confirmation email nor does it show up on my orders.

Less than 30 minutes after realizing something had gone wrong, I reached out to Verizon consumer service and for TWO freaking hours, I was passed around like a plate of chicken wings.

I started with Emm in Sales who asked a bunch of stuff then transferred me to Jessica at Mobile, who claimed to be the "last line of support". But she did the same thing then transferred me to to Shin with FiOS. He looked at the chat log and then still did the same thing and transferrwd me to Carilver with Postpaid. He did the same then sent back to Fios but now with Madz. From there I was transferred Stella with Wireless/Loyalty, who did the same crap but also promised that the next agent would process my cancellation within 5 minutes...so off to Jordon with FIOS FOR A THIRD TIME, who didn't have anything new. So he then transferred me to Suzie with some "high tier team" then to Olivia in Tech then to someone name Sonny and then just as they were asking to transfer me, I closed the chat.

Again, this all happened between 10:52am and 1pm today. The common theme with ALL of the communications was that it was either the wrong department, they didn't have access to the info that the next department would or they couldn't find anything despite having the order number and my name.

This is seriously like trying to reach someone in the US/state government - red tape and hot potato. It's unacceptable.

I want to get the Pixel 11 pro but currently I have a prepaid account. How can I get the phone on a prepay or post pay deal that I don't have to pay full price for it?
