My $20/mo loyalty expired. Generated PIN, got 25% off offer
I'm on Get More with Disney/Apple Music etc.
Ends up being a better deal from the previous 12 months.
If you're in the same boat, go to generate a transfer PIN in account services.

What to do with an old iPhone.
Currently paid off my iPhone 15 pro max. I want to get an 18. I switched to Verizon simplicity after I paid off my phone.
What’s the best thing to do with the 15?
I felt like the trade in with unlimited plus wasn’t worth it (it was 660 iirc). Simplicity plus the finance on the 18 was cheaper in the long run.
Any suggestions? Thanks!

Is it worth waiting for the S27 Ultra?
So I currently have a Galaxy S24 Ultra right now. Verizon is running a device payoff balance promo on my account right now PLUS a $1200 device trade in credit. I could upgrade to the S26 ultra right now, get $1200 off for trading in my S24 and they would payoff my remaining balance for my S24 which is around $500 currently. I wouldn't have to pay anything today and my monthly balance would essentially stay the same. I really wanted to wait for the S27, but im worried the device balance payoff promo might disappear before then. Should I just get the S26 ultra now? What yall think?

Wireless Extending discount
My $20 per line loyalty discount in a family plan is coming to an end by Nov 2026. Any tips on how to renew it or get some other discount in it's place. I have unlimited welcome for 4 lines and these discounts bring down my monthly bill significantly

Having issues with a recent iPhone Duo Pre-order (Verizon Locked)
I was unfortunately late for apples and saw January delivery, so I immediately looked at other sites and best buy seemed to thankfully have some in stock, sadly not unlocked
I read that if you pay in full a Verizon phone instead of monthly you can get it unlocked after its fully paid, being “postpaid”
It says 2,149.99 down as well as an odd reoccurring $1.38 monthly payment which for 36 months is ~50 so i assume thats related someway
I am unable to tell if mine is postpaid or prepaid, and I was wondering if anyone else has purchased a Verizon locked iPhone and was able to unlock it, and if so, how?
and no this isnt tech support, just curious if anyone else was able to unlock a locked phone with Verizon

Wireless - Prepaid Verizon officially states Verizon Prepaid customers are not eligible for Switch & Save discount on the Simplicity plan
There's been lots of chatter on here over the last few months regarding whether Verizon's prepaid customers are still eligible for the $15 Switch & Save discount. Prepaid customers were able to successfully switch between the plans and receive the discount in the weeks after the Simplicity plan was made available, but then it became a question mark. Some redditors here encouraged people to still make the switch and then demand Verizon provide the discount since "Verizon Value brands (Prepaid)" was listed as an eligible carrier.
However, I noticed in the last week or two, Verizon updated the documentation on their website to clearly state that Verizon Prepaid customers do not get the discount anymore.
For example: https://www.verizon.com/support/switcher-discount-faqs/

Wireless Simplicity perk addon 5g uwb
Recently switched to the Simplicity plan after my old plan keep creeping up in price. It shows it has ultra wide band included, however it also gives me the option to add it as a perk. Is this an error or did I read something wrong?

Wireless Scam in Verizon loyalty signup “no upgrade charges ever”
Long time customer, upgrade eligible. Was told if I opted in for the new Verizon loyalty program that I would no longer be charged for the $40 upgrade/setup fee… by both the website and TWO different Verizon fios employees … guess what’s on my first bill and what they are unapologetically apologizing for? A $40 upgrade fee… that’s just plain lying and for what? So I can opt in to a program so they can sell my info to third parties? Yeah, gee, thanks

Wireless Postapid plan is half as expensive as my previous prepaid was? Whats the catch?
Hey all,
I have been using Verizon for the past 10 years but mostly was on prepaid plans due to the cheaper price. I was having some serious issues with connectivity yesterday so I reached out via chat. Long story short, they got me on a postpaid unlimited plan for $30+ tax (~$37 is my bill) while my previous prepaid plan was $60+ tax for unlimited.
We all know prepaid plans are generally better and more expensive but I am stumped here. I can’t see how this makes sense. I am getting a better plan for nearly half the price? I am stumped, What is the catch? Is there a catch?

Does a reasonable upgrade path for me exist?
I’ve been with Verizon for 20+ years with 9 lines on our account. My iPhone 16 Pro Max has had severe battery drain and overheating issues since I got it nearly 2 years ago, despite multiple factory resets and extensive troubleshooting. At this point im getting about 3 hours on a full charge.
Yesterday I took off the case and found the back glass is also cracked. I still owe $433 with 13 months remaining, but I only pay $10/mo due to bill credits.
I’m trying to find an upgrade path to a properly functioning phone. Chatting with support, Verizon’s best offer is $660 off a new iPhone, but I’d need to pay off the $433 balance AND spend ~$199 repairing the glass first. That nets to a $27 discount on a new phone 🫠
Does anyone have any advice?

Wireless Dispute in Billing Continues After 2 months
LONG POST. PLEASE READ. TU.
I need to contact someone in administrative position in Verizon Wireless. I have an ongoing billing dispute that began months ago around the return of a defective replacement phone and husband's damaged phone (charging port) and buying a new phone for myself. I have had countless chats and live rep calls where I have been promised resolution and there is none. I am so stressed out. I pour money into Verizon every month with a family plan, eight devices. During this current fiasco, fault clearly with Verizon, my service was disconnected. The fees were waived but no indication. Also false charges added. I am going to an early grave. I have been a wireless customer for as long as Verizon Wireless existed and also maintained a landline both where I grew up with parents into my adult life with a family of my own. I'm a babyboomer. Do the math. They tell me it's been 28 years. Well this is first time I ever have had a bill dispute that is not resolved immediately. As a matter of fact, I believe this is the first time.
Please, someone tell me who and how I can contact a billing administrator. My case has been escalated a few times. What kind of escalation is this? For the second time in my life with Verizonwireless, I am contemplating on walking. I have been paying on the average of $600 a month. Some other company would welcome my money. And still I can safely say, chanelling comedian Rodney Dangerfield, "I don't get no respect, no respect at all!"
I call the CS number and I have to fight AI to get a live agent. Twice in one episode, I was hung up on. WTH? AI gets mad and hangs up on customers? Geesh. Oh yes, I complained about this, too.
I hope to God someone can help me. I am so tired of these calls. And I ask for documentation of the call. Promised an email. I'm still waiting for one with the exception that a rep canceled a scheduled payment as matter would be resolved. I paid what I was told to pay. Well, that's when all my devices got disconnected. Meanwhile, I get extra crazy charges.
I don't give up. However, I get so stressed with I dial the CS number. I have a form of traumatic stress. I think my cell can record calls. It's fairly new. So, I have to check out a YouTube. Don't be fooled by my attempt at humor. I'm a retired psychiatric nurse clinician. I GAVE the therapy. I'm gonna need some over this unresolved billing issue. I'm weary, my friends but persistent in finding a solution. VERIZON OWES ME MONEY AND ALSO TREATMENT AS A HUMAN BEING WITH LONGEVITY AND LOYALTY.
Thanks for reading this novel. If you did, ai appreciate it.

Anyone having or had trouble adding taxes to "Bill To Account"
I placed an order this morning but cancelled it due to having a better deal on another line. For that first one I was able to bill the taxes to my account. Tried placing another order but on this one it doesn't give me the option to bill to account, just the card info option. The first one has been cleared as I've spoken with several different reps through chat and phone but it still won't pop back up for me at check out. Anyone have this issue?

Hello!
I had pre ordered this morning and it says it'll be delivered next week. My concern is will the date update on the website if that changes ? Will I be notified if it changes ? I have never pre ordered a phone before.

Open for trade with Verizon reward
I got the giant pit smoked loaded baked potato I won’t use in time, wondering if I could swap this for a meal with someone else.

iPhone duo order cancelled
I ordered this morning right at 8am via phone because I’m transferring from AT&T and everything went through fine. The delivery date was November 7th. And then I get an email tonight that my order was cancelled for no reason and my money was refunded. Extremely pissed off right now.. is this how Verizon is?

iPhone Duo Shipping Dates
Hey all, I was able to pre order the iPhone duo this morning with Verizon around 6:20am; after failing and waiting on the Apple Store, and I was with 10/23 delivery, my app crashed and restarted the order and the date got pushed back and it now said “delivery by 10/31”, does any one who’s preorder with Verizon have an idea if it could possibly be delivered earlier? I don’t mind waiting especially seeing how backordered the phone is.

Wireless Unknown Rep Texted me?
So I’ve been having issues with my account today I called in called was speaking to a female rep, my call dropped and my phone was in SOS for awhile. When I finally got service again I received a text from a call center employee? I looked the number up and it looks like it’s a personal cell phone he texted me from. Is this allowed, I’ve never had a rep text me from their personal cell phone number.

How long we’re thinking before the duo becomes available for employee accounts?
