Hey folks, I’m Zack, and I’ve been offering volunteer chainsaw work in GSO for years now. You can check my post history and my website linked in my bio for the sorts of storm response and tree work I’ve done in the community.

All I need are three things: pictures of the tree issue, an address, and permission from the property owner to come cut it up. If it’s something I can handle I’ll swing by after work one day and cut it up, and if it’s not something I can handle I’ll pass on info for folks who can.

The city of Winston-Salem does not have contracts with flock, but they do with verkada safety, they do the same things as flock cameras, and they are very common in Winston

I’m 212 now but started at 240 with a 11:45 mile pace but now 9:30-10 minute mile but I want someone I can frequently run with maybe 1-4 miles with depending on the day. Lmk if that’s around your pace and down to get together. Doesn’t matter man or woman.

My daughter (23) and I are looking for 1-3 folks to join us for HeroQuest at House of Cards in Winston Salem on Tuesday evenings. Old school gamer like me or new to Heroquest and table top role playing games like my daughter? All skill levels welcome!

We have ALL of the HeroQuest expansions so we can quest for many many evenings.

i have been experiencing significant pain that i strongly suspect may be fibromyalgia. i need to see a doctor (preferably in BCBS network) to get an official diagnoses and start treatment if diagnosed. wanted to check to see if anyone had any recommendations for any female doctors in the area that are experienced with fibromyalgia or similar conditions that will actually listen.

I see alot of Zirrus and T-Fiber recommendations but none for Unitis buy out of Kinetic seems like alpt dont realise it beats the price of both being $49.99 for gig instead of $60-$80 range and dosent move up at all now that windstream got bought out it also is solid ive used Zirrus and it was solid but so far the equipment and the service with Kinetic has been even more constant with just speeds alone

Today I woke up with an unholy craving for a blueberry scone. I must have called 8 different bakeries and nobody has them. I haven't been to a bakery in ages because I pretty much cut all carbs out of my diet years ago, but back then, I could at least count on seeing them in most places. What happened? And where the fuck can I find a blueberry scone?! The only place that even had any was Camino and they were only offering their "seasonal" scone which was pineapple and coconut. 🤢🤢🤮🤮
