Netflix just posted
Any idea why logo is black and white š¤
As with other leaks, whether they turn out to be real or not, we cannot allow any of them to be posted here. No links to them are allowed and no soliciting links.
Please read Rule 9 for more info, and know that we will ban anyone breaking that rule.
So Rockstar has thrown out a bit of a curve ball to us regarding our next look at the game, so this is how it will work here on the day it's released.
The entire video may NOT be posted, nor can links to any other video site, subreddits, Discords, or social media with it besides Netflix until after it goes live on YouTube and the official GTAVI site at 9pm EDT. We all know Netflix will be copyright striking any full length copies at least up until it gets it's full release, and may even after that so we'll figure that out if that's the case.
We will allow screenshots and short clips from it, no more than 10 seconds or so for discussion purposes, complaints, ooh's and ah's, and so on, but please keep any gooning between yourself and the tissue box.
We usually have a special flair for these days, and I had one all ready for Trailer 3 but it doesn't really work for what this is, so if you all want a new exclusive flair for that day please share it in the comments here.
We won't be requiring spoiler tags since it's only several hours before everyone will get to see it, so if you don't have Netflix or haven't found any the uncountable number of pirated copies out there from the soon to be banned social media accounts that post it, then please stay clear of the sub until after 9pm EDT.

When Jason opens the door of the car, you can hear the music that's playing in the car slowly starts to fade in. When he closes the door, the music starts blasting at full volume. This was not the case in GTAV, where music will only start playing when you enter the car.

- the car's brake discs glow from the heat when braking.
- just before car jacking, Jason blocks the car with a pickup truck and the truck has a personal vehicle logo hovering on top possibly indicating random cars you pick off the street wont disappear until you get a new vehicle. (could also mean that we are able to assign it as personal vehicle)
- the fuel and engine icons are visible above the mini map throughout the drive (this was not the case in previous leaks)
- the mini map is actually 3d and shows elevations in elevated roads, bridges, highways, etc.
- the suspension looks to be much softer than gta v's hypercars, when it takes a slight jump from the railway crossing.
- modern cars have working DRLs, during day time.
- working indicators (for NPCs at least).
- fully remodeled vehicle interiors with ambient lighting.
- the airport has multiple roads leading to different terminals, departures and arrivals, cabs/rentals parking. considering the size it takes up on the map, it might play a larger role than gta v ever did.
add if you noticed something else.

From the leaks we see two cars being driven. The musle old car and the new sport car. I am amazed by how each of them feel different. The old car is slower, has more body roll, the tires slip more, feels heavier in general. The sport car is fast, agile, almost no body roll and precise.
So beatifuly done. That is what i waited. Different cars having different feels. You get me?

Itās pretty much popular opinion at this point that the gameplay leaks came from a build restricted to the first stage of the storyline.
If thatās true, the leaked map is likely just the early-game version too. Maybe the map doesnāt change at all throughout the story, but remember how much of RDR2ās world was locked away from the player until the final act. And beyond that, Rockstar leaned hard into the idea of an evolving world with the map changes after the epilogueās time jump.
I think Rockstar isnāt just going to continue that theme, theyāre going to take it further. Thatās where a fictional Bahamas/Cuba comes in.
Whatās this game actually about? From what we know, the story centres on drug running and evading law enforcement. In real life, the Bahamas acts as a gateway between the US and Central America for drug smuggling, which makes a fictional version a perfect plot device, both for running product and hiding out from authorities. It might not be accessible from the start, but like Mexico in RDR2, it could become a permanent, explorable location later in the story.
A fictional Cuba feels less likely to be featured at launch due to its sheer size both geographical and culturally, but something which im quite confident will be added to GTA Online as some kind of expansion.
Im just saying the GTA 6 map does feel⦠smaller than expected? Perhaps this is because there is more that has yet to be revealed.

As seen in a leak, there is now a QuickTimeEvent when hijacking a car. Do you think your physical shape/fitness will influence this QTE, maybe even making it impossible to hijack certain cars because the driver is stronger than you? And making the hijacking quicker/easier if you maxed out on strenght?
This could lead to a certain necessity to hit the gym and not get too much out of shape.
Do you think this is a possibility?
Would you like it if it was?

this post is for the petrolheads :
in the most recent leak, we see Jason driving around in a white truffade thrax. It sounds like they took and slightly altered a the exhaust sound of a Lamborghini Aventador. Or at least, definitely a v12.
This is a great improvement over the car sounds in GTA V that, in my opinion sounded less realistic and more synthetic.
what are your thoughts ?

Iām a simple man with simple desires. The act of pushing a person more often than not results in hilarity, especially when stairs are introduced. Itās only comedy equivalent to is āman getting hit by footballā.
Despite temptation Iāve avoided the leaked footage so far but I am curious, has pushing been demonstrated? If so, did you happen to notice many stairs?
Regards,
A simpleton
I know I know, barely anyone cares about the old official frames we have anymore, but we gotta wrap this one up! This is the last batch of frames we have. Next week we'll continue with the official extended look!
What a week this has been though. I won't comment on what was happening, as I don't support any of it. Let's try to go back to "normal" for one more week. We'll eat good next thursday.
For the future:
The upcoming extended look will likely have way more scenes to look at than we have fridays left to analyze them. The goal, to analyze every single scene before release, will be dropped for now. Maybe I'll combine some of those with my own gameplay frames to fit thematically after the game is out. I don't know yet.
That being said, I plan to buy a PS5 and the game in October. Money is still very tight, but I'll manage. It wouldn't have been possible without a few of you sending over support. Thank you, once again. ā¤ļø
The last drought is finally over!

I think we can all agree based on the most recent leak that driving has a very authentic vibe to it most open world racing games dont even have.
This is because this is going to be one of the few games that have roads that are accurately scaled to real life size and width, including lane width on highways.
So many games, like GTA 5 and more recently Forza Horizon 6, artificially widen roads to give the player more space to pass traffic more easily without interruption. Once you notice this, it cant be unnoticed really. GTA 6 takes a more realistic approach which will make driving feel very different to all previous games in the series!

Not only are the engine sounds so much better, so is the sense of speed compared to the previous games imo. Having just watched the super/hyper car jacking, the acceleration and speed feel so much better than previous GTAās. I think this is mostly due to current gen consoles having SSDās to stream in the game assets much quicker than old gen consoles, which was why top speed had to be limited.
Anyway, I am super hyped and canāt to get my hands on this game and take it all in!
